Discovered Paris Dry Cleaners recently when I was looking for a local place to hem suit pants quickly. When I called to find out some information, I was quickly greeted with wonderful customer service from start to finish. In person, it was even better. Lupe helped us out so much and their work was quick and perfect. Already had two experiences here in less than a week and will for sure keep coming for future needs. They run specials that make the cost of going to a dry cleaners less. It for sure adds up, but happy we found our go-to place. There's usually meter parking right up front. WARNING DO NOT COME HERE! Absolutely unacceptable experience. They completely destroyed my jeans and refused to take any responsibility. I was quoted one price then charged more without my permission. They went ahead with the work anyway without asking if the increased cost was okay leaving me no choice but to pay afterward even after I showed them the original receipt. I drove a long distance and had to come back 3 separate times trying to get this fixed. In the end the man circled in the photo was incredibly rude refused to fix the issue, threw my jeans and told me to leave refusing to issue any refund. They also removed a patch without my consent and threw it away. The back pocket is visibly crooked the right side sits much farther from the center than the left and somehow the jeans are still too big after all of this... Beyond unprofessional disrespectful and careless. Overcharged ignored and treated horribly. Do not trust this place with your clothing whatsoever. read more

This dry cleaners does a good job- BUT- their prices are very high.......I needed a button for my suit jacket, and that was reasonable- $2.50- so I figured I'd have it Dry cleaned also..........I was shocked to see the quote of $13.95..........I also was quoted $42.00 to get sleeves shortened on a suit jacket, and I ended up somewhere else and paid $30.00. I live close by Paris Cleaners, BUT I have found a nice place that has now raised their prices to $5.00 per item. It's Pre- Paid and very efficient. It's on Kelton/Venice ( a little further away) but, $13.95 vs $5.00....U figure it out.....And ur clothes are Ready in 1 Day ! I haven't had any problems with my new inexpensive Dry Cleaners, and they have gotten some stains out too. There is no business ethic I understand something like this might happen but business ethic says do not keep it on dark and charge the customer. Dropped off several of my dress shirts for laundry & dry cleaning. One of my custom shirts was returned with a sizable tear (could not be adequately repaired for use). The owner would not accept responsibility and initially offered to refund me the cost of cleaning that shirt (~$3). Two of my white shirts had rust brown stains which particularly showed on the stitched portions. The owner, rightfully, offered to re-do those shirts. In light of all this mess, I was forced to go back and forth with him over what would be fair and equitable to rectify these outstanding problems, and we mutually agreed that I could take all of my items back without charge (he did not re-do my discolored shirts). Needless to say, I'm now in the market for a new dry cleaning spot. read more

I recently had 2 pairs of jeans hemmed. They did a good job on the jeans but when I picked them up I asked that they take them off the hangers and out of the plastic because I didn't want to add more trash to the environment. She took them off the hangers and out of the plastic and then proceeded to bend the hangers and throw it all into HER TRASH BIN. I don't think she understood me. read more

After years of sending stuff here, I'm disappointed. Things have really changed at Paris Dry Cleaners. Prices are now outrageous and they don't quote you in advance, so you're always in for a surprise. E.g. hemming a pair of simple curtains that I bought on Amazon for $39 cost me $70 (!!!). They wouldn't quote upfront because "the person working on it had to see it first" and then they did it without calling. $70 for cutting off 9" and hemming a pair of curtains that cost half that is really too much. Lesson learned. The price did not even include steaming the drapes and the workmanship left a lot to be desired (see picture). All in all, I paid $157 for hemming 6 pieces of curtains, which is ridiculous. My advice is that if they refuse to quote you a price, don't leave your clothes/items with them because you're about to be ripped off. I can't recommend them. read more

