It seemed like most of their cocktails were batched, so you know that the flavor and taste will always be consistent. Tried out ultimately the fried catfish and okra, the Caesar salad, and deviled eggs. The Catfish and Okra were perfectly fried with a cornmeal based batter - okra can get very gummy very quickly if overcooked, but these were perfectly fried, and the Cajun roumelade that accompanied the dish had great flavor, better than a tartar sauce would! The Caesar salad had great flavor and multiple ingredients, including some house made croutons that had a somewhat sweet flavor as if they were cornbread which was a welcoming surprise! Deviled eggs had pretty good flavor as well, paired with a little piece of bacon on top for a difference of texture.
