I only had a picture of the paper receipt that I received from Big O tires and they honored it. Took my car to Big O for a front end alignment after sliding into a snow bank and hitting the drive's side tire pretty hard. They gave me a quote and inspected the suspension. Then they brought me the news that the front end alignment was in specs. When I went to pay I was astounded tgat the cost was ZERO dollars. Needed new tires desperately, so gave them a call. They said to come right in and they'd take care of it. Got into my car, and realized the battery was dead. Jumped it, aired up the tires so they were round, and limped it to the shop. Jason and his team were very kind about me dropping off a car that probably wouldn't start, and would need more air in the tires before they could put it on a rack. They got me setup with a new battery, tires, and my front breaks were about gone. So took care of that as well. A few days later we got our first snow fall. The car started no issues thanks to the battery. Tires and breaks couldn't have come at a better time. read more

Update: This is long overdue. I did make another appointment. The owner spoke with me personally and apologized for what happened. They did replace my valve caps (seems petty but it was irksome) They aired up all the tires. Properly and they held. They did the alignment again and while it was considerably better it was still off. I understand Mercedes can be temperamental but I was impressed enough that I made an appointment for them to do coil overs on one of my off-road vehicles. The price was fair, the job was done quickly, and everything is as it should be. I've updated my review to 4 stars. Several other reviews have said the owner is a stand up guy and after meeting him, his personal interest in my vehicles, and the way everything was handled I would agree with what else has been said. Jason provides some important basic services such as flat repair and rotation/balancing at no charge. I love Big O Tires' online system that allows us to set up appointment for an oil change which was convenient for my husband and I. When they were working on the car, Steve Eidson explained there was an issue with the front end alignment and they could get the part in that day to get it resolved. My husband went with it because he trusted what Steve was saying. Steve said it would be ready before the end of the day. We got the call two hours later the car was ready. Now that is service. I've been bringing our families four vehicles here since 2017, never had a single issue or complaint. This past weekend, we woke up to a flat rear tire, to the rim. I located the issue (nail), circled it, pulled the tire and brought it in. I went home, threw on the spare and drove back to the tire being repaired. An employee, Josh went above and beyond and came to my house to put my spare on for me, after his shift free of charge so that I could drive safely to the store the next morning to have my tire switched. He volunteered to do this without hesitation when I was worried about getting my car to the shop on a flat. I am amazed by this kindness. Sent my son there for 4 new tires and had the quote in advance which I did through the website. The quote was $844.98 which was made up of: $840.98 for tires $41.80 shop fees $62.22 taxes $100 Rebate I had specifically declined nitrogen and a TPMS rebuild when getting the quote prepared and you think they quote would have included mount and balance or at least an option to check the price and include it in the quote. Sent my son there to get the tires and imagine my surprise when it was over $1,100. Seems they tacked on $30 for nitrogen, $32 for a TPMS rebuild (the sensors are 3 years old and did not need a rebuild as they worked perfectly, $96 for mount and balance, $105.99 for an alignment but no pre and post alignment numbers provided on the invoice (old tires did not show any wear out of the normal, nothing to indicate an alignment was needed). Final invoice: Parts: $883.93 Labor: $359.97 Shop Supplies: $55.00 (just what supplies did you7 provide that cost $55.00? Tax: $75.12 Quote total: $1,374.02 Seems they then felt guilty and only billed $1,114.44 Congratulations Big-O, you have a lost a long-time customer read more

I brought my vehicle in on Wednesday to have a nail removed from a tire I had purchased at this shop just last August. After waiting a while one of the guys told me that the tire couldn't be repaired because the nail was too close to the shoulder. This seemed strange to me as the nail was almost two inches from the edge of the tread. He then told me that the other three tires on the vehicle were nearly worn out and suggested I replace all four tires for close to $900. I said no thanks and drove over to Les Schwab. Their technician took one look at the damaged tire and said it absolutely could be repaired. They fixed it for free and told me the other tire were still good for at least another 10-15k miles. It's very disappointing to think that I was not given a true assessment of the damaged tire by Big O and that they were prematurely trying to coerce me into replacing all the tires on the car. I have also purchased a full set of Michelin tires there for my Explorer but I'll think twice before going here again. read more
