Went here to meet my cousin on a recent Sunday to enjoy breakfast/brunch. My cousin added her name to their wait list, but when I arrived the indoor parking lot was packed, so we had to park on a side street a few blocks away. We waited around 30 minutes for a table to open-up. We previewed a menu while we waited, so we could speed-up the ordering process once we sat down. It was comforting to see people wearing face coverings while they waited for their tables. The staff was also wearing face coverings and the tables appeared to be spaced properly. I've been to two other Bill's Cafes and this experience was similar. A lot of appealing dishes to choose from, friendly and fast service, good food and good portions. We ordered two Meat Lover's Omelettes. Mine came with hash browns and wheat toast. My son's came with country potatoes and white toast. My wife enjoyed the Santa Fe Chicken Salad and my cousin ordered the French Toast Combo with two eggs and bacon. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were plentiful. We ended-up taking our leftovers home to enjoy another time. This restaurant is popular and they do a very good job. The other customers appeared to be enjoying their meals and being able to dine-in. The restaurant appears to be following the proper protocols to give their customers a very good experience. The one negative was trying to find parking in the indoor lot. There are a limited number of spaces dedicated to Bill's Cafe, so be prepared to find parking on the street. We found a spot a few blocks away, which wasn't all that convenient. read more

Is this owned by Mr. Bill, the clay figure who was perpetually humiliated and dismembered during the vintage SNL years? I came down to see my dad in the South Bay and had about an hour to kill which I thought would be plenty of time to grab some breakfast. Let me hear your body talk, your body talk. The plate consisted of turkey burger, tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese enfolded into a couple of beaten egg whites. Over priced and bland taste to food. I went on a Thursday I ordered Benedict's with Country potatoes. They were burnt & raw potatoes. We also ordered tri tip with hashbrowns they were also Burnt and they tasted like flour. They didn't even taste like potatoes ughh. Couldn't eat them. My mimosa pineapple was good. And the orange juice. But they need to change their potatoes recipe. For the hash Browns & the country potatoes. My Benedict's were okay they needed more flavor. The trip was okay as well. But then the receipt came up to be $90 for just 2 people. It's the most I've paid for a breakfast. Plus tip I paid over $100. 3.5 stars... First time having breakfast at this location and it's so clean, spacious and modern! Bill's Cafe is connected to the fairly newly built LINQ studio/apartments. There's 2 hour garage parking available which is also shared with the tenants but visitors only get to park on the first 2 levels. There's signs to direct you to the parking garage and then signs to direct you to the restaurant after you've parked.~helpful! We came around 10am on President's Day and was told that there would be a 20-25minute wait. By the time it was our turn, we were pretty much starving. We ordered.. MY SIZE BENEDICT $10 -half order of Crab Cake Benedict with extra crispy hash browns (or option of country potatoes). Yes, they use imitation crab but hey, it's still good! Loved that my english muffin was super toasted and held up under my crispy crab cake. It stayed crunchy under a perfectly poached egg and creamy hollandaise. I asked for extra crispy has browns but I got bits of crunch and the rest was mushy shredded potatoes. At least it was fully cooked and it didn't have that raw potato taste. This is my go-to breakfast order when I have breakfast at their other locations. I usually alternate between crab cake benedict and chicken fried steak. SIDE ORDER BISCUITS AND GRAVY $5 -4 soft biscuit halves, smothered in sausage gravy. The biscuits were okay when they were still hot, but after it cooled, it tasted kinda artificial. Sausage gravy was simple. This was guilt on a plate with all those carbs! MINI PANCAKES $8 -extra $1.50 for the Oreo cookies when we asked for Cookies n' Cream Buttermilk Pancakes. My boyfriend ordered this and said the french toast was too crunchy/dry for him, he likes his soft, eggy and soggy? I tried a piece, it was light and cinnamony..but too plain for my taste. The sausages were inconsistent, one was fatty and delicious and the other was dry. American breakfasts are heavy for me so I like to stick to their Mini Breakfast Specials, which is available Monday-Friday, 7am-11am according to their menu. I've always asked for their "mini" versions, even on weekends at their other locations with no problem. Don't know if they're lenient about that here too. They also offer burgers, salads, soups, sandwiches, brunch cocktails, breakfast skillets, scrambles, omelettes waffles, healthy lighter options and "south of the border" specialties i.e. chilaquiles and breakfast burritos. I had a DoorDash pickup and the first waiter who I talked to barely acknowledged me and told me that the order was not ready. However, I was able to see a takeout order behind the counter. I just assumed that was not my order because the waiter said so. After about ten minutes another waiter comes up to me and I ask him for my order. He then grabs that same order that the other waiter said was not mine which was sitting on the counter getting cold. read more

I went in at 10 am on June 14, 2024. First off no wait time!! The service was attentive, and the food came out quickly. However, the food was just okay. I got the mini pancakes, which weren't great, but I don't really like pancakes, and they weren't mini at all--I couldn't finish them. I wish I didn't get this however they were a little dry and it came with like 4 pancakes. I'm rate 5/10. My friend had the protein scramble, which was lacking flavor and protein, rating it a 6/10. It wasn't horrible, though. One highlight was the iced coffee, which was very good. Bill's has a good variety of breakfast menu items. The crab cake benedict here is sooo good! I also like the omelettes (chorizo omelette is my favorite) and typically I will also pay $2 to change my toast to a pancake, which is super worth it and filling.
