We completely ran out of time for lunch, and I ended up running inside to buy Blake's so my kid would have something to eat before the next round. Then came the burrito itself. Absolutely flavorless. A culinary proof of concept demonstrating that salt is optional. I ended up bringing it home and drowning it in salsa just to make it edible. I understand food trucks can get slammed during events, but if the turnaround is going to be that long, people need some warning, especially when you are serving families trying to fit food into short scheduled breaks.

The tacos filled this need perfectly. These are real tacos -meat only (with a touch of onion and cilantro). The carne asada was very good and wife approved (she can be picky about chewy cuts of meat) and she complemented on how tender it was. The Carnitas were really flavorful and cooked to protection!
