I will definitely be sending my car back this spring for more wrap work. There is nobody I trust more to work on my car than Karisa and Dash.

During install they Broke a part on my car that automatically unlocks my doors when touching my handle. They Replaced the part though which is nice and Installed Bass knob as well, but it took 3 weeks to get both parts in the shop then I had to drive all the way back and leave my car overnight for the 2nd time. And now I have noticed that my Bass knob and Amp wasn't tuned Properly. Now I have to go back to a different shop to get them to tune everything properly. Communication was not good. Took an average 4 days to hear anything back from anyone there. I did not have these problems when I went to a different Audio shop. I have seen great reviews on this place, so I decided to try these guys. Sadly, I feel I didn't get the best Quality business I thought I would get.

Didn't get a call back so I decided to drive down there and walk in. As I entered they were rude and asked what I wanted. I told them I'm trying to get a remote starter installed and they replied they were busy and to check back later in the week. I didn't even stand in the shop for 3 mins. I tried calling/texting 3 days later... no response, no call back or a message in return. So I don't know if they ever got my calls or text but I did send them a Facebook message and they definitely got my messages as they left me on scene on all 5 of my messages on a 4 day period. After a week of trying I gave up. Sketchy shop to do business with. This the type of shop to screw you over, ignore and say it's your problem now. I wouldn't recommend.

You get what you pay for, he can do basic installs, but don't trust him or you'll regret it as I do.
