Horrible experience. Louis is a sales person. Just because we were young he basically just decided what we wanted for us, while we watched him take his time on an older couple who came in. the payment plan option is a huge scam. they don't read you anything until after the tires are on your truck. so you are stuck with the tires and a plan you never knew you agreed too. unsure of the name of the lady, however she decided what payment plan option would be best for us as that's what she thought not because that's what we actually wanted. again totally talked over and taken advantage of due to being in our early 20s. payments are not an issue at all or we wouldn't have bought the tires. the disrespect and honestly the service has been less than par. also it took them 4 hours to put tires and wheels on the truck and they called us 10 minutes prior to them closing that it was ready, we live 20 minutes away. if you are not on top of your stuff they only care about themselves and their money, yes this is a pissed off review but after the phone call today I'm livid and cannot wait to get these things payed off. read more

They are scammers! Do not go there find a difference place to finance your tires there are better options I promise. Everything they say is a lie and they will change the story on you over and over. The Manager of this location hung up on me after I asked him to "please stop talking over me" they came and took my tires that were paid off and over $900 paid into them, they said they didn't steal them they are "our" tires and I was supposedly renting them. So I'm out $800 and my car is on bricks hopefully not damaged. I wouldn't trust them with a penny of my money, I was better off with the cracked rims I had and those will be what goes back on it after how they have treated me. No one deserves this. No one should be stolen from and the company gets away with it. read more

I called ahead for a time slot, and they said just come in since it wasn't busy. Took almost 4 hours to put on 4 new tires. Every time I'd ask why on earth it was taking so long they wouldn't even leave to go check, they'd just shuffle some papers around and say it should be done soon. Avoid at all costs. read more

My significant other purchased tires from this business over years and there was no issue. However in April of 2022 a set of rims and tires were purchased from this business. It wasn't 5 months bore the "chrome" started coming off the rim. After many trips to the store and being put off by the store manager time after time, we were told an "insurance claim" could be processed to have the rim replaced. After not receiving a return call or a replacement, we called and spoke to Jerry the store manager again and he informed us that it was our fault the "chrome" was coming off because we took it through a car wash. Now over two years later we've paid over 4,000 into these rims and they still aren't paid for. If we follow the "payment plan" they have when we are finished we will have paid over 6,000 dollars for the rims and tires. They aren't even chrome anyway, seems like some type of hard plastic. At first it was just one rim that was chipping and the chrome color coming off, now it's atleast two. Don't buy rims and tires from this store. They don't honor their products, they treat you as if something that was a manufacturing issue, is your fault. After their shop aligned our vehicle the tire starting wearing on the outside, they tried to act as if it was nothing wrong with it. I had to walk out to the garage and show them the wear. We pay for insurance weekly on both of the products, we were informed since we had been a good customer he would file an insurance claim to get us two new tires. No we pay for insurance on them , it's not about being a good customer. read more

Plugged my flat tire and put it back on in replace of my spare. Said they would do it at no charge and asked if I would be willing to write a review. They never followed up or asked about me writing a review for them besides that one time when I first walked in. (Weren't pushy about it at all.) I stopped at RNR Tire Express because I had a nail in each back tire and my car's "low tire pressure" warning light appeared on my dashboard. My tires are new and in great shape, except for the nails stuck in the treads. Upon a short exam of both tires, the RNR employee told me the only way to fix the problem was to completely replace the tires. I asked him why couldn't the tires be patched since the nails were not even close to the sidewalls of the tires. He told me it wasn't possible. I trusted my intuition and left RNR to go to a Pep Boys. They patched both tires with no issues, and the Pep Boys manager was very disappointed to hear that RNR Tire Express tried to tell me that my tires needed to be replaced. The employee I dealt with at RNR Tire Express was not honest, or trustworthy. Very disappointing. read more

This is the first review I've ever done on here. But it merits it. I had a nail in my tire and my boyfriend took it over there to get it and another tire replaced bc I knew they needed to be. I asked him to take my car to C & D in Oak Ridge bc I've used them for years and got tires for This car there for $70 a tire. But he didn't want to drive out there and went to RNR instead. They offered him 5 tires 10 bi-weekly payments of $59. He asked for them to set it up on my payday Friday but they wouldn't. They set it up on the in between weeks and would threaten to come take the tires off my car. After paying almost $800 in payments I called to get the pay off price. That's when she said they 40 WEEKS of $59 payments. That would be over $2300 for tires I could have gotten for $70. The lady was rude and condescending on the phone. When i asked why it was so much, not even $20 of the payment was toward the actual tires. It was interest and fees. We paid the tires off spending a total over $1200 for cheap tires. Not even a year later I had a tire start leaking air out and going flat. My boyfriend took it down there and when he asked about the warranty they told him there wasn't one even though I had been told there was. he even had to take it down there twice bc the first time he took it in they said they were understaffed and couldnt to it unless it was an emergency. This place is the absolute worst place to get tires from. NOBODY should even think about getting tires or wheels here. We fell on hard times and asked them if we could pay 4 days later and they refused. the tires on the car were gone when I had gotten home along with the tires. we have 4 kids and are trying to get by on 1 income. this was explained to them. they left the vehicle on blocks in the driveway. so my wife was stuck at home with the kids with no vehicle while I was working. so if there was an emergency she wouldn't be able to go anywhere. horrible customer service. the manager I spoke to was extremely rude and does not deserve a job in customer service. if I could give them less than 1 star I would. read more

I went to RNR because I had previously purchased a tire from them and was pleased with my service. This morning I had a flat tire, picked up a nail, and was there when they opened to ask if they could plug the tire. I was told that I had an almost bald tire in the front (I knew) and offered to sell tires--I told them I would be back when I got my tax refund. They offered to finance but were not pushy at all--just informational and offered. So they plugged my nail hole for free and in about 15 minutes--I was so pleased with the respectful way that I was treated and will definitely be back to get more tires. So glad we have them on Chapman Highway. read more

I first had a great experience . It wasnt until i wei went on a tri n had these pulled off at rnr . I didnt wanna mess them up . I came back had them reinstalled and here is where it all goes wrong . They messed up the paint in. Every lug nut hole . They said they would make it right . I cane back 6 times wasted time n gas for them to offer ro repaint the rim . N still pay 2000 total no thanks. I asked for a 20 inch rim in a style similar in only paint n material. They said they would hook me up came 6 times for them to waste my tine n gas . On the 6th time i was offered a few options that had heavy damage n still pay same price . After that they wouldn't talk to me except to say it would be a while to pull there property off my car to have a seat . They never offered to try to do business with me . Absolutely pathetic. I thought ok I'll pay a little more to have all in one place service, was I wrong? So I get my tires put on and the tire guy says I have front end play and they can't do an alignment, check it myself and a shop, no worn components . So I go back and this time they can't do the alignment "seized tie rod ends" yet I just had an alignment done 5 weeks ago. Seems like employees don't know what they are doing or just don't want to do their job. I will not recommend theses folks to anyone. Worst tire place I've ever dealt with. read more

Be warned never have a tire patch/plugged at this place. They damaged my tire doing a patch/plug and left a bubble in the side wall and the tire was inch off the rim. Now they are claiming they didn't do the damage to my tire. If I would have not known better and got in the interstate going 70 miles per hour the tire would have blown and possible caused me to wreck. They are not willing right a wrong on their part.
