Well I learned this from Daniel after my rear tires were wearing unevenly. Daniel was able to fit me into that day's appointment schedule and had me on my way in less than a hour of waiting. I received a full report on how my alignment was before and after it was adjusted. Alignment is under warrantee for 90 days but Daniel told me about the 1 and 3 year add-on to that warrantee. At either $49 or $99, it was a no brainer. I opted for the 3 year extended warrantee and will be returning every 2000 miles to get my alignment check up. Thank you Daniel and the ATD team on Long Beach Blvd. You guys are excellent!

Their process seemed a little too good to be true. After getting various quotes from a range of others, the price was all over the place from too cheap to extraordinarily expensive. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

They kept me for two hours, tried to align my car three different times, and even sent me off saying everything was good--only for my car to immediately pull hard to the right. I had to go back, and in the end, they just refunded me because they couldn't complete the job. After that disappointment, I went online to find another alignment shop and came across Trust Alignment in Long beach. From the moment I spoke with them, I felt reassured. I explained my situation, and they understood right away. They told me to come by, promised to check everything out, and even said they wouldn't charge me if they couldn't fix it. Sure enough, they did the job right and my car has never driven better. The difference is night and day. These guys really live up to their name. I truly trust them, and I'd recommend Trust Alignment to anyone who wants their car done right the first time.

I went on the website the night before and saw the tires I wanted, but I also remember the website saying it's best to call to make sure the tires you want are in stock at the location. Unfortunately for me the shop was closed for the day, so I made the appointment anyways and arrived the next morning. As it turned out the tires I wanted were not available at the location but were at their local warehouse and would be available to me the same day, but I was on a time crunch that day. Sal the gentleman assisting me was by himself that day and quite busy but he did take the time to make suggestions for other tire options and after we discussed them I was good to go. I also mentioned to Sal that I had a list of other needed repairs and went to get a previous estimate from another shop. Sal made a copy of it and said he would have an estimate for me after I came back from getting breakfast while they were putting the 4 new tires on my vehicle. I got a call while I had just finished my breakfast that my vehicle was ready so I proceeded back to the shop. When I returned my vehicle was parked in front and ready to go. I went inside to pay and discuss the estimate for the other needed repairs. After going through the list I agreed to the estimate and I also wanted to make sure I would get my vehicle back that same day since there was quite a bit of work that needed to be done. Sal said my car would be ready by the end of the day and as I was about to order my Uber to get home Sal said he would have the courtesy truck give me a ride. Well as promised my vehicle was ready and again Sal sent the courtesy van to pick me up. The one item we were both unsure of as far as repairs, turned out to be a part that had to be ordered through the dealer. I asked Sal to order the part when he gets the chance and to call me when it comes in. In short I went in for 4 new tires and thanks to Sal left as a new customer. read more

Exceptional Tire Service I had a horrible experience with this location's store manager and team, which led me to avoid coming here for more than five years. However, this past Sunday, I had a flat tire. Since this location is convenient, a great company, and open on Sundays, I decided to give it another chance, fully prepared for another unpleasant experience. But I was wrong! I walked in around 9 a.m. and was greeted with a friendly "Good morning" by the new store manager, Savuth Srey. He and his team were friendly and professional and helped me right away. They explained everything clearly, with no pressure or rudeness. Customer Service: When I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The check-in process was quick and easy, and everyone I interacted with was professional and kind. Wait Time: There was no wait time for the initial check. I bought a complete set of new tires and added an alignment service, so my total wait time was about an hour, which is very reasonable. Shop Vibes: The shop is clean, and the waiting area is calm and comfortable. Everything--from the lobby to the workshop--was well-organized and spotless. Cost: Pricing was fair and transparent. They clearly explained what was included "out the door." I was fortunate to catch their 4th of July special, which gave me a great deal. They offered options to fit different budgets, brands, and styles. Final Thoughts: While waiting, I overheard another customer mention their bad experience at this location, which reassured me that I wasn't alone. This particular Big O Tires location was recently bought by a new owner and I couldn't be more disappointed with their service. I used to be a regular customer here and was always provided excellent service and was quoted fair prices when Kyle worked here. I recommended everyone to Kyle and wouldn't go anywhere else. I wouldn't even call around for quotes, I completely trusted Kyle. I was pretty bummed when Kyle left. Yesterday, my power steering pump went out. I dropped it off with Dennis and he later called me back with a quote of almost $1100. He said I also needed new back brakes and that he would do both for $1400. I told him that I was just going to buy a new car and to not proceed with doing any work on my car. He quickly dropped his price to $950!!! I couldn't believe it. I told Dennis still not to do any work on my car and that I would be in the next day to pick up my car. I went in and picked up my car and discovered a hole the size of a nickel in my leather gear shift. When I pointed it out to Dennis, he said it was already there and accepted no responsibility. I just got off the phone with Pep Boys (PCH & Ximeno) and they quoted me $470 for the power steering pump. I will never return to Big O Tires and strongly suggest that nobody else should either. Let's talk! Their prices online can look a little intimidating but, it's not. I came in with my insurance to deal with a slashed tire. I know I need all 4 done and get them at least $200 then anywhere else, including Walmart. Upon inspection they found a few other issues that needed addressed, showed me how bad it is and actually got a reasonable price to fix it. They have financial options but I didn't need it! Customer service was beyond professional! Kind, quick and to the point. No bs, no run arounds and for once an honest shop! Very hard to find. I talked to a guy named Adam mostly! Dude was so nice! Very patient since I'm so ditsy I really appreciated it. The mechanics working on my car were all pros. Subarus are not hard to work on but they are meticulous. These guys were on it! I can't begin to say how impressed I am with their team. I prefer mom and pop shops over these corporations, they certainly don't deserve more money. But Big O we certainly will be back. read more

