I had reached out online for top bike shops in my area and Bill(?) gave me the best response so I thought I would give them a try. I went in with my bike, no seat and a bike rack that I did not know how to use. I was greeted immediately and told them I wanted an estimate for bike servicing, new seat, and new handlebars. I said if estimate was too much I would just buy a new bike. The young gentleman took my bike from me immediately ( I expected I would have to leave it there and come back) and started to work on it. They were steady the whole time with customers coming in and they handled everyone promptly and efficiently. I also had an old bike rack and saw the other gentleman came out to my car to try and fit it for me and discovered pieces were missing so I just put it back in the car but then he went inside and got me a card for a guy who can put a hitch on my car so that I can put a bike trailer on my car next thing you knew my bike was ready to go new seat handle bar riser air in the tires and all of that happened in less than an hour and the price was more than reasonable I will definitely make this my bike shop they were great!! read more

Short answer: I can give them, without reservation the highest recommendation. Long answer: Bike riding is one of our favorite things to do here in Florida. We are snowbirds, and thought we would save lots of money buying used bikes (NOT from BikeSport). We had one problem after another (buyer beware!!) and we quickly realized that we made a mistake, So, after wasting more money than I would like to admit, we decided to cut our losses and buy something new AND SAFE. So about 3 years ago we started shopping for new bikes. We shopped. And shopped. And shopped some more. BikeSport had the best product, the best deal, and the most knowledgeable staff. Really, all of them are bike enthusiasts and experts. So we bought 2 new bikes. The honeymoon began...and it's still going strong. As we rode more, we wanted more accessories added to our bikes....and they happily obliged at great prices. When we finally got in for our after purchase 'check-up' the result was unbelievable. Those guys tweaked my bike until it was better than any bike I've owned. Best decision we ever made! So we brought in our new neighbors. They were equally impressed. They just installed a seat put on (I ordered via Amazaon)- different mounting system. they did it in 5 minutes, and didn't charge me- incredibly gracious. I have had tune ups and bought tires here in the past. Always good service, priced fair and timely. read more

I found this company on Yelp. The reviews were spot on. I dropped off my daugher's bike to get a flat tire fixed. Andrew was super helpful and super knowledgeable. Wow! What a great experience we had yesterday. On his home from school my son's bike chain derailed. After a quick search I found BikeSport and their good reviews. Brought our bike there expecting a wait or more likely to drop it off. Nope, they greeted us right away- though they were busy- asked my son what was going on, put the bike up on their rack and tested it out and had it fixed in about 5 mins. Price was very reasonable.
