Customer service is good. There are great servers and those who could get some more training. I typically other the steak special on the weekends. It's only .25 less than the regular menu. Also, 1/3 is going to be thick fat. They should change suppliers and get trimmed steak or do it prior to bringing it to the table. One of my good buddies has lived in Bay Point his whole life and told me I had to try this place he and his family have been going to for a long time. Driving down a gravel road by the water in Bay Point I did not expect to be served potentially the greatest omelet I've ever had. I had two friends with me, we all ordered something different and each of us loved our breakfast. Being that Pittsburg doesn't have many options, Ross's was my go-to spot for breakfast (up until this morning). I ordered what I always order, which was a Denver omelette. When the waitress delivered my plate in under two minutes, I knew something was gonna be off. Sure enough, the complete outside of the omelette was burnt brown. I'm not a fan of burnt omelettes/eggs (who is?) but I've had many before- and that wasn't the problem- I was still going to eat it. The problem was that when I took the first bite, it was runny/snotty on the inside. So I politely asked the waitress to have the chef make me another one- this time not burnt on the outside and snotty on the inside. As she's walking back to the kitchen, the Chef was outside by the counter, where I watched her relay the message to him. He made a smirk, rudely took my plate from her, and then rolled his eyes. That's when I got up and said, "I'm good- I don't pay for attitudes" and walked out. Hey "chef", I'd you're reading this and you plan to cook at a breakfast joint, learn how to cook a omelette you f**king bum! Either that, or get a better attitude. I choose this restaurant for the location since it was half way between a friend and I. When I walked in the amount of flies and nats was insane. I understand being by the water is contributing to that, but it was insane. The waitstaff was friendly and our food came out quickly. We both got the chorizo burrito. The food was piping hot which I love (and gave the review the second star), but there was no flavor. I'm super sensitive to salt and I was literally dumping it in each bite. The burrito was more potatoes then chorizo. I had to dig to even find it. The worst part of it all was the bathroom. I went to use it when I left and I didn't even get 2 steps in before I literally sprinted out (and I just had a knee replacement). The smell was so bad and there was feces all over the toilet.
