Jiang Bing (Chinese Ham) (Sweet Plum Drink/Porridge/Soda) Tea Egg //
    Nicolas L.

I really enjoyed the tea egg and the plum drink. The Bing was also very good but not as flavorful as other ones I've had. I wish it came with pork floss because the add on prices were a bit much and I think that would've fixed my issue with it. It was a great size however. I didn't expect it to fill me up like it did. The service was good, nothing special. The food came out pretty quickly and the servers were pretty attentive and friendly. The place itself is small but cute. A lot of international students from NYU fill up this place around lunchtime and I can see why! Definitely will drop in again for lunch but might try something different! (The soups seemed pretty popular with the other clientele)

    Jiang Bing(Lettuce & Egg & Crispy) //

Was craving for some light Chinese food and saw that Bings and Noodles was nearby so decided to check it out. Small casual space geared towards the NYU crowd. Opted for the jiang bing. It was just alright. I liked the crunch but kinda lacking in sauce, flavor and spice. Will admit that I doused this is chili oil. Stinky tofu: had a craving for this and was surprised to see it on their menu. Honestly, they should just call this fried tofu - it wasn't stinky tofu at all. Also missed the pickles that always come with stinky tofu. Otherwise, decent for fried tofu. Overall, it was just alright but they offer light snacks at a very casual setting. Prices were reasonable. Not the best but I guess if you're craving bings and all, it can do.

This is a cute, casual spot that seems to cater to NYU students mostly. We tried a few different things during our visit. My favorite was the Jiang Bing with pork floss. I would definitely order this again! The popcorn chicken was also pretty solid, same with the lamb skewers. The squid tentacles were a little tough and the Beijing Zha Jian Mian was a little bland. Overall, I think this is a pretty solid spot for a quick meal if you stick to certain dishes. Service was friendly and attentive.

Came here twice in two weeks! Totally showed how much i loved here The price is very reasonable for where it is and the portion is great. Order combo four for both times and I was pleasantly surprised! Also, a little tip, you can change the combo drink to another drink of the same price so you dont have to be limited by the soda or sour plum drink! Will definitely be back!!

Cute spot near NYU, this place has a plethora of dishes that were so tasty. Yogurt Drink: A thick, homemade drink with slight sweet taste that wasn't overwhelming. I downed it so fast. Skewers: My favorite was the squid tentacles, chewy but easy to eat, and the seasoning across all the skewers were amazing. I took the leftovers home, popped them in the air fryer, and tasted as fresh as when I got it at the restaurant. Beef Bone Broth Noodle Soup: LOVE the texture of the noodles, cooked to perfection. This is a non spicy beef noodle soup, and felt so refreshing even in the summertime. The meat was juicy and tender. Jian Bing: The package is so cute, and they double bagged it to prevent the oil from coming out, providing a clean way to eat it. Previous Jian Bings I've eaten were on the heavier side, but this tasted light and had a great balance of ingredients. Popcorn chicken: Solid popcorn chicken, wish there was a little more seasoning with some additional salt, but otherwise it provided a nice crunch.

    Pancake with egg and ham

My new fave lunch place at the moment serving Chinese street food. I recommend the pancake with egg and sausage. I got the combo that included a tea egg and green bean rice porridge all for $10. I also like the noodles with tomato and eggs. All very comforting dishes. It's a casual place where you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. The only thing I didn't like was the use of all takeout plastic containers (for dine in) and plastic bags. Not very eco friendly.

I felt a little bit awkward here, but the food was incredibly delicious! The braised pork very tender and flavorful, with the rice absorbing its flavors and the bok choy + bamboo shoots balanced out the rich savory flavors. The popcorn chicken was abundant, crispy, juice, and flavorful as well. Will probably come here for lunch more often because of great pricing and food portions. The inside was decorated nicely, like a lot of thought was put into it. The service was okay, the employees were pretty friendly

Cute small little shop. Loved the interior and was great for quick affordable bites. What we got: Homemade yogurt drink: reminds me of the Vietnamese yogurt drink, SO GOOD Homemade soymilk: yummy Jiang Bing with Taiwanese sausage: like a savory crepe! I would've liked it more without lettuce Beef skewers: my favorite! Loved the seasoning Lamb skewers, Garlic, & chicken wings BBQ skewers: didn't try, but my sister liked them Squid tail skewers: yummy! Enoki mushrooms: tender and garlicky Beef bone broth noodles: hardy and comforting, probably wouldn't order again though Aromatic chili oil noodles: wish it was more flavorful but good!

