So i visited Big O Tires a couple weeks ago, i have to admit, the service is good and the quality of work is great. The moment you get down from you vehicle there is someone to greet you at the door and welcome you inside. I had to make two trips with two different vehicles that day to get the snow tires put on. Both times i arrived i was greeted and assisted right away. They were pretty busy that day but still took time to give me updates about my vehicles and offered me water and coffee. I came in for an oil change and was so pleased with the customer service and friendly staff! I could tell that was not just my experience. Other costumers walked in and the staff knew them by name. Also -as a youngish girl, every time I get my car's oil changed at other shops, the mechanics try to up sell me on EVERYTHING (filters, oils, etc). That was not the case here, which I was so relieved about. I will definitely be back next time my car needs an oil change. read more

My car had a flat, tire was unbalanced due to the fix-a-flat that I put in it to get me around during the work week. I had used these guys before, liked their team and work ethic, so I took it in to get the flat fixed, tire rebalanced, and have them rotate and balance the other three tires. I met with Jason, and he said they would get started immediately. The work was completed quickly, without delay. When I went up to pay and leave, I was handed a receipt, and told that everything had been taken care of. Jason, the manager, must have had something to do with this, and I can't tell you how much it meant to me. I don't know if it had anything to do with my vet plates, or what, but it meant the world to me. Thank you, Jason, and your team. read more

TERRIBLE!! LIARS AND CROOKS!! They didn't perform the repairs I paid them for and when I took my car in to double check, they lied! The mechanics told me my car had several issues that need immediate repair. I took my car to Christian Brothers down the road. Not only did they fix the issue, but informed me that the original repair wasn't done properly. Save yourself from a headache and just go to Christian Brothers down the road. read more

I was SO happy with the service I received at this location the other day. I had purchased tires at a different location the day before and that location couldn't figure out why my tire pressure light kept coming on. When I stopped by the location on Potomac, they figured out that the other place had broken one of the sensors, but this place replaced it at no charge. They were so kind and professional about everything. After I left, the DM even called to make sure I was taken care of. I will gladly go back to this location again! read more

By far the most positive experience I have ever had getting my car worked on!! Here I can trust that the mechanics are never trying to overcharge for services or labor, in fact it's the exact opposite. I have never felt so taken care of when it comes to my car. I came in for a routine oil change, knowing I needed brakes soon and also knowing I couldn't afford them yet...Well, Jesse and Dustin ensured that I left that day with new brakes on my car for an incredibly gracious and reasonable price. They met me halfway At my next visit for just an oil change, Jesse and his crew ran some additional diagnostics and helped me not only change the oil but also flush my steering fluid and get into a new battery(which I desperately needed)! I so greatly appreciated this crew digging deeper into the "health" of my car without me asking; it shows a genuine desire for complete and thorough client care. The work ethic is off the charts here!! My car hasn't felt this responsive and smoothe in a very long time. And I left Big O with an incredibly reasonable bill. An establishment is only as good as the manager and this one is one of those examples. I went in to replace a tire that had been punctured since the tire could not be repaired. They replaced the tire, mounted it and balanced it, however, in installing the wheel back onto my Jeep, the installer inadvertently stripped the threads on one of my lug studs and also the lug nut as well. Instead of making a big deal about it, Bob, who is the manager, and his crew ordered replacements and took care of the issue promptly. I was on my way with very little trouble and I'm very grateful! This is one of the few Big O locations that has Sunday service. They are open from something like 8a to 6p on Sundays, which is a Godsend for my schedule. I went in for an oil change and to have a piece of my car's under carriage protector checked out. They wound up sawing it off because the piece was broken anyway - at no charge! The employees were polite and friendly and I didn't have to wait too long. Five stars! read more

Had a living social deal for an oil change, waited over three hours for a basic oil change. Than 'found' a problem and blamed it on the dealership. Offered a $10.00 repair or a $600.00 repair... I never knew something as simple as an oil change could ruin my day. They did end up comping the part to try to make up for the long wait. Service up front was good and tried to be helpful but not sure what mechanic needs that long for a basic oil change. read more