I am totally impressed and eternally grateful for the way these guys repaired my vehicle. I have a 13 year old car that was in much need of a lot of engine work. They did "Top Notch" repairs on my vehicle and on top of that I never heard anything but satisfying remarks from the other people that were sitting in the waiting room along with me. These guys know what they're doing when it comes to fixing cars. The waiting room is immaculate and the staff is courteous and attentive and explain to you what they're doing in a way that you can understand. God Bless the Big O Tires on PCH and Orange in Long Beach, across from Long Beach City College's PCC Campus. Yesterday, as I was stepping out of my office to run an errand, I suddenly heard a loud scraping noise while driving. I pulled over and realized part of my engine shield had come loose and was dragging. Luckily, the nearest shop was Big O Tires, and I'm so glad I ended up there. Even though I walked in without an appointment, they were able to take a look at my car right away. The manager, Savuth Srey, was incredibly kind and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue, zip-tied the shield so it was secure and safe to drive, and even explained that it would hold up fine until my next oil change when I can have the clips replaced. He also did not charge me anything for it which was amazing! I really appreciated the attentiveness, quick turnaround, and the genuine care they showed. Great service from Savuth! I went to Big O Tires in Long Beach to get new tires for my vehicle. I had gotten an alignment 6 months ago and the person who helped me told me I do need tires soon and that if I get them within 6 months they'll do the alignment for free since it was under warranty. So on the last day of my alignment warranty I went to Big O for tires and the person who helped me said "oh the alignment was fine." And I didn't need it. I told him the reason I got the tires in the first place was to get the free alignment..anyway I drove off and right away I noticed the alignment was off. So I called the next day and told Savuth what happened and he said no problem we'll take care of it and still honored the warranty 1 day after it expired. Very happy customer! read more

This is my second time going to Big O Tires. The first time they were honest about my car and helped me seek to correct the problem at the place who originally repaired after major accident. This takes major confidence and extreme knowledge of how best to serve customers. The second time I came, even though they don't deal with electrical, they still took care of the problem with care and thoughtfulness knowing customers just need their car problems fixed, not exacerbated. These guys are fantastic. Utterly honest. Recently brought in both my car and my work van. I could see the wear indicators on the car tires, but they said the tires still had about 30 percent left, and I could hold off the replacement. They I had them check out my van, my brakes had been squealing badly, then suddenly stopped making noise. I was worried I'd need an entire brake job. They checked it out FOR FREE then told me I still had about half of my brake life left, and not to worry. Twice I walked in there expecting to spend money, and twice they told me I didn't have to. Yessi was the best!!!!! I will 100% be coming back because of her. She worked with me on pricing my new tires, because I didn't want to spend a ton and couldn't afford all four new ones at the same time. She explained everything super clearly to me (I am not an auto expert by any means), told me I could replace the back ones first and the front two in a few months, helped drop off and pick up thru Uber, she made me feel super taken care of and just gave me good human being customer service. I was in a real hurry this morning trying to get to work on time at Long Beach City College this morning when I discovered a problem with my wheel. Service Manager and Sales Associate were incredible fast and professional, diagnosing and fixing the issue with impressive speed. I made it to work on time without being late. I'm so grateful for their efficient and friendly service. I will definitely be a returning customer. I brought my car in to address an error code that was preventing me from passing smog. I paid about $300 for the repair, but the underlying problem wasn't resolved, which was frustrating. I ended up paying for a repair that didn't solve my issue, which I regret. I later had my regular mechanic look at it and he was able to fix the problem. It was very complex. Based on that experience, I just wish the diagnosis and repair here had been more thorough.
