"I'm sorry- we don't have any mustard". "Excuse me". I replied "We don't have any mustard" repeated the gruff waitress. This was at 6:25 pm on Monday, December 29th. I had just ordered the $9.99 burger and fry special - no mayonnaise please. "You seriously have no mustard". No. Obviously she was too lazy to go in the kitchen and find it. So I ate a dry mediocre burger, and a VERY SMALL portion of fries (smaller than a McDonald's small fry order). Two other people in our party also ordered the Burger special and received about a dozen small fries. Again, staff on duty too lazy to make appropriate amount of fries. We arrived at 6:00 pm- aware that they were closing at 8:00 pm for some reason- it turns out a private party. At 7:15 the gruff waitress presented our group of 6 with our checks- despite the fact we weren't done ordering yet.... And it was far from 8:00 pm. As a plus- the heat was working tonight- two weeks ago the restaurant was around 50 degrees inside and had a small space heater as the sole heating source. Restaurant needs to formulate- and make a written copy available- of a BEER LIST. It's beyond irritating to have to ask "What IPA's do you have"? and get the response- "We have Miller Lite, Yuengling", etc..... if you know anything about beer you can relate. Simply put- this establishment needs to step it up several notches to get to average. read more

7/9/2021 A quick stop for almost a late-night dinner turned out to be a long one. It was not too crowded when I and a big party arrived but it was slow going, probably assuming it was understaffed at that time. The menu offered a lot of dishes, seemed reasonably priced. I noticed that all burgers are cooked well done. The cheeseburger I ordered was decent, not the juiciest I'd put in the books while the fries were tasty. Our waitress was good for the most part but could have been more attentive for a big group. Overall, a good place to stop, but expect some waiting here. read more

Service and food has seriously gone downhill since the new owners took over. Not to mention the terrible attitude of the owner's wife. Probably not wise to accuse customers calling in an order of being someone else who called in a large order and never picked it up with no proof, simply by their voice. This place had no heat the drink was watered down the wings had no flavor super plain. The crunch was a good Crunch but no flavor behind it. The fries were pretty good and customer service was nice . My husband and I went for the first time tonight and had a really hard time deciding! The whole menu looks amazing. The recommendations I've heard from friends is that this place is consistent - and I plan to find out! The loaded tater tots were a flavorful appetizer that could have been shared by 2 or 3 people easily. I had a California cheese steak and it was really delicious. It's a bar that serves food and that is absolutely fine because who doesn't love good beer and good food? I ordered sweet and sour wings, with Mac and cheese wedges. And My partner ordered a rac or ribs, bbq wings and these loaded fries with ranch, bacon and cheese. I'll be blunt the 3 stars from are generous. And I think we all need to have a discussion on making the perfect wing. They were cooked and a bit over done, and the sauce was just dumped on top. So I'm having two conflicting tastes. One that's dry and the other that's sweet and sour and they are not mixing. The bbq wings were just the same. And to be fair I don't believe in wasting food so I finished mine. The Mac and cheese wedges that I didn't take a photo of were just a disappointment. It's fried easy Mac. That's not how fried Mac and cheese should taste. I'm a stickler for good Mac and cheese and when I tend to not hold back. I didn't try the ribs but my family did not enjoy them. It was the quickest meal I've had eating out. Big Daddy's is the single most disrespectful establishment I've ever been to. They yelled at me while I was pregnant because I sat down outside while waiting for my brother to come out of the store. He was out for 2 second and as I stood up to leave the owner came out to tell me I couldnt sit there unless I purchased something after my brother just bought something from him. My husband went there today and he brought in some change to get a beer for 1.50 and the owner decided to be disrespectful just because he brought change in there and told him to take it to the bank. There are not a lot of bbq joints in Lebanon, so if you're fixing for some ribs this is the place to go. Everything from ribs to wings to pulled pork are all pretty good. Their hot wings are HOT, if you usually order hot I would recommend turning it down a notch and ordering medium. read more
