Second time in during Christmas break when it had just started snowing out. They don't take reservations but they take your name and text you when your table is ready. We had a 20 minute wait. This place is always packed with a line of people waiting. Our server promptly arrived at the table to take our order. She was very sweet. This time around we ordered the classic and subbed out pancake for a Belgian waffle. The waffle was a bit dense and dry so a little disappointed. Hubby didn't get his order quite right. He asked for over medium eggs but received them well done and his toast was multigrain instead of whole wheat. I ordered the Avocado toast and it was one of the better ones I have ever ordered. Patio brunch in chesterfield this past Saturday. Currently, they are not accepting reservations but they have extended their hours until 8pm during the week and 10pm on the weekend. We were able to score two bar seats at 10:30 on a Saturday morning, so avoided the ~35 minute wait. The workers and kitchen were continually busy and quick, but the place has so many seats that it still took over 30 minutes to get our breakfast burrito and breakfast quesadilla. Not a complaint, considering the conditions, but just an observation for planning purposes. My burrito was huge, and came filled with sausage, scrambled, eggs, hash browns. The burrito itself was covered with a dark red sauce. It was just okay. The sausage was pretty bland, and the hash browns weren't evenly distributed. I liked the crunch they added when I found them, but it was wasted by missing from about half the burrito. The sauce over the burrito also was okay, but just kind of there. It wasn't a bad burrito per se, just kind of there. The wife really liked her breakfast quesadilla. Of course, it comes with cheese, bacon, and scrambled eggs. And crispy bacon makes everything better. The quesadilla came with a creamy avocado "puree" for dipping that was pretty tasty, and a cold refried bean & spice dip that was also quite interesting. We came here for our annual post-holiday meal with our uncle and it was such a great experience! It was the perfect place to have brunch that didn't feel rushed with great coffee and food. We had a party of 10 and was told an hour and thirty minutes for the wait, but it was able 30 minutes, which was great. The vibe of the place was really nice. That diner look, which is neat. Our server was on point. All of our drinks and food came or at a decent time, and omg, it was delicious. From the pancakes omelets, bacon, eggs, just so good. This was a very fun place to have a meal. We had a large party on a Saturday night for a birthday party. From the host team to the servers to the food runners our service and experience were top notch. A 50's style dinner with a retro and contemporary menu. Having such a large group, we tried a little bit of everything. Each dish was tasty and well made with quality ingredients. The drinks were also well crafted and delicious. I don't think our experience would have been what it was if it weren't for our amazing server Andrew! This guy right here!! He made taking care of a large party look easy. They were not that busy but the host still made us wait to be seated. My $30.00 meal was maybe a $15.00 lunch at best, The Club sandwich was a mixture of too much bread, not enough meat and brown lettuce. The portions for the cost of 4 pieces as honestly a joke. My cup of Chili looked and tasted good but it was Luke warm at best. This used to be a good place for a meal even if it cost a little more. This place is packed to it being new. However, if you beat the lines be sure to order a A signature nut coffee iced for me. Also the Hash Browns were perfectly cooked that I would love them to create a hashbrown / egg platter. That's how crispy and golden they are. The lemon berry pancake was the favorite out of the two. It was fluffy and not to thick when eating. Two pancakes can easily fill someone. The atmosphere was chaotic inside so we ate outside to avoid the noise. My drinks were left empty for far too long, the waitress (and waiter the other time) did not check in with us enough. The food this most recent time was cold, yet it took forever to get. They only put the topping on the top pancake and the cinnamon (or chocolate chips, etc) is not cooked within. All of the 'specialty pancakes' are 5 basic pancakes. It's actually misleading. Need this place to step up to the expectations of a Gianinos restaurant brand in STL. Between my husband and I, we had the huevous slinger (eggs came out scrambled instead of over medium- it was borderline offensive looking- plus the chili was tasteless), the spinach artichoke dip (came out luke warm) and the trashed wings (par). The waitress was super nice and explained everything to us and gave us suggestions. They have draft beers and a bar and also a patio. Lots of parking. We shared the Lemon Poppyseed Waffle and the Power Wrap. The waffle had nice flavor but it was cold and hard. The power wrap was lacking flavor and was too warm to eat. This led us to think the waffle sat and became cold while the wrap was being prepared. The wrap came with a side of fruit; honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple and a couple of grapes. The grapes were only decent tasting of the lot as the others were not ripe enough. For $33.68 for these two items and a cup of coffee we were definitely disappointed as this is not the normal quality from the Billy G's/Joey B's family of restaurants we are accustomed to. We will possibly return to give the lunch menu a try, but for the price and quality of the breakfast we were served, there are better options available in the area. read more

My husband was feeling light-headed as we waited for our orders to arrive and she quickly responded by bringing him some bread and crackers. She came back to check on him and I can't emphasize enough how kind and attentive she was. The tortellini is excellent according to my husband. My buffalo chicken salad wouldn't be an encore order for me. Even though I requested grilled chicken instead of breaded as per the menu, it was lacking somehow. Billy's dressings are always homemade I believe (I got ranch) and are unbeatable imo. Anyway, for $17, this salad should wow in some way at least. The cakes all come from the legendary Blue Owl... our strawberry cake was predictably delicious (and huge!), but I wasn't crazy about the outer buttercream(?) icing. I would still order it again because I just scraped it off. As an aside, if you want to dine amidst a killer motif and ambience, this is the place. For me, the pizza has to have good, flavorful crust, and these did not. The crust was very dry with no flavor.
