Some of the best service ever! And the ski resort decor was super cute. We stopped by here before a performance at the Paramount theater. We had the whole place to ourselves which was cool because the servers were very happy to answer questions and make our night special. We were also celebrating a birthday so they gave us a free dessert! The food was good, not anything special. I would go back for drinks but probably not for the food.

This restaurant is in the Sheraton. The decor, ambiance, and service was impressive, from that side I'd give it a 5/5 . The food was alright nothing to write home about. The presentation of the food was great but the food was pretty bland and I wasnt that impressed. The baby Beets was my favorite. I would rate the food a 3/5. Overall rating 4/5

We were staying at the Sheraton Downtown and noticed this beautiful cocktail bar when checking in, so we made reservations to try it one evening. Service was great and their cocktail list is quite interesting, unique, and seasonal. It's fall right now and the cocktails they were featuring had fall flavors (maple, pumpkin, etc). Those who got them enjoyed the style in which they were prepared, as well as the flavors. I opted for regular martinis and those were spot-on. The vibe is nice, casual and laidback, and slightly modern. Service was great too. Definitely would recommend stopping in!

Loved the espresso martini! Went here after a show at the bellco. My boyfriend said the atmosphere reminded him of a Vegas bar (in a good way). Service at the bar was great. Will definitely be back!

Stopped in here for a cocktail and had a few appetizers. The food was absolutely amazing and the cocktails were right on point.

We enjoyed Bezel after a long day of conference! The food "bites" were excellent, including crispy squash fries, tender pork bites, yummy sliders! Service and ambiance were great. Jamie was attentive and friendly. Drinks were fun and delicious!

Really cool spot with great drinks! We had four plates and each were great. The fries were crispy and delicious and a nice picking at over the night kind of plate. The blue cheese Oreos were super delicious and the cheese sauce was great. The lamb tataki had great flavor but was a bit fatty. The sauce had butternut squash and orange which felt more like a fall dish to me but I did enjoy it. The bao buns had a lot of meat in them and they were great. The Colorado summer dessert was delicious and not too sweet. In all honesty not sure if the panna cota was the right consistency but the dessert itself went well together. We tried the carrot in the rye drink which was whiskey based but it was actually very mellow and good. The apricot and tonic was more acidic than I thought it was going to be and I didn't taste the earl grey, but still good and refreshing. The espresso martini which was tequila based was so delicious and made very well. Definitely one of the better espresso martinis I've had. The cyn strap was very smoky and bitter and not for someone who doesn't like those specific flavors. Overall the service was kind of slow. The bartender and servers were all friends and were hanging out and talking a lot. The place wasn't also very busy on a Friday night around 7 pm. The music with the dj was fun and not too loud. The ambiance was great.

What a great cocktails bar! I went on Friday and they had a DJ playing some good beats, it was chill and not loud that you can talk. The decor was very nice and couches with blankets, nice in the winter cause some of my friends are always cold haha. The waiters were genuine, super nice and checking in on us. I was surprised there weren't many people there on a Friday but maybe because it's in a hotel people don't think to go here. But if you want a chill time with great cocktails while on 16th street, this place is one of the best options. I was loving my drink: Flower Power.

Bezel is such a gem in downtown Denver! Located inside the Sheraton, this spot completely impressed us. The Colorado lamb al pastor was insanely tender and flavorful, one of the best dishes we had on our trip. The encolada de camarones was so light and delicious. Also don't skip the espresso martini, the attention to detail in the drinks is so impressive! The staff were so kind and attentive, and everything from the food to the cocktails to the ambiance, was just beautiful. You can tell every detail is thought through. Whether you're grabbing drinks or settling in for a full night out, Bezel won't disappoint!!

Although i liked my drink here, I am reducing stars because they won't answer phones or rather post the wrong phone number on their website/Yelp page! It was impossible to get through, we decided to walk in and fortunately the place was empty - not a good sign. Secondly, their restaurant week menu on the website is incorrect, they forgot to add the additional $40 per person charge for drinks - what!!! I got the flower power - it was a good drink but nothing extraordinary. Ambience is good. If you're trying to make reservations, forget about it! Just try your luck and walk in!

