However, the staff on duty, including the so-called "manager," told me outright that because the system test showed my battery was "good," they would refuse to sell me a new one. Not refuse to install -- refuse to sell. This kind of treatment is not just unacceptable -- it's insulting. I was spoken to in a dismissive and authoritarian tone, as if I had no right to make decisions about my own vehicle. I've never encountered anything like this in over a decade in the U.S. I've already submitted formal complaints to multiple channels including AutoZone corporate and BBB. The store is now under regional review. This store is a shame to the brand, and customers -- especially minorities -- should think twice before walking through its doors.

We just wanted the correct parts but they just had to be right. Both employees were definitely wrong, and were stating "facts" that are literally impossible. At one point one worker was arguing a stretch belt was a serpentine belt, when in big letters on the box it said stretch belt. It's kind of concerning the lack of automative knowledge these employees have. Next time we'll just go next door to Autozone.
