The day I met Charlie, Cameron and Doug , the vibe was extremely pleasant as well as positive. In my particular situation, they went to empty both of my storage units, about 30 minutes away from each other. The big unit was in Victorville and the smaller unit that I was also utilizing was located in Hesperia. Carlos, Cameron and Doug both managed to pack so amazingly well that everything fit. Once everything was picked up from both storage units, they unloaded all the contents into my home. These guys wanted me to be the boss lol because they really wanted to put the labeled boxes in certain rooms for me. With my furniture they placed it in all the desired rooms. They assembled my gigantic bed. They placed everything exactly where I wanted. It was all unreal. It was overwhelming as everything seemed to be in a whirlwind and it was all too surreal. What made it nice also was that my time with Charlie, Cameron and Doug was shared with ADT who came by. These guys graciously kept unloading the truck and placing items in their respective rooms. These guys are self motivated, extremely conscientious in their approach to protecting your items and how they worked with integrity, the ability to do the right thing even when no one was looking. If, and I don't want to go through moving again, BUT IF I needed a reliable moving company, I'd definitely without a doubt hire Big Time Movers because they made it seem effortless and not once did I hear any complaining. First I just want to say if you are browsing yelp for movers, I would just stop here, these are the guys that will bust their buns of steels and get the job done! I chose these guys initially because I read the reviews, and they were all great. I booked them a week before We moved amd within that week I kept texting Charlie because I was nervous about the move. I confirmed with him and during that time, any questions that I had, he always answered and never made me feel like I was bugging. Then on moving day, well all I can say is I was blown away. Not only were they fast, but they really were careful with everything and they were so personable, and friendly, and fun! My husband and I enjoyed having them as oilir movers . When my older son drove to the new house i asked him, hows it going over there? He said its loud and theyre playing music and dancing, lol. I mean, i gotta send a shot out to cameron he was playing the jams while we were moving on his pandora the whole time, and he was so silly which made it fun! Charlie provided excellent customer service when I initially called for a quote and Cameron and Doug did an exceptional job with my move. They took all the necessary steps to comply with COVID-19 precautions and were so helpful in every way. Charlie and Cameron are two amazing guys that made my move such a pleasure. They made the whole process painless and worry free. I needed a local move within Orange County yet they wrapped and protected by furniture and possessions like we were going around the world. Such great care and attention to detail --- way more than I had ever expected. So nothing was damaged and everything arrived in perfect condition. Both of these gentlemen are moving geniuses. Nothing stops them from figuring out a way to overcome challenges (tight walkways, narrow stairs, alley ways, etc.) and they do it in a such a positive manner. Big Time Movers did an excellent job moving us into our new Condo last weekend In Long Beach. I knew our job was going to be tough, our new Condo is on the 3rd floor with walk up stairs only, no elevator. I have a very heavy pillow top king size mattress, we had a lot of stuff and heavy boxes. These guys did it no problem! When I hire movers, I always want movers that got hustle, try to make good time, and keep the customer's total cost in mind. Let me tell you, these guys hustled, wasted no time and got it done fast, even with 3rd floor walk up stairs. Big Time Movers deserve a Big Time Review. They were up front about the cost of the move, no hidden fees. Charlie dropped off boxes and packing materials ahead of time. They were able to work with me as I changed my move date 2-3 different times. They showed up on time, wrapped and protected all furniture. I moved from a second floor with tight openings to a second floor, both had a bit of walk distance to the truck. To me they deserve a 5 star rating for price, efficiency of move, nothing broken or even scratched including walls. They unassembled and reassembled items as needed. This is the second time I have hired Big Time Movers. I found myself in a position to have to move quickly, and they were very patient at meeting my timetable. I used them once before six months ago, to move me into my daughters house. They were wonderful! Charlie is very work oriented, and follows through on everything that he does. was skeptical about hiring a moving company because of all the horror stories I have heard with other companies, but these guys did not disappoint. Very upfront about the costs (there was actually no hidden fees). they got to our storage unit and got right to work, wrapping all our items extra carefully so they were well protected, at no extra cost. we had a lot of stuff, and they were very efficient with their time. Charlie did it Again!!!! Needed a brand new bedroom set put together that had no manual or instructions and Charlie did it! He is soo amazing. I only go to him for our home needs. He literally can do anything and everything. If you need a company that can do it all then you found them right here! He has moved our 4bedroom home previously.
