Indoor and outdoor seating is pretty plentiful. They have a welcoming environment with board games such as Connect 4, children's books, and newspapers. They accept cards, cash, and contactless payment. They serve coffee, blended espresso drinks, tea, Gatorade, Red Bull, assorted bottled beverages, and sodas (think Hawaiian themed Dutch Bros. style). I'm not really a coffee junkie so I love their sodas. Occasionally, I'll pick up an espresso based drink when I'm exhausted, and they never disappoint. Sometimes, I'll create my own, and others, I'll grab one of their signature drinks. For food, they have everything from bagels to breakfast burritos, brownies, oatmeal, scones, and yogurt. I love their banana brown sugar muffin. They also sell a variety of local art for reasonable prices. Service is always prompt and with a smile. We're in the area once a week several months out of the year, so we always make it a point to drop by. My parents moved to the area recently so I've been trying to help my mom find new coffee locations not far from their place. This was the first location we tried and have now been here a handful of times. I enjoy the space and decor. I like that they have a large size that is actually a large size drink. That may sound strange, but I've been to some places where the large size was hardly large at all. Big Wave actually even has an extra large size available! They have plenty of flavor options that can be added to your coffee drinks such as almond flavor, Irish Cream, Hazelnut, and many many more! On Sunday, I went to Folsom outlet and most of the stores at the outlet don't open until noon. Therefore, I decided to grab coffee from Coopers. I ordered white chocolate mocha. Inside the coffee shop, they have a small area near the fireplace for people to sit and read. They provide story books for all ages to hang out inside the store. They are family-owned and they treat their customers like family with welcoming smiles and wonderful customer service. They offer a variety of delicious drinks and food items ( limited selection). My only observation was the cashier pulling down her mask to talk to the next guest in line. Overall a great coffee shop and I would totally recommend. read more

A solid local coffee house, I wanted a blended vs iced but it was still very good. I received the salted caramel latte iced (wanted blended) and what I loved about the iced latte was that it had plenty of espresso (medium has 3 shots they said). It wasn't overly icy/watery/milky like other coffee places in the area. Also liked the small ice cubes :) I'll definitely be back to try the blended lattes. Second chance: Okay, so I decided to give Cooper's a second chance this past weekend because I wasn't gonna let one bad ice mocha make me not come here completely. If it was happening more like several times than yes I would not come back here at all. But since my last drink was a major disappointment, it occurred to me that not everyone is made to be a barista. It is what it is, you either know how to make coffee or you don't. Plain and simple. So, with that said I really wanted an dark ice mocha and I placed all bets on myself and just decided to try Cooper's again. And if it did come out bad, then I was just gonna take it and never return. But coming in this time around the results were GREAT!!!! Drink: I went ahead and ordered a dark ice mocha and it came out soooo GOOOOOD! Left me SPEECHLESS, the last time I had a mocha like that was almost a year ago. So chocolatey and decadent! And I love love LOVE the kind of crush ice they use! Plus a nice big dollop of whip, so yummmmmy! Their sizings are a little off, and what I mean is if you order a small, it straight up looks like a medium and as a matter of fact their small is bigger than a Starbucks "Grande". I think I might be a little bit more naughty next time and get a medium! Which is basically a "Venti". Live yo LIFE! Haahha Last experience review: So basically, I was dealt a bad hand on my last experience at Cooper's which is okay because the guy who made my terrible chocolate less mocha was really nice. Like, I said earlier in my review making coffee drinks isn't for everyone. But he was a very nice guy so that made up for the bad drink. I only had the avocado toast and I was a little disappointed when it came on a basic sliced bread toast (a step higher than wonder bread but still a bit simple for what they charge). It was served on styrofoam plate. I would suggest investing in real plates and change the quality of the bread. The ambiance was pleasant, clean cafe with space to have some privacy for conversation. Very quiet and fun themed coffee shop. I like the laid-back chill atmosphere, it is quite reminiscent of what Cooper's was before but with an island twist. I came in on a Sunday morning at around 8 AM with my four-year-old, and was able to get him a chocolate milk and a coffee for myself. We hung out for a good amount of time while my toddler played with some of the games and we read from their small children's library of books. It was a really low-key atmosphere, and was great for an intimate morning. My drink itself was a very good, I ordered a cold brew with a splash of oat milk, and there was no acidity or bitterness to it at all. It was a perfect blend! It's not convenient for me to get here on a regular basis, but if I'm in the area, I would definitely not hesitate to pop in. read more

Ordered a matcha latte and avocado toast. Couldn't taste matcha at all. The latte tasted like a hot milkshake as it was so sugary and had a very strong vanilla flavor. Tried to drink it, threw it away. The avocado toast made me smh. Avocado was used sparingly like butter. There were two others in the store already sat so not busy. The young lady working the counter had an indifferent attitude. didn't even say hello as she walked out from the back, just walked up to the register waiting for us to order. And I think the only thing she said after that was "what size latte?" and our order total. I regularly make both of these things at home but wanted to check out a new (to me) spot. Also, I watched a girl use her gloved hands to prep food, then interact with guests, then wipe her gloved hands on the back of her jeans, and then proceed to continue to make food.
