I found this in my oyster. I live moving clam. I are two before I saw the third. Very gross and manager didn't care

Haha. Back again two weeks later. I just love Biggies!!! I had the burger this time with the onion rings. They make an awesome burger. And of course we had the fried calamari.

I had the cheesesteak this time. I got the chopped meat one. It was delicious. The meat was tender and juicy. Enjoyed it

This was my second-ever trip to Biggies. Both times I was very happy with my experience. I feel terrible that I was unable to take meaningful photos - however, grateful that the conversations I was engrossed in distracted me. Next time. The menu is varied enough to meet any dietary preference and/or palate. Service has been consistently outstanding. And I love the feel of the place. It's a pub/tavern - but nicer. I feel like I am "out to eat" while enjoying an elevated (yet comforting) pub/raw bar menu. We had shareables this time around. The calamari was crispy and fried perfectly. Rings only which is not my favorite, but probably plays better with the masses. The dipping sauces were mid-level at best. The "garlic aioli" was 99.99999% mayo only and the marinara was watery and burnt. Next time I will try the caper and pepper calamari. But the quality of the seafood will have me order again despite the meh sauces. The spinach and artichoke job was exactly what you'd expect. Lots of cream cheese. Enough spinach so it looked like it was in there. But nothing to write home about. We then got strip steak wedge salads (served with shredded iceberg?!?). Was good. Didn't realize it wasn't a wedge until my drive home. :). Steak was perfectly cooked. Had a good char and nice flavor. It sounds like I didn't enjoy my food. I did. It's just not special in any way, although it does no harm. I can imagine it's a lot of fun on weekend nights and/or before a Jets game. I'm hugely interested in trying their bowls on the back of their menu. The broccoli rabe bowl is absolutely going to be my next order. I don't drink alcohol so the food at places really needs to stand on its own for me. I'm interested in trying more. That should tell you something.

We lived near Biggies for many years and would frequent monthly. Since we've moved south we've yet to find a comparable place to the Biggies of old. We were in NYC last week and opted to pop in as we headed back to NJ for a late lunch. We went to some of our go-to menu choices and we were a bit let down honestly. White clam pizza - still good and loaded with ingredients but I would bet it shrunk by at least 2". Tuna tacos - plenty of ingredients and a decent sized serving but the tuna had that white line (unsure what it's called) that is inedible. My wife had to dissect each taco, cut the line out and reassemble them. Shouldn't the kitchen have done this instead? It's clearly visible. Seafood salad - again plenty of ingredients. But in previous times you'd get a nice medium sized shrimp. Now you get a handful of baby shrimp that don't have any flavor. The trip wasn't a complete waste although we were sad to see this out of biggies.

Lively place to come with friends or family for a good meal. Plenty of options they even have a lighter fare menu for anyone looking to find something that not heavy. My favorite is the biggies salad and I add the grilled chicken. We've had so many things in their menu and they are all very good! Servers are all friendly and make good recommendations if you are not sure what to order and they can customize anything. Bay Area has TVs to watch sports.

Biggie's is phenomenal. Their sign says best seafood, they weren't lying! According to my wife, who grew up in Rhode Island with pretty good seafood, said "Rhode who?" I had the best spinach and artichoke dip (to die for) my wife started with a half dozen clams. She went to seafood fra Diablo. A pasta and seafood dish with more seafood than pasta. Amy our server was Amy on the spot with drinks and food order. 10 out of 10

Five stars for over 10 years. This place consistently exceeds expectations. Steamed clams all day long and sop up that broth with extra bread. The rotation seasonal beer does not disappoint. My go to is the chicken portobello formaggio sandwich and my wife sticks to the garlic mozzarella ribeye sandwich. All around fantastic. They take online reservations which is recommended. They rarely have open parking but you can park around the corner and walk.

This is one of the best places I have been for raw bar/shellfish in a long time. West & East coast shellfish taste so different so I had not been impressed with what I could get for a while until being introduced to Biggies. The service is always a 10/10 and it has a chill sports bar vibe so you can wear whatever. Have only had good food here. You HAVE TO TRY THE MUSSELS IN WHITE WINE/GARLIC SAUCE. Lobster bisque also smacks. Fresh iced tea is great.

Food and service are always great. Seafood is always phenomenal and fresh. Great place to watch sports and come for a drink.

Great meal! Hoboken location closed years ago so I was glad to stop by this original location. Always had a nice experience! Service was nice too! We tried lobster bisque in bread bowl, so good!! Thai chili calamari, loved it! And garlic bread mozzarella chicken sand - just ok. We also swapped fries for broccoli and that was very good! Overall great spot! Would recommend for large parties too!

