My family and I went here for dinner . Looks great with a good atmosphere. But that is where the good ends. Got a patty melt and asked for no grilled onions on it . It came with onions on it and when taken back up to the counter, it only took them 30 seconds to fix it . Which was scrap it off not make a new one. So the onion flavor was still there. So then my wife got a hamburger. It was very dry , over cooked and tasted like a frozen patty thrown on the grill. Not very appetizing. I am pretty sure that we will not be back , especially with the steep prices for sub par food. read more

Ordered 2 chicken chop salads and when my husband picked it up they gave us two chicken sandwiches. Now we have no dinner! Because neither one us will eat the sandwich's. We have two little babies at home that need their bath and rocked to sleep so we can't go back to fix their mistake either. read more

Stopped in here the other night to pick up dinner for my family, and decided to buy a gift card as a treat for some friends going through a tough time. The owner was working the register and I gave a generic explanation of what the gift card was for. On the spot she offered to donate dinner to the family and went above and beyond with some other help that she could offer. I was blown away by their generosity and care for the people in our community! Not only is their food always spot on, but their care and kindness truly shines through! My family loves eating here (chopped salad, baked mostaccioli, and gyros are our favorites) and we use them to cater parties/events sometimes too. We are never disappointed. They will forever have my business and I highly recommend them for lunch, dinner or if you need catering for a party/event (post covid-19 of course!)! read more

First time there today. The prices are high at $6 for a hot dog. We ordered a gyro, the Buffalo chicken wrap, and fries, to go. I didn't realize that my gyro had been sitting on the counter in a bag for 10 mins., while the wrap and fries were being prepared. There is a sign that states something like everything takes a little longer because they make everything, fresh. I was standing in one place for a while and my shoes were stuck to the floor. Apparently something sticky had spilled there. When we got home, 5 mins. away, the gyro wasn't even warm. There was enough meat for two sandwiches there. There wasn't enough sauce, but it was very tasty. If I go back, I would order an extra pita and an extra sauce. The Buffalo wrap was just OK. The chicken was bland and the sauce was overpowering. Fries were good. I'll probably go back because the gyro was good. read more

We LOVE Billy's!!! Their menu provides great affordable food for our entire family. With four kids it's hard to find somewhere we all love to eat. Good Chicago dog, their gyros are my fave here, wife gets the Italian Beef sandwich, pizza is good, fries are always piping hot and generous sized, unlimited fountain drinks, and they offer Portillo's chocolate cake as a finisher, but they run out quickly. Food here is great, Everything you expect for a Beef/Hot dog joint. Hot dogs, burgers, gyros, breaded chicken sandwich, Chicken wrapper, are some of my favorites. Beef here is good too, just not my first choice. We have also catered from here a few times. Greek Salad is really good for a healthy alternative, and my husband loves their pulled pork and ribs. read more

Brought the family in to Billy's after strawberry picking at a local farm. Nice atmosphere and great menu to select from. I had Billy's Bigger Beef combo which was great! Wife was impressed with chopped salad as well. I'll definitely be back when I visit again. read more

Recently we used Billy's to cater a funeral service and we were pleasantly surprised by not only the food but the professional and caring service we received. Tammy provided us with excellent suggestions for the family members and attendees and Kelly and Billy were set up on time in appropriate attire and with a smile. Throughout the meal multiple comments were made about the delicious beef and au jous, the fresh bread, the chicken skewers and the italian sausage. During a difficult time it was nice to see people enjoying themselves over a hot meal and we have Billy's to thank for that. Upon return to the store to return our rented items, I was greeted by the owner, Bill, and his wife who took the time to ask me about my experience and were lovely to speak with. There was no haggle over the pricing and our deposit was returned promptly with no complications. We want to thank Billy's for making a challenging day just a little easier for our family. I love coming here. Wish I could order one of everything but my stomach just isn't that big. Try the chopped salad it is as good as potillos. Staff is always super friendly and food always seems fresh. I had a problem with my salad once (they forgot the cheese and croutons) but they took care of it right away and profusely apologized. Billy's has been around in Spring Grove for some time. It is your typical hot dog, burger and fries place. The dogs and burgers are ordinary but very consistent and good. The crinkle cut fries are my favorite fast food fries in the area. The atmosphere is bright and pleasant but does not feel as clean as it used to be. The only negative element that detracts from this place is that they always have FOX News playing on one or both of their televisions. In this day of a painfully divided country a news source that is objective, balanced and neutral would be a much more tasteful choice (and also make my meal much more enjoyable). I'm surprised that the owners don't know better. read more

Been a customer of this place for a while. After today not anymore... Had RAW chicken inside a chicken wrap. All I wanted was to make them aware of it, I didn't ask for a discount or anything. Pretty good food. The girl they have working there is awesome. She's always there and always working her butt off. Not the greatest food in the world but options are limited in Spring Grove :) Their Chicken Chopped Salad is one of their best items. read more
