Excellent quality of work, very clean in and out of my home with booties on their shoes. I was amazed how quickly they completed the job (6 cat6 lines through my attic, 3 TVs mounted with power and cat6 behind them) and how they left almost no visible blemishes on my walls. Any holes that needed to be cut were done as out of sight as possible and were nicely patched after. Very competitive price for the services provided. I only chose Big Ben Mounts because the prices were lower than all the other mount companies whose websites I checked, but it turned out to be the right decision. Some businesses really have it together. These guys installed our TV and did a beautiful job. All the cables are hidden in the wall and they did a great job installing a new outlet and making clean wall ports for all the cables. Rarely am I ever so happy dealing with a business. The installer was really friendly and helped explain everything and work with what we wanted done. My only issue would be to advise people that if you get the wires put through the wall, that it will be difficult to put more in yourself later. So you should either be willing to hire someone to come out again when you need something else put in, or put in every cable you can imagine when you get it done. read more

Service provided: Mounted flat screen TV, sound bar, blue ray and cable box over fireplace. I submitted a request for service on line. They contacted me the same day to schedule and confirm the price. They set a date about a week later. The service person arrived on time.He was courteous and professional. He explained a number of difficulties and challenges he faced in my particular situation. He overcame these challenges willingly and with diligence. He had to do a fair amount of drywall cutting and repair. By the end the items were mounted perfectly, centered and the correct height. They worked properly. No wires were visible and the dry wall had been patched. Although the work was a little more extensive than they had originally envisioned they honored their original price. I called Big Ben's on a Saturday at noon, by 3pm he was at my house ready to mount my new LED LCD tv and wall mount my two front surround sound speakers and center speaker. Not only did he have good advice on how to arrange everything, but he did EVERYTHING. He put a new electric outlet behind my tv so it was concealed, hid all my wires, mounted the tv, and patched the walls. All in around 2.5 hours. He was a nice/ funny guy, gave me price breaks on somethings since I had so much work done, and just all in all provided great service and a good experience. I'm already planning out my second tv room to have him come back out. I'll even be having him come back to do my security camera system. I've already referred him to 10 friends, trust me, you wont go wrong and you cant get a better price. He did the full installation including 4 new HDMI cables, a fully articulating TV mount (IE it comes off the wall and turns 90 degrees) and mounted/ hid my speakers and wires all for the cost of Best Buy's installation (before any of the parts). Can't beat the price, can't beat the service, and the wall looks perfectly clean, like no holes had ever been made. I 100% recommend using Big Ben Mounts. read more

The short and sweet of it is that Big Ben himself installed my two flat screens - one over the fireplace with cords hidden, one on the bedroom wall with cords hidden. Ben was professional and on time. He said that he used to own a successful construction business back east, and has been installing televisions for over a decade. These guys are great! After having called a few places, Shlomi was not only the most responsive but his pricing was fair and he and another installer were able to come by on a Saturday. Initially I was only going to mount one new TV but I ended having him install 2 additional TVs. Our TV looks great, and all cables were hidden properly. Shlomi and his coworker transformed my den and bedroom by mounting, to perfection, two very large TV's. He exceeded our expectations!! Not only that, but he asked if we would be using DVD's and suggested adding the cable needed, behind the wall, so we would be ready after purchasing the DVD players! Most technicians wouldn't ask because they would want you to call them back out for another service call. Also worth mentioning is, unbeknownst to me, the wall in my den was part of an addition (just moved in). So essentially it was formerly an outside wall and it was very difficult for Shlomi to drill through this.
