They have a little more of a black pepper taste but they were extremely delicious. 2 things to point out is that 1. The lumpia is the smaller bite sized kind 2. They are a quite expensive for the amount you get. This location is focused specifically on lumpia, so the menu is more limited compared with some of the other spots that offer lumpia alongside full meal options. I appreciate that they have plant-based options, and the Impossible Lumpia did not disappoint! The line was not too long, only a few people ahead of me around 06:00pm. To be honest, I don't understand the hype when I could get more affordable lumpia that taste more authentic elsewhere. Service was very quick and the servers were quite nice cause it's Disneyland.. so the ambience is more than great. Other than that. I also had the Kalamansi juice. Which I felt was not tart enough. If you like egg rolls, I mean, who doesn't; you will love lumpia! They have a small menu that includes: pork, chicken, or Impossible. They also serve dessert lumpia such as their signature Ube or their seasonal dessert flavor. This time around, I ordered the pork lumpia ($14) with a Calamansi juice ($5). They give discounts to Magic Key Holders. I waited for my name to be called and found a seat nearby to enjoy my snack. The pork lumpia came with a sweet chili dipping sauce. I finished half of the box and took the rest home to share with my husband. I kind of wish the sauce had a replaceable lid but it was okay to toss once I was done. The Calamansi juice is basically a limeade and it's refreshing with the right amount of sweetness. Excellent new shop in Downtown Disney for quick service snackage! Located on the west side closer to Disneyland Hotel, the line was intense, but went quickly. These are some tasty lumpia from a new vendor in Downtown Disney. We dropped by Big Boi Lumpia to try out the savory lumpia and found out they also had sweet versions. We first ordered the pork lumpia since the chicken was all out. It came with sweet chili sauce. One order included 12 pieces, so we shared them with our group. However, I could probably tackle one order on my own. The freshly made savory lumpia was delicious and authentic to the Filipino treat. We also got the Peach Mango sweet lumpia with caramel dipping sauce. This was very tasty, and I would get it again and try the other sweet lumpias. Apple Pie is currently their "Limited Time Only" special item (July). A few drinks are available, such as calamansi juice, soda, and water. I love calamansi juice for its citrusy, slightly sweet taste. Glad they offer it, as it is also part of Filipino culture. If you are a vegetarian, there's an Impossible lumpia available. I haven't tried that yet, so no thoughts on that one. There are also merch if you want to sport their brand. I'm im Anaheim and a friend told me that there was a kiosk that sold lumpia in downtown Disney. I am only a mile away so I planned to go there for dinner. There were a few people in line at 7:30 PM. I heard people in line say they were out of pork lumpia, so that left the chicken ones. The line moved pretty quickly, so they was good! The workers were friendly and attentive. The lumpia were nice and hot and in a cute little takeout box. There were 12 in the box for $14. That's a little pricey considering they were the small pieces (about 2.5 inches), but it fit the area I am in. I sat down and started eating right away. Granted I haven't ever had a bad lumpia, and these were delicious too!! The Calamansi lemonade was good, too, but not worth the $5. So today I was in Downtown Disney and finally decided to try the famous Big Boi Lumpia. When they first opened, the place had long lines and a ton of media hype, so I figured I'd wait for the crowds to die down before giving them a try. I was actually surprised that I was able to walk right up and order with no line at all. The staff was friendly, funny, and provided excellent customer service. I ordered the pork lumpia, which came with 12 small pieces served in what looked like a Chinese takeout container. The lumpia were fried perfectly and had a wonderful crunch, but beyond that, I found them pretty basic. The sweet chili sauce did a lot of the heavy lifting because the filling wasn't especially flavorful and seemed a bit skimpy. For $14, I expected something more memorable. Overall, I left feeling a little disappointed. They weren't bad by any means, but they reminded me of something I could have picked up in the frozen food aisle and reheated at home. The sweet lumpia flavors were ube and peach & mango. I got an order of pork lumpia and peach & mango lumpia. The pork lumpia were so addicting! I ate most of my order without the sweet chili sauce. But I did try some with the sweet chili sauce and it was also good. The peach & mango lumpia comes with a caramel sauce. But I also tried the sweet lumpia without sauce and it was good too. It's basically a cart and has several options of lumpia along with drinks including Calamansi juice. Tried the chicken lumpia (quantity:12) with sweet chili sauce and all the dessert lumpia - Ube, Apple Pie and Peach Mango - all with vanilla dipping sauce. Each dessert comes with 6 pieces. We got the chicken lumpia and the apple pie sweet lumpia and I am not exaggerating when I say this, this is the best food at downtown Disney!
