We ordered a Triple Threat Cheesesteak, Bacon Cheeseburger, Tater Tots and Mozzarella Sticks. My cheesesteak had cheez whiz, American cheese and provolone. It was super tasty on really nice fresh bread. It had plenty of steak and plenty of cheese. My BF said his cheeseburger was great. It was a good size with cheddar cheese and lots of bacon. The mozzarella sticks were very good served with sauce for dipping. The tots were yummy too and they gave us a great amount. My only negatives were that they didn't throw any ketchup packets the bag for the tots or any napkins and they didn't offer drinks for delivery. Contrary to other reviewers, I found the women who worked here to be friendly enough. The one who took my order was downright charming. It's not the cleanest, most pristine place in town, but it does have a cool "college town" feel to it. I like that. There's not much I won't eat at least once, but I draw the line on cheese whiz. Great employees ... average expensive food at best ! We ordered the 12.99 large Chicken Philly. We added mushrooms which was up charge, and cheese of our choice (provolone). The sandwich was average in size and did not have even a full chicken breast in chunks. The cheese was melted to the bun, not over the protein. The mushrooms were added to sandwich after chicken placed in bun, versus grilling together as one. Clearly not one of the best Phillys from anywhere, but ok for quick snack. Also no condiments were provided nor appeared to have packets as wanted. Employee was very nice and appeared to be taking orders and also cooking. Griddle is front of very dirty window so you could not easily see your sandwich made if wanted. Big Al's club was ok, but next time I'd rather go to a sub shop for that kind of thing. Ben Franklin cheeseburger was also mediocre--the toppings were underwhelming and the mushrooms were bland. Tater chip chicken fingers were really good--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The pickled peppers are pretty much the main reason I'd come back. Sure, it's a possible staph aureus fest to have them sitting out in South Florida weather, but I'd like to think that there's enough turnover to keep them fresh. Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Stopped by on a whim cause it's 4pm and I hadn't eaten yet. Being an Eagles fan and seeing cheesesteak, I stopped. They apparently ship bread in from Philly. I ordered a "Triple Threat" cheesesteak, which includes Whiz, American, and Provolone, with raw onions. The woman working was very nice and talkative. Sandwich came out quick and tasted great. Not sure if they really ship their bread from Philly, but it was noticeably very good bread. The ribeye was nice as well. All in all, a great experience. My husband and I spent this past weekend in Delray and ended up eating here twice. We purchased a Groupon to get a deal on our order, because they are a little pricey, but I think they're worth the price. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak with provolone cheese. It came with onions and mushrooms. I really enjoyed it. The bread was soft, and overall it was just a great combo of chicken, cheese, and veggies. The serving size was huge. The cheesesteak alone will leave you stuffed. The second time around we ordered mozzarella sticks and pickle chips with our cheesesteaks. Those were both really good, too. The breading on the sticks seemed different to me...maybe thicker?...but in a good way. I really enjoyed them. Next time we come down to Florida we will definitely come back! read more
