Lupe helped us out so much and their work was quick and perfect. Already had two experiences here in less than a week and will for sure keep coming for future needs. Stretched out button holes, it had become incapable of keeping him snug, cozy. $8 per to tighten them = snug, cozy. I truly would have messed up this repair. ALL items cleaned with care, packaged appropriately ready to be worn this coming fall/winter. Short term drop-off/pick-up parking at entrance off of Westwood Boulevard and Holman Avenue. We usually walk to Sterling Cleaners for drop-off but pick-up via our car(s). Made the mistake at pick-up by parking in an employee only zone. Fortunately, thanks to efficient staff, I was only in an employee's space for mere minutes. Whew! Check-in on Yelp but there's no longer a discount along with it. When I mentioned this we were given a 25% off neighborhood courtesy. Sterling Cleaners now prefers a Google review but I'm gonna stick with Yelp.

When I brought the issue back in January, the staff seemed confused, offered no apology, and provided no solution. They claimed they don't have a lost and found (other than one pair of Levi's), refused to refund the $26 cleaning fee, and said they'd check with other locations and call me back. It's now been over a week with zero follow-up. The tux pants cost $270, and the complete lack of accountability, communication, or basic customer service is unacceptable.
