They don't have outlets on the floor at the benches in the center, but there are a few outlets on the walls, so if you need to charge your devices I recommend sitting at the chairs next to the treasure chest (where I'm writing this review lol). Space seems very dog friendly, and there are 2 tables outside where the fur baby pawrents would typically sit with their fur babies. I also saw dog treats at the cashier that dog owners are free to take. I guess if you wanted to eat them you could, but I would judge you. For my drink, I got the Woodsman - opted for iced, large size, and whole milk. The drink was very chai spice-forward, which I loved. The staff member who took my order asked for my name, and later on when I went up to inquire the WiFi password, he addressed me by name - impressive. The owner (?), Heather, also thanked me for coming here after I picked up my drink. Needless to say, super friendly people. I didn't get a pastry or sandwich, but that's the goal for my next visit!

What I have noticed is that the pricing is inconsistent, also, if I use my debit card I always get charged twice. I get the exact same thing each time I visit, twice a week. Price varies between $12.00 and $14.00. I always leave at least a $10 tip. As I said, I limit myself to twice a week at most, but always end up double charged each visit. One charge is cost of coffee other is always $22.75. I have no way of contacting the owner. I keep all receipts to match with banking records because I'm OCD like that. I'd like to resolve this as it has been happening for a few months now.

When I worked nearby during high school, a co-worker snagged a box of these and I was impressed, though I had simple taste buds. More recently, I picked up a box and enjoyed how fluffy the donuts were, everything was fresh, airy, and light while balancing a slight crispy exterior. The one drawback I think is that most of their donuts are too sweet. While everything else is addicting, the sweetness can quickly catch up and make you feel sick of sugar. Then again, the fluffy, airy texture is so addicting, so it's an internal battle.

I will not be purchasing anything from them again but if you're going to, specially in higher quantities, be sure to ask them for the expiration date of the product before purchasing. I bought 200 espresso capsules to last me at least a few months while I traveled internationally. When I received the boxes I noticed that the capsules were going to expire in only 2 months. I reached out to the customer service team and asked if I could have the capsules exchanged with ones that would still be good for another few months and to my surprise, they denied my request. This is unacceptable and very frustrating. When a product is due to expire in less than 3 months, the least you can do is to note that in the description so that when someone wants to make a bulk purchase for any given reason, they can take that into consideration. I'm very disappointed and will not be purchasing again.