You walk into a cozy dimly lit atmosphere. Our server was excellent! He was super friendly and attentive. All the drinks and food were delicious and unique. Would recommend for a calm sophisticated happy hour.

Bezel, located in the Sheraton, is a great addition to downtown Denver! I love the atmosphere of the bar, both sophisticated and inviting with plenty of comfortable seating. The cocktails are creative and delicious, the food yummy. The Tokyo Sour is smooth thanks to the egg white, and delicately flavored with the Ume Plum Whiskey. The Grammy's Sour Apple Sidecar is also good, with cognac, Calvados, lemon Juice and house-made Granny Smith Apple Cinnamon Cordial, a perfect fall drink! As for the food, I especially like the Short Rib Ravioli with black truffle sauce and mushrooms. The DuckSceta and Bone Marrow are also delicious. I can't wait to go back to try more of their menu!

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

My friends and I tried a number of the signature cocktails and had a few hot toddys that were super good. I'm personally a big gin and soda fan and loved ther housemade tonic that was in their classic G&T. Did not try any of the food but the dawgs were definitely would be tempting if I was hungry. Loved the decor and the plants all up in the space. The space is a bit more dimly lit and I think of a reasonable volume for a date. Would love to come back and spend some more time here.

That's when I came across Dearly Departed and I'm so glad I did. We arrived right when they opened at 5pm and were able to walk in and be seated immediately. The speakeasy is tucked into the underground portion of the restaurant, which adds to the charm. The space is beautifully decorated, moody, intimate, and effortlessly upscale. It truly sets the tone the moment you walk down. We ordered two spritzes and a charcuterie board, and both exceeded expectations. The drinks were refreshing, perfectly balanced, and felt elevated without being overcomplicated. But the real star was the charcuterie board. For $20, it was an incredible value, stacked with a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh veggies, nuts, and peppers. The freshly grilled bread was a standout touch, and the portions were more than generous. Every bite felt thoughtfully curated, and there was something new and delicious in every corner of the board. Between the ambiance, the quality of the drinks, and the impressive food, Dearly Departed delivered an experience that felt both cozy and refined. I'd absolutely recommend checking it out for the atmosphere alone. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu.

Cozy spot for some classy bites and cocktails. I think I probably got off on the wrong foot when I asked for sparkling water instead of flat and found out it was $7 per personal mini bottle (and they don't have club soda). My first time encountering that in Denver in the last 14 years... The cocktail concept is cool: pick a classic, slightly updated, or super creative version from 5 categories (martini, old fashioned, sour, spritz, highball). The spicy mango sour (with mezcal) was awesome -- although I expected egg white on a sour. The martinis were ok... a bit of a let-down in today's collection of Denver martinis at other local spots (think anchovy, sour cream and onion, holy trinity, and old bay). The food was also hit or miss. We loved the cauliflower/potato Bravas with the slightly spicy sauce, as well as the croquettes and their sauce. The tuna crudo was super bland, which is disappointing for $19.

Laid back vibe and welcoming staff. Nothing pretentious at all. The bartenders were knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. Always stayed on top of my drinks. The thing I like most about Death & Co is the way the categorize their drinks: Light and playful, bright and confident, elegant and timeless, boozy and honest, and rich and comforting. I had the aqua profunda (cognac, St. George basil eau di vie, lillet rose, strawberry, lime, and absinthe). I also had the eight limb daiquiri (rum, Canada aguardiente, Thai tea cordial, lime leaf, and Maraschino). The Blood Oath (mezcal, Vecchio del capo, Calabrian chili amaro, St. Germain Elderflower, lavender, honey, lemon). All were complex and delicious. You could pick out every flavor, yet everything melded together so well. They also have some basic bar food and snacks, but somewhat elevated. I had the D&C Burger and it was juicy, rich, and had some great accompanying fries.
