Amazing ! We arrived in Texas very late and was looking for something to eat. The front desk clerk at our hotel recommended Big O which was in walking distance and it was open until 3am which was perfect. We went in and was greeted and received great customer service. We ordered the chicken fettuccine pasta and a small cheese pizza. Both were fresh and delicious. The wait for the order was about 15 mins maybe a little less which wasn't bad. I would definitely go back and try it again. read more

On a whim (and a wrong turn because some douche-canoe almost hit me) - I ended up here and felt the pizza pang suddenly. This is strictly a take-out joint. There's only enough room for about 6 people standing. The owner doesn't use pork products, so be aware. (Nothing wrong with that) Pizza's are on the small side and toppings are skimpy. They don't use actual basil leaves on the Margherita pizzas which is half the damn reason to get a Margherita pizza! Dried Basil is just... just... wrong. Cmon man! read more

Fast, friendly, & grateful service makes for a 5 star operation! I stopped by Big O and grabbed a medium supreme pizza and it was amazing. I added extra garlic and jalapeños which made it even better imo. I believe it was big O who took my order and brought the pie out to me, he was super genuine and thankful that I was there. That made me feel good and the fact that the pizza was top notch, made it even better. The dough was perfect, had a nice flavor and was cooked perfectly. Which if you can get that right, the rest will take care of itself, there's no doubt in my mind that these guys take their pie seriously. Cheese on pizza tasted so fake it was like eating plastic. Also sauce was non existent so the cold plastic cheese slid off the wet crust in chunks (not warm and stringy like normal cheese). I waited for pizza to come out fresh from the oven but it was cold when I ate it after a quick 5 minute drive home. Any fast food pizza shop, frozen pizza at grocery store, or even pizza from school lunch as a kid would be much better. All 4 people I ate with have upset stomachs and couldn't finish any of the pies. Toppings were mediocre and lacked flavor. read more

This is the most tasteless pizza I've ever had in all of my 68 years. I really don't understand how you've been in business however long you've been in business this pizza has no taste the sauce is so Bland I don't even really know that there's sauce on it this is ridiculous this is not pizza. I would like a refund this was horrible. Locally owned restaurant that has a pretty good lunch special. You can get a drink, salad and a slice of pie for a reasonable price. The winner here is the pizza. I've been on the search for a great pizza place not just a good one.... I've finally found it! This place is simple, small, in an ok area, you can't eat there.... but their pizza is amazing! They deliver for free as long as you spend $10 and they have New York style pizza! Nothing fancy, nothing crazy, just doing the fundamentals well!! The pepperoni is rich, sauce is robust, crust is flavorful, nice and greasy, and they are quick & nice! This will be my go to pizza place from now on! read more

If anyone tells you their food isn't good they're LYING! I always order delivery and I'm usually told to wait about 30-45 but I always get my food 10/15 minutes earlier and it's always HOT! Never sloppily presented. I love their mozzarella sticks w/ marinara & their pizza is good because they have a great crust & sauce recipe so whatever you top it with, it'll always be good! Like I said I've only ordered delivery, but I've never been given a hard time over the phone so no complaints there, good customer service if you ask me. Overall 5 stars, probably my fav pizza spot in Dallas. I would've took a picture but I destroyed my plate while writing this review haha! read more

It isn't vegan but I find great options when we split plates. The only reason I dropped my rating from 5 to 4 stars is that even in 100 degree weather they keep a huge service window open so the bar is accessible both inside and outside. This practice is hugely irresponsible to the environment, to the Texas power grid and residents, and to those of us paying our bill here knowing we are footing that bill.

The food is not made by an actual Italians, or (I suspect) by anyone who has ever eaten Italian food made by actual Italians. It's made with average quality ingredients bought in bulk for recipes from an industrial cookbook. Still, you could do worse. Let's be real about the pizza - it's not that good. I would call it serviceable. It has a cheap crispy crust and flavorless cheese. On the upside, the toppings do seem fresh. Someone told me that the pastas are a lot better, so we gave them a whirl and I do agree - they are a lot better than the pizza. Spaghetti and meatballs is a good baseline so we ordered that and also an eggplant parm. The meatballs were okay and average. The eggplant parm is one of those dishes that's hard to do really well but when you're frying and breading a fairly tasteless substrate and dunking it in decent sauce and broiling cheese on top, it's also hard to go wrong. I was satisfied with both dishes. The people who work here are super nice and the prices are basically in line with the quality. read more
