As a small business owner myself, I can recognize when someone truly values their craft and their clients. Tony from AW HVAC Services came by last year when I thought our freon/coolant was low. He arrived on time, did a full check, and instead of upselling me on something unnecessary, he uncovered a much bigger issue caused by our home warranty company. Turns out our condenser and compressor were completely mismatched in size, which explained why our AC wasn't cooling properly. What really sealed my respect for him was that he refused to charge for the diagnosis. I booked him again to create a detailed report so we can take the home warranty company to SCC. I saw the great reviews for Perdue and decided to call them for a second opinion. As we expected, are system was working great. Eric was very good. I was excited to have found our new Heating and Air Company and wanted to sign a service contract. They had a new software system, so they couldn't send it out yet. Over the next few months, I called and texted Eric's cell and the company line where I spoke to an operator. They either didn't respond or put me off. This happened 5 or 6 times. Sadly, I can't trust a company that won't return calls or send out a service contract. Back to looking for a new company. Too bad, because I liked their work.