Got an oil change and I was told it was done, a half hour later I went to pick up my car and I was told they had not received the air filters. I was in a hurry so I decided not to get the air filters. The steering wheel and the door handle was full of grease, the dashboard maintenance indicator was not reset and they did not put enough oil in my car. I returned the next day and they took care of everything but I didn't even get an apology. read more

tIf I could give negative stars I would. Left my car there all day for them to tell me my tire could not be repaired. They told me I needed all new tires so I took their word for it and told them to replace them. They had to order the tires. I called at 3:30 for an update. They said the truck with my tires had not arrived yet but they told me they could get them done by 6pm which was later than I was told in the first place. I asked for a call back when they were able to give me a firm time frame; got a call back 10 mins later and was told the truck had mechanical trouble and now they couldn't do anything until the next day. I told them to forget it; I was absolutely frustrated that the work was not done that day and I just wanted to get it done. I went down the street to Les Schwab and not only did they fix what I was told was not repairable free of charge, they told me I had plenty of wear left on my tires and I didn't need to worry about replacing them until late fall. Big O are crooks! Avoid them at all costs. Awful! This is not the 1st time I have had a problem at this location; first time was a jacked up oil change where not enough oil was put in during the change and the only reason I went back is because it is the closest tire place to my office. Should have trusted my gut and made a little bit of the extra drive rather than deal with this garbage again. read more

Should give them a 0 star if it let you. Got a nail in a trailer tire so stopped by to have it plugged, they didn't seem thrilled as that was not their tire and said they were busy for awhile so I left. I call and ask what time I can bring it back and they say 9:15, so I come back at 9:15 and go around back as instructed earlier, then am told by a tech taking out the trash that I cannot park there because I am blocking everything. I say I just need the tire removed, I can move the trailer with the remaining one, but that's no good for them. So I once again leave, park on the street and call again asking WHERE DO I PARK, I have a long trailer. I get well we have to check you in and all that if you don't fit in a space up front I don't know. I again say all I need is someone to put a jack under and remove the tire and I can move the trailer on the remaining tire. Well a tech would need to be available for that. SO WHY DID I MAKE A TIME TO STOP IN??? Also there was 2 techs staring in a hood in the lot, one on the computer in back, and one dumping trash cans, that seems like one of them could help, no? So that's all, go elsewhere if you have tire issues, this place couldn't care less about you. read more

It took about 2 hours to get my oil changed on a Monday morning. Wasn't given a valid reason why this was the case. Very disappointing especially since I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. Now what made me give a 3 stars instead of one is they did give me a free oil change and admitted to making me wait way too long. I know not many businesses would admit that. read more

This morning my car's low pressure warning light came on. I dropped my oldest daughter off at school and proceeded to my other child's daycare. I became a bit concerned when the light remained and an alert appeared on my control panel as well. I knew this location was only blocks from my office, so I swung in hoping they'd be able to help me at 7:05 am. They sure were, they checked my pressure on all tires and replenished each. All work complete for free and in less than 5 minutes, even at 7:05 am. These gentlemen were so nice too. Will definitely be back! read more

I made a review for Big O Tires on Potomac back in 2016, and I just wanted to update my review because the people, the service and the promptness are UNBELIEVABLY great. I know that I will be a lifelong customer here. They are always so accommodating and do such great work on my car. They gave me great, unbeatable deals on my tires. They also are more than happy to help out with my couple of flat tires, free of charge, no hassle and no sales pitch. They truly are a lending hand to the Denver area, and I've never met a car place like them. I have heard of a lot of car shops that nickle and dime customers, say that there are problems on cars that don't exist just to make money, etc. Big O Tires on Potomac is truly looking out for the customer. I go to them regularly for oil changes and never once have they recommended anything I didn't need. For example, my tires were going a little bald, in my opinion. However, they walked me through the process of tires needing replacement and told me I definitely had another 6 months left. They could've easily made my money right then and there, but they chose to keep my budget in mind, not theirs, for the good of myself. They're really selfless in that sense. I went there for the first time today. I had been there when it was NTB. The guy at the desk ignored me for 10 minutes while he chatted with a customer. Then he checked me in and left the room without explaining why in the middle of it. When my work was done he called me over instead of coming over which is how it was done at NTB. There was an estimate for a brake fluid flush which he gave me but did not explain even when I asked. I will not be coming back here for my next oil change. read more
