I'm editing this review after hearing from the manager. While it was still ridiculous to wait 90 minutes for a 10 minute fix that was their fault, I appreciate him calling and apologizing. My husband is so much nicer than I am so he didn't say anything while he was there. He said there are 2 people you don't upset - the ones who fix your food, and the ones who fix your car. He's not wrong. LOL This is our go-to place and has been for 13 years. But today has changed my mind. My husband had his car in on Saturday (2 days ago) and had his tires rotated and balanced. On Sunday we found the tire weights laying on the garage next to his tire. So today he stopped in to have them fix their mistake. He arrived at 4:20 and it is now 5:25 and he's still waiting for them to even pull his car in. I understand that there were people there ahead of him but this is a simple 10 minute fix and should have been handled immediately. They have a don't care attitude and they're making him wait until all other customers have been seen. read more

I had a great experience. I came in with a flat tire and they were very kind, spotted the screw immediately, and got me in line to get it fixed. I came at 5pm and the wait for the fix was about 45 mins. Great customer service!! If you're like me and haven't been before, the process is you park, go inside, and someone will come out with you to take a look at the problem tire. read more

I went in for a flat tire to get new one. Purchased brand new from them 5 months ago. It was irreparable as the hole was on the side not in the tread. I told them I want new tire, and my flat one was under warranty I purchased. They took my car right away. An hour later (too long) I asked about it and magically they said (not nicely) 5 more minutes. I drove away and a few hours later my tire light went on. I went back and realized my same side tire was flatter than flat. Manager told me they "repaired" my flat and did not put new tire on. So basically they risked my life by trying to get away with not putting a new one on. Also I lost wages because I should have been working. People be careful of them! Crooked! Sloppy slow and lazy!! And manager tried to shush me so other customers wouldn't hear. I told him to stop loudly. He also tried to tell me I had not purchased new tires since 2024. I have receipt for May 2025!! read more

They told me my tire was going to tear completely within the next three days. I ended up driving on it for the next year (still okay) with no problem at all went to a different tire shop. They said there was nothing wrong with it. If you're going here just make sure not to get sold on anything. They're pretty scummy. read more

I made an appointment but my service didn't start on time.. They said it will take about an hour to get my tire replaced, and it was done on time. Just dropped in to get a price and information on any upcoming promotion. Christopher showed me the tires I had been researching. He offered to look my tires over. He found 2 that were separating with bulges and even some major exterior rubber separation. It was pretty late in the day and I told Chris I could come back in Monday. I have all my trucks with Discount for years so he knew I'd be back. He said he would hate to see me drive any more on those separated tires especially in this heat. Chris said he'd get me in because I really needed to get off those separated tires; especially in this heat. He got it done and told me the new tires would resolve the steering wheel wobble as well. I came in for a simple tire rotation, since I forgot during my last oil change. The guys at the front who helped me out were very nice & respectful. Overall had a great experience, until I got home. There was damages to ALL FOUR WHEELS. I'm not sure if it was on purpose or accident but, any person should know to be extra careful when working on someone's car, other than theirs. I know these scratches were never there before, because I only got 1 other tire rotation, which was from Toyota, where I bought my car BRAND NEW, and they take special care of their cars. I also wash my car about once a week, and wipe my rims down, I'm sure I would notice it to the naked eye. Just be careful if you have aftermarket wheels/rims you care about, they could end up looking like mine. read more

I am a long time customer of Discount tire. They have price matched for me and overall have done a pretty good job. Just a couple little details I had an issue with. I purchased 4 new tires. When the job was completed, when I pulled out on the road and saw that my flat tire warning was not reset. I turned around and went back and they came out an reset everything. When I got home, both wheels on the passenger side were missing the valve stem caps. Seems like this should be standard when you purchase four new tires. Very inconsiderate of their customers time. I arrived at 9:10 am to check the air in my tires, the kind attendant told me to pull up and check in because I have a slow leak. He pointed at the garage space and made it seem as if they'd get me right in there to patch my tire. So I went and checked in with Linc at the front desk, he put his hand out for my key, and gave me the impression they were getting right on it. I didn't even get to grab my bag and laptop before he ran off. At 10:00, I noticed my car was back in the same parking space. I asked if it was done, and he said no ma'am. Then I asked how much longer it would be, and he said it'll probably be an hour before they can get to it. Really? He rushed me for my key and then expected me to just wait around for two hours without even informing me of the wait time. Horrible service. And I've never written a bad review in my life.