Had some good expectations for this place from all the great reviews and seeing my foodie friends experiences as well. Unfortunately it wasn't the best experience and I'm honestly not very picky. We walked in and there was no one at the front, we had to stand there awkwardly waiting, unsure whether we should walk in or not for a couple minutes. My friends ended up just seating ourselves since no one came out until about 6 min into being seated ourselves. We grabbed our own menus from the counter before we sat and were looking around but couldn't find the skewer menu that I saw on Yelp. We asked the employee when he gave us our waters and he went back to give us the skewer menu. I went up to order, said 90% of our order before ordering skewers, then he passed me a paper menu pamphlet from behind that looked like it was for takeout. They had a whole section of combos and skewer bundles that weren't on the regular laminated ones lying on the counter. I was confused why this wasn't on the regular menu and had to regroup with my friends to figure out what to order. But the combos are great and much more worth than the individual dishes if you're going to get multiple apps + dishes anyway. A delivery guy also came and nobody was at the front so he stood there confused and said hello? a few times for like 5 minutes before rummaging through all the take out orders on the counter n taking one without exchanging a word with any employee. We ordered: 2 orders of beef skewers - $15.98 These were good! I enjoyed them, but they came out on a take out container lid which I thought was interesting. Combo 1 - $10.95 Jiang Bing (Ham): This was delicious! A great value for the price, it was pretty big too and had a great combo of filling, flavor, and texture. This was also served on a take out container lid. Soy Milk: The soy milk had a little glob of what seemed like congealed soy that shot up the straw when my friend drank. Although I know a little later of film can form with soy milk if you let it sit, I've just never experienced this when I've gotten soy milk drinks at other places and it wasn't super pleasant in texture lol. The soy milk itself was alright, seemed a little watered down n something about it just wasn't the same, I probably wouldn't get it again. Tea Egg: This was yummy! A pretty solid tea egg with great flavor. This was the only dish served on an actual plate, which I thought was funny bc it was a single egg haha. Combo 2 - $16.95 Tomato Egg Noodle: I personally enjoyed this and think it's pretty solid comfort food! My friend said it was a little watered down from the noodle water at the bottom when he mixed it, so the flavor could have been better. Popcorn Chicken: I enjoyed this, the inside was really juicy, not dry at all! Wish there was a lil more flavor and crunch but I would get again. Soy Milk: Refer to comments above! Overview: + Popcorn chicken, skewers, + jiang bing is what I would come back for + Great value combos + 10% student discount + Affordable - Soy milk was a lil watered down and off - Service was almost nonexistent besides giving us water - Menus laying around were not the same as one handed to us that had better combos - The table next to us left about 10 min into my party being there and table was not cleaned for the hour that we were there or even when we left This is a new place and think they have things to improve on but also want to take into account that they def could have been understaffed! So I would recommend giving it a try if you're interested and seeing for yourself.

Beijing Zha Jian Mian Spicy Aromatic Chili Oil Noodle Tomato and Egg Rice Popcorn Chicken Taiwanese Sausage
    Austin L.

Stopped by here with a friend. The interior is really cute and nice. We ordered popcorn chicken, Taiwanese BBQ sausage, tomato and egg rice, Beijing zha jian mian, spicy aromatic chili oil noodle, and more (not in the photo)! But everything was really good. The spicy noodles were my favorite. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The sausage was sweet, oily, and meaty. The rice was also slightly sweet but I like how the eggs were cooked

Happened to be waking by and thought we'd check this place out for their soft opening. We left feeling full and happy! Overall very reasonable prices and tasty dishes. We ordered: - red bean zongzi: we saw a lady inside making these so ordered one. A bit small but cute and the rice texture was nicely squishy - popcorn chicken: very crispy! good amount too - pumpkin rice porridge: nice overall mild slightly sweet flavor that was pretty filling; good comfort food - jiang bing: eh this wasn't my fav I wasn't a fan of the lettuce inside but my friends really liked it. It comes with two and very shareable. - skewers: thought these were a bit small for the price - eggplant: this was super yummy! Soft and tender with sweet garlic on top - noodle soup in golden broth: love the broth it was slightly spicy and very flavorful. They even added a few quail eggs which was a fun

A cute little spot in NYU/Washington Square Park area that offers a variety of Chinese street-style foods. Everything was under $15 so pretty affordable prices! I liked the interior and decor of the place. The homemade soymilk was refreshing and goes really well with all the dishes. For appetizers we ordered popcorn chicken, fried oyster mushroom, and spicy curly fries. The popcorn chicken was good! The inside was juicy and it was well-seasoned, not overly salty. It could have been a little bit crunchier but still good! I loved the spicy curly fried, flavorful with a good amount of coriander! Would definitely order this dish again. I like the batter on the fried oyster mushroom but it could've used more seasoning. We got the lamb, beef, squid, and eggplant bbq skewers. These were comparable to your average skewer carts. My favorite was the eggplant bbq! It was my first time trying jian bing and it was pretty good! It is similar to a savory crepe with a really crispy texture! We also got the handmade chinese pancake with an add-on of ham and taiwanese sausage. This is a chinese scallion pancake sandwich with lettuce and eggs. The scallion pancake is on the thicker side. It was a bit greasy and heavy but a good item to share. I would recommend ordering several appetizers and trying everything family style if you go with a small group of people! Their portion sizes are generous, especially the appetizer! We ended up taking home some leftovers :)

Came here because I was craving popcorn chicken & they did not disappoint! The chicken is crispy yet juicy and so good! Nice little place and the food was fresh. 4 stars because the portion is SO SMALLLLL for $10! Also I wish the popcorn chicken had a little more seasoning

