Kevin was kind enough to keep in touch with me for several months while he worked on finding the proper stairmaster to fit our home gym layout, my wife's preferences, while also staying within my budget. Once Kevin identified a potential fit, we went down to the warehouse, tested it out in person, and left with an order placed, water bottles from their company, and big smiles on our faces. The unit was delivered and installed by another very nice guy (apologies I forget his name), and we've had 3 great months of workouts so far on the machine as well as periodic check-ins from Kevin to make sure all is well and we are happy.

Delivery and setup were smooth, communication was consistent, and his follow-through was exactly what you hope for when managing a big project. I also had the opportunity to meet and get to know Austin, the owner, and I was extremely impressed with him.
