As a woman, you may sometimes feel a little intimidated by auto shops, but here, I have always felt welcomed and truly trust their staff. Cesar is usually the guy who helps me. He is super friendly and always explains exactly what needs to be done. Prices are reasonable, and their work speaks for itself! All in all, their service is top-tier. We were charged over $300 for an inspection related to an issue that had already been documented and discussed with staff in 2024. We had previously decided not to pursue the repair due to the cost, yet we were still charged for a diagnosis of a known problem. When we raised our concerns, the owner offered several explanations and only provided a partial credit, which we found unacceptable. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. In the past, we were charged more after incorrect parts were ordered for a repair, and on another occasion a quoted price changed when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. Based on our experiences, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

Thanks to Tucson's pothole riddled roads, I was in need of a wheel balance and alignment. I have…read morenever been to any of the Jack Furrier stores but chose the Valencia shop due to its proximity to my work. I stopped in to have the wheel balanced. John, the manager, called me out to the shop to show me that my wheel was bent. He said there was no point in an alignment check until the wheel was replaced. Unfortunately, it was a factory wheel so I was going to get gouged from the dealer. John refused to accept payment for the balance because the problem wasn't fixed. A couple days later I stopped back in with a new wheel in the box. John had his guy's mount my old tire on the new wheel, balance it, and then do an alignment on it. (I won't tell you the price I paid because I don't want to establish a precedent, but I can say I've spent more on dinner for my family). I tried coaxing John into charging me more but he responded only by saying, "Just buy your tires from us." Well, that's an easy one for me when that time comes! We have a 2008 Ford F250. We called integrity and explained to them what was going on and they got us right in, got our AC checked out, identified the problem quickly and had it fixed in about a day, even with a hard to find hose that (was the only thing) needed to be replaced. Communication was top tier, they provided status updates constantly. Customer service is awesome and the prices are fair! Highly recommend this place if you are needing any work on your vehicles. I took my Infiniti QX80 to Integrity Automotive & Diesel expecting an honest, evidence-based…read morediagnosis. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. They kept my vehicle for two days and charged me for a diagnostic. However, the report they provided states there were no active, pending, or history transmission codes, the technician could not duplicate the concern, and no issues were detected while monitoring live transmission data during the road test. The only documented finding was that a small sample of transmission fluid appeared dark and burnt. From there, the technician wrote that they believed it could be an internal transmission issue and recommended replacing the entire transmission. What is missing from the report is just as important as what is included. There is no documentation that the transmission had failed, no confirmation of internal damage, no evidence of metal shavings or clutch material, no hydraulic pressure testing, no testing confirming a failed torque converter, and no objective evidence supporting such a major repair recommendation. I later discovered that Integrity Automotive & Diesel does not have the manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment needed to fully diagnose an Infiniti transmission. Had they been honest about that from the beginning, I would have taken my vehicle to a shop that could properly diagnose it instead of paying for an opinion. To make matters worse, this opinion was reported to Carfax, creating a record based on a diagnosis that was never confirmed through testing. Integrity is built on honesty, transparency, and evidence. Based on my experience, I did not receive those things. I expected a diagnosis supported by facts--not assumptions. I cannot recommend this shop.
