    i've never had a perfect experience with Big Sandy and again today, almost. What furniture was received is beautiful. After waiting three months you have expectations and they were almost met, almost. Missing an entire piece of a sectional is incredibly careless. The delivery team was awesome! Now back to waiting, again!

    we had a great experience in the store. Our sales representative Drew was very helpful and expedite our purchase. We were able to select a day that worked best for our schedule and the communication I received leading up to the Delivery and the day of made for a seamless process. The delivery team was wonderful. They were polite and efficient. They showed me how to use the unit and answer any questions I may have. Overall, a great experience with Big Sandy Superstore and I definitely would use the again.

    We ordered a complete new set of appliances. Great pricing. Price guarantee. Also love the fact that if you do not use the warranty you purchase you receive comparable in store credit when warranty expires. They also have their own service and install team. No farming out to third parties. What a great perk. Our salesmen was Hani and he was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I was worried it would be too big to fit through the doorway of our old house, but Chris measured it carefully, compared it to the width of our doorway, and he assured us it would fit. I'm so glad we were able to get the larger refrigerator with the water and ice dispenser in the door. He also showed us how to change the water filter and helped us find the right one on Amazon. We weren't sure whether we wanted a gas or electric range, and then we had to decide which model. Chris had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He spent a lot of time with us, but he never hovered. The showroom isn't fancy, but they have lots of inventory to look at, their prices and delivery costs are very reasonable, and working with Chris made buying appliances a fun experience.

I purchased a brand-new high end Frigidaire Professional range from Appliance Factory approximately two years ago, and it has been used very lightly. Recently, the cooktop burners stopped heating properly. Following basic troubleshooting, I turned the breaker off and then back on. When power was restored, there was a loud electrical pop, and the back of the range began smoking and developed a burned hole in the metal panel near the power cord connection. I contacted Appliance Factory and spoke with the manager. he told me he had "never" heard of this happening and immediately stated there was nothing they could do because I did not purchase the extended warranty. When I explained that the failure was due to the power cord that Appliance Factory installed and asked whether they would consider assisting in good faith since the failure was related to the installation, I was told there was nothing they could do. I wasn't expecting a free replacement- I was simply hoping they would stand behind their installation or offer some level of assistance. Instead, I felt my concerns were dismissed without any effort to investigate the cause of what appears to be a serious electrical failure. I understand that warranties have limits, but customer service also matters. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Appliance Factory again..

Date of initial sale: Sunday July…read more20, 2025 Product: Tempur-Pedic Pro-Adapt Twin XL (medium) and Twin XL (firm) Cost: $5000 (sold on a comfort guarantee and 30-day return policy for this major purchase) -- Delivered: Saturday August 2, 2025 Requested exchange: August 24, 2025 (firm mattress too firm, medium was better) -- Replacement Product: Tempur-Pedic Pro-Breeze (medium, king size) Cost: same but bought additional low profile box spring ($300) -- Delivered: Tuesday September 2, 2025 Reported something wrong with mattress about a week later and couldn't use the mattress. It was abnormally soft in spots as if it was previously used. Sales person said she would need to contact the store manager who would look into options and get back to us. After another week went by we didn't hear from them, we went back to the store. The manager seemed surprised to see us and tried to blame not getting back to us on his sales associate. Asking for an update on our options for return or exchange, the manager (Adam) unprofessionally and flippantly told us we're stuck with the defective product and if we don't like it, sell it on Facebook marketplace. We said this was unacceptable and asked to speak with someone else. Without any help from Adam, we did our own research and found the President's hotline number. I left a voicemail to explain and escalate this matter. I felt the representative Jonathon was much more professional and said he would get back to me in a day or so. After patiently waiting three weeks for a resolution, and following up a couple of times, I decided it would be in our best interests to file this complaint. We still seek a fair resolution that could include a refund minus 20% restocking fee, a new mattress to replace the defective one (possibly used?) we were given, or even store credit to buy appliances we need. We cannot accept keeping a $5000 defective mattress we cannot use or sell. Update: We have also filed a complaint with the Ohio attorney general's consume protection agency.

I called customer service and they will not offer any solution (aside from it coming out of pocket, thanks for nothing) because I'm outside of the year warranty. However I do think that I should be able to wash my couch cushion covers of my fairly expensive couch without the covers falling apart. They never even showed up ! At all!! I called the next day to be informed that my items were not even on a truck for delivery yesterday. Whoever runs the show over there should be sent to loading trucks and not scheduling them. Apologies mean nothing when you don't make the problem right. I will never buy a single item from any value city store and anything related to the shottenstein name . If this is how they treat a 75 year old with cancer getting ready to start chemo I can imagine how they treat others. Totally disgusted !!!!!
