Ok, went there two more times since my last review. I was talking a big game about how the "hotter" option on the Nashville sandwich wasn't that hot after having it the first time. Not sure if the cook heard me or what but my sandwich was so hot I actually had to take a break for a minute before I could finish it. It was still delicious, just crazy hot. I could see the chicken had way more seasoning on it this time. Also, the fries were fully cooked and much better than the first time. So maybe there's just a little inconsistency as they're a new restaurant and they were super bust the first time. Would have rated them highly until I found MULTIPLE reddish beard hairs in my fries! Unfortunately, I had eaten some before I noticed. Upon informing them, they offered me more fries... Umm no. Visited at lunchtime on a Tuesday. Line was long, but it went very quickly. The food came out quick as well. I got the Shaq Attack and my boyfriend got The Ultimate. Both were awesome and so was the service! The ambiance of the dining room was inviting as well. I will definitely be returning. It's a nice addition to Carson City! read more

Been here twice, service was great! Quality control needs some work, both times the bun was strangely cold even though the chicken was perfect. Got sweet potato fries both times. The first time they were a little soggy and the second time the entire bottom half were all tiny broken pieces that seemed old and chewy. I'll keep coming though, I'm sure it'll get better read more

The food was really good. I think it beats the other chicken restaurant here in Carson City. The restaurants only been open a week and it's always busy. They still have some bugs to work out, but the little bit of patience by a customer will be rewarded by the quality of the food. Wow, what a delicious sandwich! (BBQ Chicken Alert.) I've never had a piece of chicken that BIG from a restaurant chicken sandwich. Got the combo with the best steak fries, but sliced thin, different and delicious, and a 20 oz soda for around $14, what I would pay in a restaurant. Got a shake for dessert and I can say, goodbye Sonic shake, Shaq's is the bomb for $5.99. And thank you for being on the east side, Hwy 50 (sorry Tito's is gone) so I don't have to schlep down south Carson with everything else! read more

The new restaurant was appointed nicely, however the area we sat in on the far left of the restaurant had a really bad odor like urine smell. When we received our food, my wife had the chicken strips which were good, I had the original chicken sandwich and it was raw in the middle. Sent it back without issue, they brought me a fresh one. It was cooked correctly this time. Service was great, and friendly. I thought it was ok, not great. Chick Fil A is much better and Canes is even better. Not recommended. read more

While Sandwiches are amazing! Counters were not clean. This is our third time there. Dont even bother with fries or popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken has no chicken just fried crap. Just like buffalos wild wings. But again the sandwiches are super juicy and satisfying. One sandwich is suppose to have Gouda via online but they don't have it. Which would make the sandwich even more amazing if made as advertised. Nice dinning area and spacious. Service average. Was asked several times for a cocktail menu, but never given or asked for a food menu. I had to ask. Not everyone wants a drink, but actually wants to sit down and order food. Also there was kid at the bar. Sitting down, with a foam sword and whatnot. One it is illegal to have kids at the bar area. Especially when you have plenty of space. The bartender should politely say "hey kids arnt allowed at the bar". read more

Outstanding customer service from the Carson, Nevada, team from the time we entered, until the time we finished our meal. Cashier too the time to explain everything to us in detail - and with a smile!! Food was served hot and VERY favorable!!! OMG, the wings were "screaming" with lemon and pepper flavor!! Chicken sandwiches were juicy and very delicious. Mac-n-cheese was also good, but could have been heated up longer. The restaurant was very, very clean and easy to sit, eat and watch games on the big screen. Would definitely go back again when in the Carson area. It was well worth the trip while visiting Reno, NV from northern California. The prices are also very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend Big Chicken to everyone. read more

We arrived and there was a small Line. The customer service is good, the girl was inviting and had a great attitude. We ordered 3 sandwiches with fries/ side of mac , order of chicken tenders , and dirty fries. For dessert 3 shakes and a sad chocolate sundae. The sandwiches /one with jalapeño slaw was good, juicy, slaw had to many onions/ regular chick sandwich juicy/crispy and good/ bbq chicken sandwich , juicy/ crispy and good/ chicken tenders juicy and good. Sauces to dip are decent. Fries were horribly limp and greasy like they had sat for a few minutes(like 20-30). Dirty fries were decent . Cheese sauce was bland/ fries crispy/bbq sauce tangy but only gave us about 5 banana pepper slices. More would have done great for the fries. Mac and Cheese... lots of people had stated it's bland and it is. It comes with a cheese it topping but it looked more like a few crumbles. It also was room temp. Not cheesy and again bland. The shakes received were great but the chocolate sundae was awful. No nuts/chocolate syrup zig zagged across the top of the whipped cream and that was it. It's supposed to be chocolate sauce on the bottom/chocolate sauce On top /whipped cream and nuts. It looked like a sorry excuse for a senior center sundae just awful. Will we try again .... chicken sandwich was yummy but for a brand called big chicken it could have been bigger. i feel it's similar sized to something you would find at chik-fil-a. that being said the prices were reasonable. it's not clear when you walk in but there is a bar around the corner with full wine/beer/liquor offerings. we didn't partake but looked nice. quite a few tvs around too. overall a good experience for the money. read more

I had the ultimate chicken sandwich. Was a little off, kinda like stale but not. The chicken was good very hot. I feel that the mac & cheese while enough of it was not super creamy the fried onions. They were fine the fries I don't know just bland and seemed to be crammed into the box. I also got the pineapple cream soda, I feel that the description was backwards. Food is pretty expensive for what it is. I have gone in there twice and both times the chicken was just okay. Nothing to write home about or that justified a $40 price tag for three items. I think the milkshake was the best tasting thing I had there. The service was good and the ambiance of the restaurant itself was pretty cool. They have a full bar and TV's inside. Kind of reminiscent of a small Buffalo Wild Wings. For the price, I think I prefer chick fil a or even KFC chicken over this place sadly. read more

This time however the cashier was abrupt and it came off as rude, as she was ignoring customers ahead of me to talk with one of her coworkers.
