Wow! We lucked out today! Sent a message to Shlomi inquiring about having our TV mounted above the fireplace. A few minutes later Shlomi wrote back and long story short was at our home an hour later. Mounted our TV, cleaned up and was on his way in about 45 minutes! Shlomi was very nice and knowledgeable and we so appreciated him squeezing us into his busy day. I had an appointment for a Saturday early afternoon, and they called me around 8 am with a cancellation and said they could be there at 9 am if I wanted. Luckily I was already awake or I would not have been to happy to receive that call! But it actually worked out great because they were out of there by 10 am and I had my whole Saturday ahead of me. The guys that came were super professional, nice and helped me to decide the best height for my TV. They were impressively fast, making me wonder why it was costing $350 ha. Just kidding, they did a great job. They did charge me $100 extra for the TV being 65" not 60" which was a bit more than I was expecting, but what can you do. It's a bigger TV. I also think the TV is just a smidge crooked, but not enough that anyone would notice, I'm just super anal. $350 included: The mounting bracket, addition of an electric outlet behind the TV, feeding two cables down to a new opening about 10" from the floor. read more

I hired Big Ben Mounts to Install a 40" LCD TV to a Living room wall, including mount installation, cable running, and electrical socket installation in-wall. Working with them was an incredible experience - not only were they able to accommodate me on a very small window, they arrived EARLY (calling first to make sure it was OK - and it was!) were polite, even asking if they can come in.The entire job took less than an hour, they explained everything they were doing for me, allowed me to check and re-check the height of the TV and would not leave until everything was level, EVERYTHING was cleaned up, and the tiny holes they did have to make, were ready to be painted. Though I should point out they only made holes where absolutely needed and with my explicit permission to do so.I could not be more pleased and will aboslutely work with them again. read more

Excellent experience with Big Ben Mounts. Professional, friendly and efficient. Great job mounting an 85 inch out of the box and moving a 75 inch to a different room. You could tell by the way they operate they are pros, experienced and detail oriented. They even pointed out some issues with the previous install. Shlomi is also a licensed electrician and installed an outlet behind one TV as you're supposed to per code. Some companies out there (including the previous one I used) will simply run the power cord behind the wall and connect to an extension cord inside the wall - a huge no no. I needed to have my coaxile cable replaced from the utility closet which is located on the back of a 6 unit townhouse building. The coaxile cable was pulled though my neighbors garage ceilings between the utility closet into my unit and up through the interior ceilings to my main cable junction.