Bait and switch alert. Do not go here. I have been coming to this establishment for years not because their service was particularly better than anyone else's but because it was close. One perk is they always offered a 10% discount on Thursdays imagine my surprise when I picked up my dry cleaning today and was not given my 10% discount. I was told and I quote oh, we don't do that anymore. And I said well why did you tell me at the time I dropped off. Which I was met with the reply of oh well, we don't advertise it or anything. Please keep in mind. I've been going here for well over five years. The girl who said this to me is also the same person who took my dry cleaning. Not only will. I never go here again, but I am going to report this business practice to the Better Business Bureau. She took no accountability for her actions and she was willing to lose a customer over $6.90. The prices here have been skyrocketing. My clothes have often been stretched out And many of my stains never really removed. Shame on me for allowing myself to spend money on a place that really isn't that good at their job in the first place, but the disregard and the quite frankly just lazy behavior of one employee is enough for me to truly file report, if you're going to change your business practices to longtime customers, it's your responsibility to let them know particularly those who have been spending hundreds of dollars if not, thousands. Went to the other location off of LA tijera and had a bit of an issue that the store owner ,Nikki, promptly addressed. Any who, you want to know what happened, I left a yelp review which I am about to edit now. Which brings me to this location! Its bigger and dare I say BETTER?? they do A PHENOMENAL job on items. I brought it a few coats, a few sweaters, a shirt , a blazer and my favorite piece, vintage pants. High waisted hammer pants that are simply PRICELESS. I was nervous as it had a huge stain on one of the pockets, they got the stain out and my pants look good as new. If you have an issue, make sure to let someone know as they will take care of you! They have lost my business. I used to come here very regularly. Ive brought them so many dresses and clothings for alterations. Recently, I brought a dress to hem that I've had 2 more dresses of the same exact one. Same brand, same style etc which they hemmed for me. The price they charged me this time was 1.5x the price I paid in the past. When I mentioned why she had charged me much more than last time, she said the price differs based off the flare, and layers. I understand that but I had gotten the exact dress in a different color hemmed from them before, how has the price increased so much just from 1 month ago. I even have receipts from the past. I will not be coming back as this place is not honest. I've never cared about cost here before but to charge me 1.5x what I paid in the past for the same exact dress is just not honest business. I recently switched jobs and was in desperate need to find a new dry cleaner that was local and more convenient. So I turned to Yelp and found Paris Dry cleaners! If been a few months and after a few visits I am finally able to write my review with confidence. My clothes come out perfect and are always ready on time. The staff is super friendly and they have great hours for early morning folks like myself or the later gators. My favorite thing Is the super convenient drop off and auto-pay program where you can be super specific on how you want your clothes cleaned and pressed. This is perfect for me because I don't like to sit around to count items and/or waiting for card to be charged. They have daily specials where you can save 15% or 30% off your bill! Was doing all my tailoring here and they are usually on top of things. Last couple of trips I took several suits to be tailored and they shortened the arms too much. I took them back and they made the adjustments. I took another suit and this time the sleeves were not shortened enough. I took it back along with a few other new items to be tailored and this time they told me the tailor was on a trip and wouldn't be back for a month. I was told to come back in a month and they would remember the transaction. It felt like they were brushing it off which was a downer since I liked the location and the employee who takes the measurements. Meanwhile I have to locate a new tailor since waiting a month just to see a tailor for an adjustment after I paid isn't convenient. read more

My favorite dry cleaners! I work in the area and have tried a few of the cleaners around here. The one closest to my work was really convenient and the guy was nice, but they didn't clean my collars well even after I would point it out to them. Another one did a good job, but they were a lot more expensive not to mention crowded. People would drop off or pick up huge bags of clothes so I would stand there waiting while they sorted out the pieces. I finally discovered Paris dry cleaning and it's the best! Very horrible services . Went there to drop my dry cleaning on Friday they said come pick it up on Tuesday . I came on Wednesday and my dry cleaning wasn't ready yet . They forgot some of my shirts and i had to describe what they looked like so they could find them . It took 25 mins to find my stuff. Place is terrible! They replied back 5 minutes, which is bs! To be honest it was at least 18 minutes and yes they did not accept my coupon which was expired and brought a valid one on pick up but they would not take it. Before Covid 19 they were outstanding with the great deals they offer and customer service, but during Covid 19 they have gone Above and Beyond with pick up and delivery. First time coming to this dry cleaner. I spend $3,000/year on professional dry cleaning. Recently moved and needed to find a new location. They ruined my 100% silk blouse. Did not clean it correctly. Horacio, who works at the counter, said that I have to pay for my blouse and that the store will not take responsibility for damage. He does not put the customer first. The shirt did not come in damaged. If the shirt was damaged prior to arrival, there should have been a note on the shirt. It wasn't damaged when I dropped it off. Now I'm paying him to ruin my $200 blouse. I will not be back, and I do not recommend this store to anyone who wears professional high quality clothes, including silk blouses. read more

Took appx $300 worth of dry cleaning to try them out w a coupon that I had that expired on 1:31. The new one is not yet on the valpak or I did not bring it and with the clothes I had she refused to honor it or take the clothes until the new coupon came. Business owners go out of business when they don't get the business at hand. Sadly this happens a lot. She was going for pennies and losing nickels. I had been w my last cleaners for 7 years. Not customer oriented. Not focused on the right things. Doubt I would try them given lack of flexibility. In today's market flexibility with a customer oriented focus is the way. I meant to write a review for Paris last year but forgot to get around to it. Last year o had brought in our ski clothes and thought that I didn't get my son's ski pants. I called them to ask about the "lost"item and they were so helpful instead of just saying we don't have it they really looked and I even got a call from Nikki saying that they looked. As it turned out my husband picked up the ski pants and didn't tell me. Fast forward to last month when we forgot to pick up our drapes as it was dropped off separately and when we realized that we didn't have our drapes we called to check on where our drapes our and Nikki was kind to offer to drop them off to us. I needed my husbands suit and my dress pressed same day service and they were the only cleaners who said it could be done. I went in and was pleased with my service.
