Super disappointed. we moved from the big o on 104th and moved to this one. On August 30 we got an oil change and it took only 15 minutes - we also had to get a new tire that was under warranty this process was awesome and they seem great to work with - we didn't get a sticker but we paid for it when we checked the oil when we got home it looked really dirty but my husband and I decided that we would trust them but a month later the check engine and oil light came on the same day so we took it in and told them there were two issues one was that the oil change was on and they assured us it just didn't get reset and the other was the check engine light. I told them not to do any more diagnostic on the check engine just because the car was under warranty and I didn't want to get charged and warranty not cover it so we wanted to take it to the dealership but they did not address anything with the oil change. They still didn't give us a sticker, didn't check and make sure it was done, and didn't reset the computer on the car - which is what they claimed was the issue in the first place. We paid $90 for an oil change that they assured us they did but yet we don't have anything to show that they did other than their word and they weren't even willing to double check their work. Looks like we'll be taking it somewhere else to get an actual oil change and reset the oil change warning. At least going else where we pay for an oil change we know it's actually getting done. Like I said above they were so great to work with when we had a nail in the tire and they had to order it and have us come back to put the tire back on. Guess if you're going here make sure it's just for tires and no other services. read more

I don't usually write these reviews but this experience at this Big O Tires in Northglenn, CO was just wonderful from the moment they held the door open for me to the moment I was leaving and everyone said goodbye. I am in a wheelchair and for the most part I usually get good service because most people are good people and I have a good attitude, I don't expect special service or attention, and often people feel bad for me. I had to wait an hour to get my new tires put on and everything and as I sat their i listened to the two counter guys who specifically help customers, Kaylin Tisdell and Ron because it bothers me when I get treated better then others just because I am in a wheelchair. They treated each customer as well as they treated me. They did not try to up sell me stuff I did not need. Also I never heard one fowel word or one customer angry or a employee with a bad attitude. I have been to many automotive shops and this place just felt different, trustworthy, that I had value because I was their customer. I would highly recommend this Big O Tires to anyone who needs auto service.. One of the best tire places around. I was serviced by Gil, the owner, but all there associates are good. There prices aren't the cheapest but there honest and will get exactly what you want. If your lookin for cheap tires then go to Walmart. Checked my tires tread free of charge, told me I still had 5/32 left with about 15,000 miles left. Told me I didn't need to replace them and that he'll give me a good deal when I come back 15,000 miles later. I still asked for some quotes for reference. Prices ranged from $80-200 a tire, Gil recommended a $110 tire that was the best bang for the buck. Decided to replace them anyway for winter, cost about $500 all four tires with 65,000 mile warranty, balance, alignment, and shop fees included in the $500. I'm happy Big O Tires is my favorite but Discount Tire Co is also a very good tire center. There in the same area so you can get quotes from each and see for yourself. I recently had brake work done at Big O Tires in Northglen. The service was done earlier than promised, and I was on my way ahead of schedule. After a couple of weeks, I noticed that I was having unusual braking and I called the store to let them know that I had concerns. I dropped my truck off on my way home and was told that I would be contacted in the morning with an update The following morning, Jon called and let me know that a defective part was the culprit and that my truck was already fixed and ready for pick-up. Jon took care of the issue, was very professional, and apologized for the inconvenience. John and his staff have been awesome since i first starting having trouble with my vehicle. With my car being an Audi , its not always easy going to a regular auto shop for repairs. They have been very helpful,as they have always been able to do the repairs right there and are always accurate with their diagnosting, and quick turn around time. I feel the staff show a genuine concern in giving you the proper service, and not trying to take your money on unnecessary repairs, which can happen when your a female. I would recommend them to anyone, and for those repairs that have to go to a specialized repair shop, i trust them in sending me to a place that has the same qualities as they do . read more

I was hesitant to have work done on my wive's Trail Hawk by anyone other than the dealership but Big O Tires in Northglenn changed my mind. Tires, brakes, control arms and alignment was needed. I have to be honest and say they had more than a few challenges but they stepped up and made things right. I have to give it to the manager and staff for always making my wife feel welcomed even when she had returned more than a few times. They were courteous, professional and learned from the experience. By far the best customer service I have ever had. I initially went to another location where I felt like I was just a sale and it wasn't that important to them to get me one tire, they told me I needed all 4, which I literally just had them all replaced. So I decided to give this location a shot and I'm glad I did. They were super courteous and Jon went out of his way to help get me taken care of today. Initially I wouldn't have had my tire replaced until Monday but he was able to get me taken care of today (Saturday)- even with their high volume of customers. Called after posted closing hours ( I know. I'm one of THOSE people). The young man who answered the phone (Robert?) was still incredibly nice!!! Was able to schedule my oil change for the next day. It was completed super fast. I've been taking my vehicles here for years, and their customer service never ceases to amaze me. Their techs are great, and everyone at the front desk is always so nice (I usually only deal with KT, but I notice the interactions others have with other customers). Jon here was the nicest man. I bought a used car that was not good. I kept taking it back to the dealer and they kept saying it was fixed, but it was not. Best shop out there! Always professional and courteous. Have been coming here for over 10 years and recommend them to everyone. I really appreciate the precautions around COVID they are taking during these times. I contacted Jon the manager to let him know I was disappointed in the service I had received from one of his technicians when I brought my son's car in for service. He responded immediately and said "please bring it back, I'll make it right". He personally test drove and made sure the car was working properly and safe and didn't charge me a cent for the 2nd visit. He thanked me for giving him the opportunity to earn my business back. This place is great. 1st time taking my van in to get snow tire off and others put on. I dropped it off they had it awhile but I was fine with that it was a Sat. and I knew they were busy. I don't remember the name of the gentlemen that I spoke with two different ones what I loved is that you are a person not a number they joked with us they laughed with us so very kind they were a blessing. In the past 10 years or so of coming here, I've never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional and go out of their way to make things right if not satisfied. They are always willing to fill my tires before a road trip, take care of a faulty valve stem and present all options in my price range when purchasing tires and let me know which tire is best for the type of driving I do. I am immunocompromised and over the age of 70, so was concerned about going in for my oil change around people who (inconsiderately) do not wear masks. This store has it all figured out! They asked that people wear masks and wait outside to social distance. I sat far away from others outside the store and wore my mask. I couldn't be happier with this location. I love the guys at this Big O. I have been taking my vehicle there for everything from oil changes to brakes and even serious mechanical work like power steering pump replacement for years. As a disabled single mom it's great to know that I'm getting excellent service at the best price possible. I have been taking my cars and truck to this big o for years. They have always done a great job. Recently I purchased an economical vehical with an odd size tire. The manager John not only found the tire size but provided a few options. He then had them delivered same day and installed 5 tires in about an hour after my arrival.