They are just due an updated review from me. Still the best Oysters around, hands down. The staff is always friendly, & the service is always on point. It has that old school vibe to it, & it is a large venue. The lot is a shared lot, & it is VERY tight. Tonight, I got what I always get....Oysters. I do get other things here, but when no one can beat their oysters, there's no need to pass them up. For what it's worth, I also love the calamari here. I got the following oysters Oreganata, Rockefeller, Roasted, & Southern Fried, which is my absolute favorite. They all get A++, so no need for the grading.

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse (Located in Teterboro Landing…read moreShopping Center) 21 Teterboro Landing Dr. Teterboro, NJ 07608 $13 Pizookie Meal Deal: Chicken Bacon Ranch Piadina Salted Caramel Mini Pizookie This $13 two-course meal deal is available Monday through Friday, which thankfully includes any holiday that falls on a weekday. Chicken Bacon Ranch Piadina: This sandwich was packed with chunks of chicken and chopped bacon (obviously, based on the name of this menu item) and was served on a crispy Parmesan wrap. The ranch was not smothered onto the sandwich, but was served on the side. I feel this was a better alternative because the dressing absorbs into the sandwich which compromises the texture. The presentation of the sandwich could have been better; it needed to be aligned more symmetrically. Salted Caramel Pizookie: This dessert is a variation from an original chocolate chip cookie Pizookie. Toffee, pretzel bites, and white & dark chocolate chip morsels were mixed into the warm caramel cookie. The confection was topped with a single scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. I enjoyed it down to the last bite and craved more. Upon ordering, I did not realize only miniature pizookies are included with this weekday special, hence the name of the ad, "Pizookie Meal Deal." I found out after the fact I could have substituted a regular sized Pizookie for a $4 up charge. (Had I known, I would have upgraded in a heartbeat.) The meal was decent for the most part, but the service was outstanding. Bartender Enrique was very attentive. He kept my water glass filled. When I requested a doggie bag, he also brought me a separate cup of ranch sauce for the leftovers. Enrique was conversational and it was a pleasure being served by him. #bjsbrewhouse #pizookie #minipizookie #saltedcaramelpizookie

I was excited to check out this local sports bar in Lodi after seeing all of the positive reviews…read more Honestly, it was a little underwhelming for me. Maybe I just ordered the "wrong things". Either way, my experience didn't live up to the hype. I visited on a late Saturday night. There's a parking lot behind the restaurant. The entrance can be tricky to find... It's located in the back on the left-hand side. The exterior and interior are both pretty dark, dull, and dingy. It's not the most inviting atmosphere at first. It has a divey, industrial, and rustic vibe to it, but hey... sometimes the best food comes from places that don't look like much. So I try not to judge. It wasn't too busy, and the service was attentive. The menu has your classic American comfort food - wings, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, etc. They switch it up with daily specials like skirt steak, chicken parm, and pasta. They have a full bar with cocktails, drafts, bottled beers, can ciders, and wines. You can even do a four-beer flight and make it a tasting experience! I ordered: *Dark & Stormy Cocktail [Goslings Dark Rum, Ginger Beer, Lime Juice] ($14) - Not the best one I've had, but it was solid. If you like ginger and rum, this is a must try. The dark rum has hints of caramel which works really well with the spicy ginger beer. The lime juice adds a citrus kick, so it's a really refreshing drink. *Margarita ($18) - As a tequila girly, I've had my fair share of margaritas. This one didn't do it for me. It was a little too sour/tart, which overpowered everything else. *Cubano Sandwich [includes roast pork, black forest ham, swiss cheese, pickles, mayo, and mustard with side of fries] ($16) - I wasn't expecting an authentic Cubano from an American sports bar, so my expectations weren't super high. This was good, but not great. The pork was flavorful, but could've been more tender. I wish there were more pickles and mayo for that extra tangy crunch. The bread was pressed a little too hard, so it was a bit tough to bite through. *Double Blackened Chicken Breast Sandwich [includes pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo, red peppers, and red onion on brioche with side of fries] ($18) - This was huge and filling! They did not skimp out on the protein. The brioche bun was soft and buttery. The chicken was well seasoned - smoky and savory with crispy charred edges. BUT... to my disappointment, the inside was dry and not juicy at all. Another small issue was the ratio - There was so much chicken compared to the rest of the toppings, so it wasn't the most cohesive sandwich. It really needed more cheese and chipotle mayo to tie all the flavors together. The fries were the best part - thick, crispy, and golden! It's decent bar food, just not the best I've had. Nothing was bad, but nothing was great or memorable. For the price, I didn't feel it was worth it. I do appreciate that their food is served piping hot and fresh. To be fair, this is probably the perfect spot for beer lovers. I happen to not be one, lol. The burger options sound popular and promising too. I'd consider giving them another shot for Happy Hour or to try a burger, but it's not at the top of my list. Just because it's not the sports bar for me, doesn't mean it won't be the one for you.
