First visit to the bibbibop but it won't be my last. The menu and set up is similar to a chipotle but it seems easier and better displayed. All the ingredients had calorie information right there so take your pick. I got the purple rice base, with about seven toppings, spicy chicken and spicy sriracha dressing . I feel good about what I ate . The veggies were fresh and it was so flavorful and had a variety of textures. Food texture...I became aware of this when I lost taste and smell from covid 19...but I digress . I took Our 16 year old and she ordered a chicken teriyaki type bowl. She said it was very good and ate a lot of it. I spooned out 1/3 of the bowl and that was enough for lunch. Can't wait to go back and try their cauliflower rice as a base. It looked very good but I had already logged in the purple rice into my ww food tracker. We ordered two bowls (one chicken, one tofu) both with sweet potato noodles as the base. Both were great and would order again(or maybe go in to eat). Only complaint was the serving size. I was there for their opening and boy was I impressed by the fanfare. They pulled out all the stops for it with their hot air balloons, giveaways, photo booth and even a live band! (which was surprisingly good!) For anyone who isn't aware, Bibibop is a chipotle-styled asian food chain that serves bowls with various ingredients on it. I usually get their japchae which is a type of rice noodle and definitely worth trying if you haven't! read more

I love the different options I can choose from. The food is great. Dining in would have been nice, but I did not dine in. The Ambiance is always nice. I like the unlimited soup. The customer service was good. I usually get the tofu with the sweet potato noodles. I don't know how they made a noodle out of sweet potatoes, but they are good to me. read more

I'm not sure what happened to this location - but the chicken was so bad I had to throw away my bowl after two bites! It tasted flakey/grainy, and had a canned chicken air to it. So badly that even the sauce couldn't help it. I have had Bibibop countless other times and it's been incredible. I'm not sure exactly what happened or if ALL Bibibiop are now using different chicken or just this one location but it's so bad I'm scared to go back and waste money on it. Also - the scoops of toppings are so small now! I asked for black bean and had to double it because they used half a spoonful. Then for the cheese it was even smaller. Sort of seems like a rip off if you'd been there when it first opened it was very gracious with the toppings. I'm so sad because it used to be my favorite place!! read more

First, my family loves Bibibop. However the location on Hilliard Rome road is the worst. Only one person helping guests while others are wandering around. No napkins in the dining area (spoons and forks but no napkins). If you want extra sauce you have to go back up and wait for the one person helping people to get to you. The other locations do not have this policy. If that is going to be the policy they should ask you if the sauces you got are as much as you want rather than wait for you to get to the condiments area to find them not there. We have attempted to give this location multiple chances and had the same customer service issue. No more. If we want Bibibop we will go to the one on 5th or on Sawmill; both farther from our house. read more

We walked in our server is not good with english. We both got fried potatoes, and chicken didn't get a lot but the bill was $27.62. My wife got a coke and the coke price was $5.38. excessive. We gave a ten percent tip and you would of thought I called the server out his name. The next booth over was four high school aged teenagers every other word was mother f - - - - r. I'm sure Bibibop is just fine, but I wouldn't know. Their choice of Doordash as their delivery system was a big mistake. Somehow Doordash tried to send two people to deliver my food without actually having my street address. The first driver, who actually had my food in her possession, was apparently driving around randomly for a while before caning me to say she didn't have my address. When I gave it to her I guess she had driven too far away so she canceled. The second guy called to get my address and couldn't find it in his GPS so he hung up on me. Guess I won't be ordering Bibibop again until they ditch Doordash. read more

One of my friends works at this location and has given me some unsettling information about how the food is prepared. Their general manager, Soo Reier has instructed her kitchen staff to half-cook the chicken several days in advance before cooking it once again, then serving. They have also reported seeing mold on the steak and said that the sauce containers are never washed. Most of the employees are afraid to eat the chicken and steak so I would not recommend this particular location to anyone. read more

this is the worst bibibop in columbus! i am a big fan of bibibop and every time i go to this one, i am never satisfied. they never give you your money's worth. they always give me a half scoop of everything i want. today i went in to try to give them another chance. they gave me half a pinch of egg, put it in my bowl, looked at it and took half of it out... never again am i going to this one. i do not recommend! read more
