My DELICIOUS AHI TUNA POKE BOWL. YUMMY FLAVORS!! Sweet green seaweed. Wonderful garlic Ahi . Soooooo good!!!
    Reva R.

OMG-I just enjoyed one of the most delicious and flavorful Ahi Tuna Poke Bowls EVER!!! Run, don't walk to try this! It was so delicious. See my photos. The Ahi Tuna was the perfect and proper color it should be. The flavors were SPECTACULAR-WONDERFUL!!! NOTE: WAGAMAMA has added to their menu, since my last visit, so you now have a RAMEN SELECTION, and other yummy additions. I was too full from my spectacular Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl to try the Korean bbq Chicken Wings ($8.95) but, I will definitely be back to try them!! I'll post menu photos so you have an idea of the delicious food choices. (April 2026) My very first delicious bite of Ahi Tuna had a heavenly garlic flavor, it was wonderful, and the sweet green seaweed with rice only added to the wonderfulness. Vertical slices of cucumber, onion and scallion, also add deliciously to my wonderful Poke Bowl. Toasted sesame seeds, too. SIMPLY MARVELOUS!!! Remember to be sure to mix the poke bowl rice as you eat, so that you mix the rice with the yummy sauce that may accumulate at the bottom of the poke bowl. I usually eat a little while, THEN, mix the rice. This was so good, I had to eat, eat, eat, before I could stop to mix. LOL. That sweet green seaweed was so yummy!! A lovely mix of flavors...the garlic, the sweetness....I LOVED IT ALL SO MUCH!!!! When was the last time you enjoyed a dish so very much that you felt like standing up in the restaurant and telling everyone: THIS IS SOOO DELICIOUS!!!! Well, I felt like that, but I didn't stand up and tell everyone, but I did tell the manager, who happen to come to the table to ask how everything was. And I let him know how much I was enjoying the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. He explained why and how the tuna was so flavorful. We had a delightful brief foodie chat. What a joy!! The service is very nice here. I like the atmosphere too. And the music, which is cool; it does not interfere with thinking, or having a conversation. I really like it here . The women's rest room was very nice, and clean, with a Dyson Hand Dryer, so no paper towels on the floor. Yay! Helping our environment, too!! And I like the black and white wall paper, too. See my photos My last visit I enjoyed the Pad Thai, and the same non-alcoholic beverage, " Asian Mint Limeade", from the MINDFUL DRINKS area on the beverage menu. ($9.50) (April 2026). A nice treat! It does have a light carbonation (bubbles). This visit my delicious meal was from the BOWLS SECTION of the food menu, it was the AHI TUNA POKE BOWL ($17.95) (April 2026) With warm, and hot weather on the way, I know I will be enjoying this AHI TUNA POKE BOWL again...and again! If you love good food, good service, and a very cool environment, put this location of WAGAMAMA on your list ! (East side) LOCATED On THIRD AVE, at East 39th Street. There is OUTDOOR SEATING, too, with red umbrellas. See my photos. Enjoy yourself here. Totally delightful. There are several locations in Manhattan. I did not know that. So, the one I have dined at is ON THIRD AVENUE, at EAST 39th Street. Look for the Red Umbrellas outside, at the corner of East 39th Street and Third Avenue. Enjoy!!!

Very nice interior, good selection of items on the menu and service was very good. Had Korean bbq meatballs for an appetizer which was very tasty and had a nice dipping sauce. Ordered 2 sliders for dinner - backyard and the teriyaki and they were both enjoyable. Reasonably priced and tasty food.

My daughter, an international traveler and foodie, is not all that impressed with Wagamama. I was initially surprised, but returning a second time with a friend, I have to believe there are better places for ramen. My chicken ramen was okay. (I want to be able to describe food as "great.") The broth was a little weak and not enough of it. A good amount of chicken, though. My friend's salmon teppanyaki -- with soba noodles, broccolini, slices of chili and asparagus -- was a better choice. I like the bright and open set-up of this restaurant (though I never want to sit on one of their backless benches.) It's a popular place and likely Americanized appealing to their clientele. While I don't mind returning, I said to my friend who recently moved to the neighborhood, "we've got to try other places!" We'll see.

This is a must to go place for anyone who wants to try Asian cuisine or has already tried it because dishes here are fusion of Asian cuisines. Staff at the Murry Hill Wagamama went above and beyond for my best friend's birthday. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The portions were worth the price and filling. Meals came on time without long wait time. My waiter was very patient and gave recommendations when we asked for a sweet cocktail (Yuzu cocktail had a very citrus flavor) which didn't disappoint. The ambience was perfect at a booth. The staff/management, I forgot to ask her name helped take pictures of my best friend and I, it was her birthday but thank you so much!!. Definitely felt the love and warmth here. I would definitely recommend. BTW if you are seeing this between now till August 16th 2026, there is a menu for Restaurant Week where there is a menu for $30 per person with appetizer, main and dessert.

Right next to Orange theory at the corner of 3rd and E39th. Plenty of seating in a variety of ways - bar - two person booths, 4 person booths, high tables, long tables so bring a date or a crowd. Yes it's a chain but the menu is fresh and the food is consistently good. Happy hour bar menu is available at the tables. Also.... Get the crispy cauliflower... you won't regret it. The miso cod was light and flakey, the soba noodles savory, and the others at my table enjoyed thier udon and duck ramen. They often have a prix fix as well - 30 dollars in restaurant month and 38 for valentines.