The beef soup is clear and light and the noodles have a delightful texture, with a slight chew and good bounce. There's a good portion of braised beef as well. Tender but a bit fatty for my taste, but given the portion it's not going to kill you. Lamb burger ended up as overkill and will be consumed as leftovers but a quick sampling let me know that it's gamey and fatty with strong notes of cumin. Not a bad thing, but something to note for people that might not generally enjoy lamb or cumin. Black pepper beef rice bowl was solid too. Spice wise, you can calibrate accordingly but I'd recommended at least their regular spice level. Decent amount of tenderized but still chewy beef. Both dishes came with a salad of celery, carrot, cucumber, peanuts and seaweed strips in a light sauce. Couldn't quite figure out the sauce but it was lightly tart and refreshing. Space is clean and modern. Neutral wood, well lit. Service is friendly enough. If you dine in, you order at the kiosk and they'll deliver to your table. We had leftovers that they graciously packed up. Solid choice. I hope they stick around as they do bring a different cuisine to the area.

OMG-I just enjoyed one of the most delicious and flavorful Ahi Tuna Poke Bowls EVER!!! Run, don't…read morewalk to try this! It was so delicious. See my photos. The Ahi Tuna was the perfect and proper color it should be. The flavors were SPECTACULAR-WONDERFUL!!! NOTE: WAGAMAMA has added to their menu, since my last visit, so you now have a RAMEN SELECTION, and other yummy additions. I was too full from my spectacular Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl to try the Korean bbq Chicken Wings ($8.95) but, I will definitely be back to try them!! I'll post menu photos so you have an idea of the delicious food choices. (April 2026) My very first delicious bite of Ahi Tuna had a heavenly garlic flavor, it was wonderful, and the sweet green seaweed with rice only added to the wonderfulness. Vertical slices of cucumber, onion and scallion, also add deliciously to my wonderful Poke Bowl. Toasted sesame seeds, too. SIMPLY MARVELOUS!!! Remember to be sure to mix the poke bowl rice as you eat, so that you mix the rice with the yummy sauce that may accumulate at the bottom of the poke bowl. I usually eat a little while, THEN, mix the rice. This was so good, I had to eat, eat, eat, before I could stop to mix. LOL. That sweet green seaweed was so yummy!! A lovely mix of flavors...the garlic, the sweetness....I LOVED IT ALL SO MUCH!!!! When was the last time you enjoyed a dish so very much that you felt like standing up in the restaurant and telling everyone: THIS IS SOOO DELICIOUS!!!! Well, I felt like that, but I didn't stand up and tell everyone, but I did tell the manager, who happen to come to the table to ask how everything was. And I let him know how much I was enjoying the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. He explained why and how the tuna was so flavorful. We had a delightful brief foodie chat. What a joy!! The service is very nice here. I like the atmosphere too. And the music, which is cool; it does not interfere with thinking, or having a conversation. I really like it here . The women's rest room was very nice, and clean, with a Dyson Hand Dryer, so no paper towels on the floor. Yay! Helping our environment, too!! And I like the black and white wall paper, too. See my photos My last visit I enjoyed the Pad Thai, and the same non-alcoholic beverage, " Asian Mint Limeade", from the MINDFUL DRINKS area on the beverage menu. ($9.50) (April 2026). A nice treat! It does have a light carbonation (bubbles). This visit my delicious meal was from the BOWLS SECTION of the food menu, it was the AHI TUNA POKE BOWL ($17.95) (April 2026) With warm, and hot weather on the way, I know I will be enjoying this AHI TUNA POKE BOWL again...and again! If you love good food, good service, and a very cool environment, put this location of WAGAMAMA on your list ! (East side) LOCATED On THIRD AVE, at East 39th Street. There is OUTDOOR SEATING, too, with red umbrellas. See my photos. Enjoy yourself here. Totally delightful. There are several locations in Manhattan. I did not know that. So, the one I have dined at is ON THIRD AVENUE, at EAST 39th Street. Look for the Red Umbrellas outside, at the corner of East 39th Street and Third Avenue. Enjoy!!!

I remembered i liked my experience going to one in London in 2024 and decided to go. I love how attentive the wait staff are, a little too attentive. A waitress, she had long hair and a nose ring, approached me when I was just glancing her way during eating. I didn't need anything, but I appreciate the favor. That same waitress gave me my receipt too early like she wanted me to leave ASAP. This was right before I asked to look at the desserts after I finished my meal. A "Would you like some dessert?" would have be appreciated. Cedrick, my principal waiter, was phenomenal. He decided to take care of me after no one was at the hosting desk for 5 minutes after I arrived. I had the chicken potsticker ramen and it was delicious! The potsticker was seasoned very well: my favorite part. To drink, I had the Asian Arnold Palmer and it was a cute drink! Only downside is the sweetness was not even distributed through the drink, even after I mixed the drink. Even though I had an issue with the service, I saw how caring they were (he looked like a manager now) to a family that came after me with organizing their seats and getting a baby chair. I just wished they gave me the same respect instead of rushing me out the door.
