    Salad bar is dirty
    Michelle P.

Once upon a time I gave this location 4 stars --- but my last couple of experiences were pretty disappointing. It is regularly understaffed. 1. There's no attendant at the door to take families in or check stamps to exit-That was one thing I really liked about Chuck E. Cheese. 2. No one is monitoring the Ninja Zone, it's an extra fee and there's a bunch of kids running around without purchased socks or bracelets. 3. I ordered a cheese pizza and it took over an hour before my buzzer went off. 4. The salad bar is not kept clean, tables are not cleaned and the fountain drink area is a mess. 5. The games are not tended to, the balls that are in some of the games get stuck, but no one is around to service it.

I met up with my high-school best friend and our kids here. She had the month pass which allowed her to get a lot of game tokens and discounts. It's been a long time since I had been to this location and I can see that there's a lot of renovations. For starters, there's a soft play area and a trampoline. You get to buy cool grip socks for the kids. There's a toddler section and a bigger kid section. You can purchase tokens or time to play on each game card. If you frequent this establishment, I suggest keeping your game card because they charge for them. It wasn't too busy and we were able to get a booth and catch up while the children played. Accumulating points is a bit tricky unless you play the not so fun games. Prizes are just cheap stuff that you'd find in a birthday party goodie bag or candy. We ordered two pizzas and an order of fries. It took so long, literally like an hour. We were worried they'd close before getting our food. When we finally did get our food, it was hot and delicious. I'd just suggest ordering early because if you wait until the kids are actually hungry, you're going to be waiting for a long time. Place was clean and good ol Chuck makes his rounds and high fives kids. Overall everyone had fun and it was a nice way to spend the evening.

I've been a bronze pass member 40 credits a day / $7.99 with a year commitment for many months now and happy to say it's been worth it. Pros Easy access in and out Friendly staff Easy parking Good value Chuck E Cheese the characters comes out regularly Clean restrooms Cons Some games are down and eat credits, so you have to go to the front and ask for credits back Never had a bad experience and Joel is always taking care of my family. Big shout to him and his staff!

We came in as last min to chuckle cheeses it was my nephews bday and we were hoping to get a long big table for my extended family. Raymond and Gisele were so gracious to work with us and got our big table. This is the first time we come to this location and liked how clean and customer service was with us. I will be coming to this location more often. Thank you

Stuck on you I've got this feeling down deep in my sole that I just can't lose... Carpet smell hits you as soon as you walk in. Not to mention your sole of your shoe will be feeling stuck to the floor as you leave. Surprised that my shoe didn't stay stuck on the floor as we walked. This location has been updated with no more animatronic characters but an interactive floor by the tables. Lots of games for young or older kids. There is a new jumping area but you have to buy their specific socks, hmmm okay. Saw the staff and manager asking a customer where they received what looked like Chuck E Cheese dollars. Seems like the workers were confused with the dollars and the manager seemed agitated. The bathroom had a changing table, finally found one! Kids got their pizza and games on; while dad changed the diaper on the changing table. The smell and the managers interaction with the customers left me with a bit of a sour taste.

It's right off of Carson Street across the street from the Town Center more so across from Sam's Club. It is hidden and it's a perfect hidden gem for little ones. It seems that you are able to have picnics and parties here of course with reservations ahead of time. The animals and the petting zoo were so sweet and the staff was very friendly. The highlight of the trip was the pony rides.

Buying a medium sized container of feed was more than enough, IMHO. Visitors are required to feed only the goats & sheep from the other side of the enclosure. Without feed, visitors can enter the closure & pet/brush the animals. Besides the goats & sheep, there are 2 pigs, chickens, and in a separate enclosure, emus & a cow. No access allowed to those, however. Pony rides are an option for little kids. The ride is around an oval track. There is also a playground area to burn up some energy. A few handwashing stations on premises to stay hygienic during your visit. Barnyard Buddies is an accessible nearby barnyard experience. I was lucky enough to grow up around chickens, so I'm not new to livestock. It's my firm belief kids should be around animals, and know where their food comes from, whether it be eggs, milk and/or meat. While not a place I'd recommend traveling large distances to visit, for those nearby or whom happen to be in the area, Barnyard Buddies is a wonderful opportunity to feed enthusiastically hungry goats & sheep, and brush plump piggies. Highly recommend!

It is more manageable for the little ones versus the swings at Fiesta Village. Adults are able to hop on as well but be mindful it is still a kids' ride, so the bar may not be able come down where it needs to if you're thicker in the midsection and from what I read on the sign that I took a picture of, the weight limit per rider is max 275 lbs. I saw a good amount of adults that seemed to weigh less than the max but the mid-section was what stopped them. The line here was about 15 minutes for our turn. I think if they had two people working this ride, the line would go much quicker. You cannot unbuckle unless you have something like a pen to poke through the seatbelt. The worker has to go around and push every single one of these themselves. This takes some time. I like that though, so the kids cannot unbuckle without a contraption for safety reasons. I just wish there was a more efficient way of doing it. Overall, Charlie Brown's Kite Flyer, is a great ride at Camp Snoopy. Definitely a fun ride that makes you swing your feet and say "wheeeeee!"

Not too fast. Not very high. We were there 4/18/22. I kind of wish it lasted a little longer. My 7 and 8-year-olds agreed, but they loved that feeling of seated flying. It's a popular ride - for little ones and single adults. Lol. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes if it's midday. I wish I had lived closer to Camp Snoopy when I was a wee one. It's really neat and the employees were very friendly and assistive.