I came here for dinner on a Tuesday evening with a group of three. They have a large outdoor seating area, but we opted to sit indoors. The restaurant is spacious with high ceilings. They had a fantastic NYC Restaurant Week deal. $30 for appetizer, entree, and dessert, with an option to add a drink for $10. To start, I had the bang bang cauliflower. Loved this dish. The cauliflower were batter fried and quite crispy. They were topped with onions and chili peppers. Very flavorful, with a hint of spice, but not too much heat. For my main, I had the avant gard'n. The seitan was delicious. It was surprisingly savory and meaty. The sauce was slightly sweet and nicely coated the rice. The veggies were crisp and fresh. For dessert, I had the banana katsu. The banana was coated in a thick, crunchy batter. Its flavor was subtle, while the salted caramel ice cream was quite sweet, so they paired perfectly together. Our appetizers and mains came out around the same time, so we were able to eat both dishes together, which was quite nice. Service was fast and our waiter was very efficient. I'd love to come back to try the regular menu!

Table next to us was dirty our entire meal.

Soon as we sat down the lady next to us was complaining to a manager. Not off to a great start. Our calamari arrived barely warm and extremely salty. Some pieces warm others were room temperature. Our waiter never checked back so it was too late to get a fresh order. We did not finish it. The Pad Thai was gross, no flavor and extremely greasy with very tiny pieces of chicken. A very unpleasant experience. This was my first time to Wagamama USA and my last!

Went to this place with 2 of my cousins. We were welcomed by a host and loved the design of this low profile from the outside but looks fancy in the inside but it's actually a casual restaurant. I was so excited to try the menu and seeing how multiculturally curated it looked. The ahi tuna nachos was a great app and glad it didn't have too much of peanut sauce that makes u get palate fatigue. I also liked the bang bang cauliflower. Loved the crunchiness . I got the chili chicken ramen since it was a very very cold NYC evening and needed a hot slurp. I also liked it but i feel like we can up the flavor a bit more. I want to come back and try their ube expresso martini! Service is also bomb and they deserve a raise for their exceptional service!

    Thai chili margarita
    Chandler R.

Holy cow - the Thai chili margaritas were to die for! This might be my favorite margarita variant I've had in NYC. The rim has a delicious cinnamon salt rim that expertly compliments the hint of coconut in the drink. 5/5 pitcher! Additionally, I wasn't starving so I had the bar sliders and they were very tasty. If you work in Midtown East area, this a great place to grab a bite for lunch or a drink after work.

Restaurant was very clean and could see us immediately. Food is always consistent and delicious! I highly recommend the chicken teriyaki dish.

Had such a great experience. The food was and tasted amazing. Our waitress was constantly checking up on us so the service was A1. This is def a place to gather with friends or family.

I have dined at Wagamama's several times over the years, but this was my first time at this location. As I walked in, I loved their dining area appearance, was so stunning, with modern furnish, large windows, full of sunlight. Their menu was same as other locations. We ordered bunch of items like duck and karaage chicken baos, calamari, edamame, bang bang cauliflower and the duck ramen. Food came out at decent pace. Most of the items were good, the baos and edamame specially. Duck ramen never misses, their best dish. But the cauliflower didn't taste good. The chicken in daughter's kids meal was also dry. The service was excellent. They gave coloring paper and crayons to the kids. We got few drinks that were well made. Overall we had a wonderful lunch at this location.

    Vegan lunch special

Trekked into the city and wanted to try wagamama. My kiddo and I love our ramen and other Asian fare so we decided to give it a go. This place was hopping, and it is clear that it is a popular choice for lunch. I love that they have a kids menu, and for the adults they have several options for a lunch special that includes a main and your choice of a fresh juice. I opted for the green juice (nourish-mint) which is apple, mint and lemon. My main was the avant Gard-in. My son got the kids ramen with chicken broth. One thing that annoyed me - I asked my son what drink he wanted to share, he said the nourish-mint. When my drink came, the waiter gave us two green drinks. I would not have paid $8 for a second drink - and really, the waiter should have clarified when I was speaking with my son whether that meant I wanted two. Remember - my drink was included with the lunch special. I mentioned something to the waiter, asking why there was two and he wasn't exactly friendly.... I do love the open concept kitchen and having a table near that, always so interesting to me and makes me feel more comfortable dining in an establishment where you can kinda see what's going on. I thought my dish was just o.k., nothing amazing. I would definitely try something different next time. My son loved his though, and I will say - even though that extra drink was $8 it was sooo refreshing and delicious, though a bit sweet. My son LOVED that drink as well. When the bill came, you can swipe your card at the table. Of course, the default tip is 20% and I always find it a bit awkward that the waiter/waitress is looking right at you when you leave your tip amount. I would give this place more of a 3.5, but my son insisted on bumping it to a 4. I'd probably come back, especially for the lunch special. $20 is a decent deal in the city for a meal and a drink.

I don't know why but something just same over me and having a juice beverage sounded correct - it must have been the nice weather that has finally hit NYC. Anyway, we headed over to check it out. JG sells a variety of juices and smoothies in several flavor combinations. Some of them are fruit-based, some are milk-based, and some have additions to help with immunity, detox, etc. Since I'm not a regular juice or smoothie drinker, I was looking for something with flavors I liked and not loaded with calories. I found that in the Cherry C Monster - this contained cherries, pineapple, dragon fruit, banana, and orange juice. The smoothie was quite good - lots of cherry flavor and surprisingly not too sweet. Service was fast and efficient - they're pounding out those smoothies at a rapid pace so my order was ready in no time. Overall, I had a good first experience at Juice Generation - I don't think it will be a go-to based on my tastes, but if the mood catches me I would definitely return.
