2 kids meal cheeseburgers on hard rolls w/ everything. 1 with french fries 1 with onion rings. Comes with Oreos and a drink.

Bill Gray's is as Rochester as Rochester gets. Their slogan is home of the world's greatest cheeseburger..and if you grew up in the Rochester bubble you probably still believe to this day that they are. Yeah you probably switch back n fourth from various burger and charbroil joints...but don't you always come back to the world greatest in the end? What is it about Bill Gray's that always keeps me coming back...(I had it 3 nights in a row this week alone) Is it their hot sauce? That one of a kind truly unique meat hot sauce...I always order extra so I can finish my meal off with a shot of it. Perhaps it's the perfectly flattened out Burger made fresh for you each day....combined with that tasty cheese and topped with all the toppings you like.( I prefer everything) Oh and you can't forget that ever so perfect hard roll that it all sits on...Mouth watering yet? The fries are simple krincle cuts but pair perfect with Bill Grays gravy. That's right... Gravy. And it's one of the best gravy's I've ever had. Only a true gravy aficionado would agree. Those onion rings are something special too...again it's a no thrills simple battered, deep fried, skinny onion ring..but somehow they nailed it..and it's hard for me to go-to bill grays and not order them. On a budget you say? Well as far as I remember Bill Gray's has been generous with their coupon policy...hell I can't even remember a time I bought a worlds greatest cheeseburger and didn't use a buy 1 get 1 coupon. They even take thier rival competitors coupons Tom Wahls. These days I usually just show them a coupon on my phone and ask them if they can use that times however many orders of burgers I've gotten and they gladly oblige. Dont just...Give me any old cheeseburger. Only Bill Gray's will do. I love the taste and the quality, and they're juicy through and through. It's the world's greatest cheeseburger, made fresh for you each day..So if you're lookin for some good cookin say Gimme Gimme Gimme Bill Grays!

Just OK. Visited Bill Gray's yesterday for a quick burger and chilli fries. We got what we ordered but somehow I wasn't impressed. Food tasted flat and not particularly flavorful. I don't think I will return.

The garbage plate filled me up. It was ok. But the way I was in line and Everyone in front of me was ordering their dish so I decide to do it, I think it's way over rated.

It is plate night! We had one last week. I switched it up and got one Cheeseburger and a white hot dog. Yum! There are many possible combinations and it usually lasts me two meals. I took away one star because they forgot my roll.

Stopped in with my boyfriend to try the world famous Abbott's custard. We split a small and it was delicious! We also had a world famous burger with everything on it the day before and I was so excited about it, I forgot to take a photo! The meat hot sauce makes the burger soo good! Definitely a must stop for out of staters!

You do realize that if you take the word "Gray's" out of the name of this restaurant, you are left with Bill Gates. Which means you are left with a crapload of money and your own personal computer geek. If you use your well-honed "Gates-dar" you should be able to tell when Billy is here. And when he is, you need to come here, and lick his custard, and seduce him, and get him to marry you so you can share his riches. We want pre-nup, we want pre-nup! What to get: World's Greatest Cheeseburger, Abbott's Vanilla Custard Like all Bill Grays, the best thing about this location is that it shares a spot with Abbott's which means you can get some of the best custard ever. Their garbage plates aren't great, but their burgers certainly are, and the custard at the co-business rocks my world. The servers here aren't great and will get stuff wrong and take awhile to serve you, but they are making an effort, and the girl sweeping the lobby is very friendly. It's not my fave interior of a Bill Gray's either, that would be the one at 1225 Jefferson. So I'll give it a 4. Abbotts/Bill Grays share space like Taco Bell/KFC do in many places. The employees work for both. This location is a total palace, more than enough space for 2 businesses. Or five. It's one of my "best 5 custards I've ever had." I think I like custard more than ice cream, more than fro yo, less than real gelato. For custard specifically, which is sort of like soft-serve-but-creamier, the best in the country are Leon's in Milwaukee and Nielsen's in Vienna, VA, and then Abbott's in 3rd.

Solid fast food place with an Abbotts frozen custard built in! Drive through as well. They have standard fast food fare as well as breakfast and milkshakes. I had chicken tenders. Overall service and food was good (as expected).. Marginally better than a McDonald's or Wendy's but a little more expensive. Try one of Abbotts ice creams or creations for a treat :)

How about egg and cheese buy one get one coupons?

They didn't stop them but they are harder to find. But you can use the buy 1 get 1 coupons from the Tom Wahl website and Bill grays takes them.

Of course, Monday nights are always difficult with so many restaurants closed but my wife used Yelp to see what was open nearby. Cristo's popped up. We weren't familiar with the restaurant (my sister in law indicated that a pizza restaurant had been in this location several years prior with good pizza but a bad attitude) but what the heck, we thought we would give it a try. Well, I can't say enough nice things about Cristo's. We thought we were going for pizza, what we ended up with was some of the best homemade pasta (almost all is homemade), gnocchi, and a wonderful chicken parm that was to die for. Loved the marinara sauce - clearly everything was homemade (including the bread). Pleasant environment. Not loud, well laid out. Good selection of wines (too bad that we learned afterwards that there was no corkage fee on Mondays). Just a wonderful little restaurant with great service, superior food, and well-priced. Can't emphasize the latter enough with today's inflation. And the choices on the menu if you don't like pasta are also intriguing. Nightly steak choices (the filet mignon on a Monday night sounded wonderful but I just had to try the pasta). Wish we had something on the east side like this!

For my main course I ordered the rigatoni bolognese which was fantastic. The sauce was a lighter version of a traditional bolognese, but still packed with flavor. The only thing that kept me from giving this establishment 5 stars was the martini I ordered. It was served in a cosmo glass but was filled about 1/3. Because the glass is cone shaped, the volume was certainly less than 1/4. The bar tender needs to up their game and learn how to serve a martini. Charging $16.50,for what amounted to a short shot, is almost criminal. I would definitely go back. But next time, I'm ordering a bottle of wine in lieu of a cocktail.

It feels like the kind of place you could easily spend a morning working, meeting friends, or just enjoying good coffee. I ordered the Banjo Bird on a brioche panini with grilled chicken, garlic aioli, pepper jack, kimchi pickled cucumber, tomato, and arugula. The flavor combination was fantastic. The tang from the kimchi pickled cucumber with the creamy aioli and pepper jack made every bite really interesting. Flavor wise, it was easily a 10/10. The only downside was that there was a bit too much sauce, which made the sandwich pretty soggy and it started falling apart while eating it. Still delicious, just a little messy. Their website also seems a bit outdated, which made things slightly confusing before visiting. Overall though, I really enjoyed it and can't wait to come back to try the coffee and a breakfast sandwich.

It is also pretty affordable, with a range of items and prices. We ordered the Hi-Fi Burrito and a side of house red skin homefries. The portion sizes are generous, and nothing was greasy. I also love that they plan to use fresh produce from the public market in the warmer seasons. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it!!
