Cute little place offering coffee, juices and sandwiches. Super friendly staff! Had tea and the goat cheese sandwich which was the bomb! They serve it on a crunchy kind of flatbread and are very generous with the toppings! Great place for lunch or brunch! read more

Totally cozy place. It's my son's favorite juice bar, and conveniently located near Kongens Have. You can also get some tasty sandwiches, coffees, and cakes here. My son always goes for the juice with apple juice, banana and strawberries, or if it's really hot, he loves the coffee blend because it's made with vanilla milk and tastes like a shake. read more

Excellent juice and sandwiches for not too many DKK. Coffee drinks are excellent. I've had the chicken flatbreead, goatcheese flatbread, and the serrano flatbread. All are fabulous. The Heartbeet is my fav juice. The ambiance is simple and lovely with pleasant jazz flowing. Simple herbs and flower arrangements adorn the long wooden table in the center. An aroma of honey, rosemary, and lavender wafts over me. The place is recessed into the ground, so if you sit near the wall, you get a cool grounds-eye view of the foot traffic above. read more

Not tourist friendly.. The man told us repeatedly that the shop closes in 15 minutes. We just wanted espresso to go. We don't want to hang out at your weird shop or spend money there if you're going to be rude to us we're on vacation we're here to spend but your shit attitude is horrible. Why have the sign in English and call it "the big Apple" if you don't want NY tourists to come round? Just rude.. read more

Stumbled upon this place after visiting Rosenborg. The interior is really nice and cozy, coffee was just okay but their sandwiches were really good. I normally don't like rye bread but it went really well with the chicken sandwich, and the owner said the rye bread he used was from his parents' bakery. read more

Wow. After visiting the Big Apple on Fiolstræde 18, I can't believe this is the same brand! This place is really nice, modern, using old materials, decorated in an unusual way. Bravo! We stopped here shortly, just for a good coffee and a little work on the computer. This place is small, cute and very happy looking. I haven't eaten here, but I can imagine having a nice snack during lunch time or just a coffee to stay or even to go, if you want to walk in the gardens across the street. My double shot latte was excellent. Have a nice Yelpy day! read more

This place is excellent. By the name I was expecting a crappy little sandwich shop with neon lights in the window but this place was completely the opposite. It is absolutely adorable, quaint and rustic. The sandwiches were amazing as well! I got the spicy tuna mousse and added avocado. Every sandwich is 45DKK and any extras are +5DKK, so my sandwich came to 50DKK. It was excellent, very nice portion, tasted great; I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Fantastic. Wow. Really surprised to find a sandwich this good for a reasonable price here in Copenhagen (50-55 dkk). The bread is made here, and is wheat- and dairy-free. Don't know that that matters but it's delicious and warm. My girlfriend had the chicken pesto and I had a spicy tuna pesto something. These sandwiches were delicious. The whole menu is English, in case that's your preferred language. read more

Nice sandwiches and nice coffee in a central location. What I really liked about this place was the cozy interior while outside if was snowing and windy. Prices are good for Copenhagen, quality is good, interior is stylish. A good place for lunch when you've just been to the park. read more

One of our favorite stops while traveling through Europe. The atmosphere is very cozy and quaint. The sandwiches are out of this world, no wheat, no eggs, no yeast, no soy, very delicious bread without all the junk. The chicken pesto rocks. the coffee drinks are quite delicious too and the smoothies looked on point. a wonderful place for healthy conscious eaters. Gotta give a shout out to the guy working there, he was a one man show, getting the milk, making the drinks, making the sandwiches, taking orders, cashing people out, very friendly. read more

I have been here a few times and to me, it's just like another juice place. It's conveniently located right by the King's garden, so they get a lot of traffic. but very time I'm in there, there is only one person behind the counter, and you usually end up waiting a while if there is more than 2 people waiting. The hours are not consistent. Sometimes they are closed when they say they will be open, but they do have nice sandwiches. I however know of better places in town I'd rather go to and spend money on. read more

According to urban dictionary, salty means "pissed" or "upset." When I use the word, however, it is to denote the arguably excessive use of salt, not the presence of pee or pique. (i.e. my BIG APPLE sandwich was neither so good I soiled myself, nor so bad I felt jipped; it was somewhere in between urination and irritation, the age-old bookends of judgement) Having said all this, and having given you sufficient clarification, I would deem it fit to venture that my sandwich was, in fact, a bit salty. It was, though, in fact, truthfully, pretty good as well. read more

A very 'un-hygge' place where the service is worse than the cleaning attempt they make in the cafe. A man boy juicer took more attention/time to bother me when I was clearly not in the mood for a conversation than focusing on making his juice, which took way too long. Would not recommend! A lovely coffee store next door though. read more
