I bought my bike here and brought it back to get a new seat a few weeks ago. I dropped it off expecting to pick it up in a day or two and he called me back in an hour and a half!! He put a new seat on, tuned up my breaks and fixed a problem I had with my gears all for 40 bucks! Unbelievable! He even went outside with me to see me test ride my bike so the seat was the perfect height. Parking lot is kind of small but I've never had a problem. I'm getting a new bike soon cause I've had mine around 10 years and I ride a lot. This is the only place I'll go! Like I said, he's a small business owner and wants to make you happy. If he doesn't have what your looking for he'll try to order it for you. It's so great to go in and talk to someone who has so much knowledge and love for bikes cause he's been doing it his whole life. 5 Stars!!

Beth and Jimmy made sure the bike was perfectly adjusted to my size and shape so it is as comfortable to ride as possible. I love the bike and I feel good knowing that they will continue to support me if I have questions or need expert repair. I wanted one that had certain features included, and the model ordered didn't have any of them. When I called for assistance, I was told all of the "add ons" I wanted could be purchased once they knew I actually liked the bike. This was confusing to me, and felt very dismissive. I didn't want to wait weeks for a bike to come in, bring it home, and then wait weeks for fenders and other parts to come in before I could really ride it the way I wanted to. I'm not sure if they didn't know (or want to admit) that they had ordered the wrong model, or if there was something more icky going on...but with the size of purchase...I no longer felt comfortable. I was surprised to see that they offer Vuori clothing here. I thought that Vuori only sold at their own stores, so it was a pleasant surprise to see on their second floor! I was very intrigued by their electric bikes that were on display on the first floor, by their shoe selection. Cannot lie, was very tempted to get one just because they looked cool! Visited this place in October with a coworker we both bought Segway scooters for our commute to…read morework. My coworker took his right on the spot. Mine wasn't ready. I was told to come back tomorrow. I tried calling the next day, but nobody answered the phone so I showed up they didn't remember me. I told him I had purchased a scooter yesterday with my coworker, and then they went to look for it and they said it still wasn't ready and they needed to charge it . I came back the following day called again. No answer showed up didn't know who I was again reminded him an went to get my scooter ready for me to take one problem, though there was no charger with the brand new scooter. He could not find it. So he gave me a charger from behind the counter fast forward to today, May 5, 2026. I tried calling again no answer so I drove in. Doors were locked. Lights are on went to the front and back entrance. No sign of anyone one last check I see the guy who sold me the scooter in the window. I motion to him to come over. He comes over. he lets me in. I tell him about my scooter, he tells me to bring it in. I told him the back brake is no longer working, and my rear tire was making a grinding noise. He told me I could leave it to fill out my information before leaving. I asked him when he thought somebody would be able to take a look at it and he told me about a month. He stated the technician wasn't in today and that they had a backlog of scooters that needed to be repaired, which he pointed to in the corner and then told me there was multiple down in the basement of the same model. I told him that wasn't an option for me to wait over a month and that the scooter is still under warranty for another five months he tried to refer me to a scooter shop in Cambridge, which I live nowhere near and not paying for something that was under warranty. I then asked him what to do and he told me to call Segway the scooter company. And then again referred me to the scooter shop in Cambridge, which I had to reiterate that was not an option and I am not paying for something that is still under warranty. I asked him for Segway's number which he told me he did not have and to "Google it". My only dealings with this place twice have not been good and not the best customer service to say the least. Scooters were $1100 with tax and are under warranty for another five months and they are telling me I have to wait over a month to even get it looked at. Unacceptable!

Unmaintained bikes and slow service…read more It took 45 min to pick up 2 bikes and a trailer. The person helping us forgot to give us the second bike. Then, their bikes are unmaintained. The first bike had a broken gear shifter. The second bike they served us had a broken seat, to which they replaced the seat with a seat that had the cover cracked. Finally the trailer had a flat tire which we didn't discover until after we bikes a few miles. The guy also "cleaned" the trailer with a leaf blower. Kind of genius but not really the clean we were looking for. Also note the sign says "Martha's Vineyard bikes" so you may miss it if looking for Pedago
