These guys were incredible. Their place is hard to spot from Pico, but well worth hunting them down. Their employees were all very friendly and informative, and their customer service was amazing. As far as my computer goes, I spilled an entire glass of liquid on my Macbook Pro and I thought it would be dead. Called around town and no one seemed to have the keyboard (as it is a 2012 model), and everyone said it'd take 2-4 weeks to order if they fixed it. I continued to call and lo and behold, BHCR not only had the part, they were out on a business call, but said they might be able to fix it for me that same day. Sure enough, I dropped off my Mac, they assessed the damage and Jay went above and beyond my expectations and fixed the keyboard that night! Everything works like new and I can't thank them enough. I brought in my iMac computer to BHCR with a damaged harddrive. They gave me a free diagnosis and I compared them to other places, including apple storea and got much higher quotes. Theyre prices are really reasonable and i didnt feel like i was getting cheated. They returned my fixed computer within 3 days and They were professional, quick, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely be referring them to my friends and calling them again if I have any other problems. I trust them with my computer and their customer service is impeccable. Had one of these tablets built into the wall in my friend's house and it controlled many things including the speakers throughout the house. For two months we could not get the music to be loud. Every person who walked in their tried and failed. Finally, the guy from Beverly hill computer repair came and I started explaining to him the tablet and the app blah blah blah... he cut me off, smiled and said, "I got this". H went up to the tablet and began immediately. I saw right away he knew exactly what he was doing. Within five minutes he had the speakers blasting. Guy really is an expert in many things. I had run into some issues with my MacBook Pro, it's a few years older and the it only worked while plugged in, and was running rather slowly. I brought it by to BHCR and the tech at the front desk recommended replacing the battery and upgrading to a SSD (solid state drive). They didn't overcharge me for any of the parts, I saw the exact price they paid from amazon, and they completed the repair the same day. My computer battery now lasts for several hours and it runs like a dream! I think it's faster than it was when I originally bought it! I never write reviews but received such great service that I felt I had to. I came in without an appointment and needed help reloading a pre-bought hard drive. I was helped immediately and was not charged a fee for this simple task. When my computer was taking a long time to reload and the technician learned that I lived close by and had walked over, she gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait in the store for hours or walk holding my open computer that couldn't be shut down during the re-install. My Thinkpad simply stopped working. As I teach an online course, this was heartstopping. I brought the laptop to Beverly Hills Computer Repair, fearing the worst, but I had my computer back in just a few hours. Problem? Overheating, thanks to lots of dust and dog fur sucked into the fan. Who knew? $40 and a full cleanup later, I'm back in business. All of this took 3 hours. The service is fast, friendly, and reasonable--no charge for diagnostics, and if the repair doesn't solve the problem, there's no charge for that either. I needed to replace the cracked screen on MacBook Pro Retina that I accidentally dropped. I went to the Apple Store, and they quoted me 80% of the value of my laptop to replace the screen (RIDICULOUS!!) Desperately, I searched Google and found this store. Jay (the technician) was very knowledgable and explained to me the positive and negatives of using Used vs. New parts to save some money on the repair. I went ahead with the repair using new parts and it ended up costing about 40% cheaper than what the Apple Store had quoted me.
