enormous container of broth for one portion of braised beef noodles!
    Kseniya K.

Good value food. You will be full and not broke. Staff are super accomodating. Food is prepared quickly. Super fast delivery--literally the quickest that the food can even be prepared! $17 Braised beef noodle soup is satisfying and filling. Big portion--they give you a loooot of broth and noodles! Look at the enormous container of broth! Easily can split into two normal sized portions. The broth was a bit too fatty for my liking. Once mixed with noodles, it became better. Additional $5 for added braised beef was worth it--the total amount of food could easily feed two or serve as two meals for one. Braised beef was flavorful and juicy--appreciated the quality. I asked for not spicy, yet the broth and the beef were spicy--I was dishing out the red peppe flakes and large chunks of ginger. If you don't like spicy, be aware that your sinuses will clear out, so grab some napkins.

We stopped in for lunch and got exactly what we came for... delicious noodles, friendly service, and fun atmosphere. The noodles were just like we ordered and the soup broth was delicious.

Everything at 1915 is so good. There's so many items on the menu that I want to try and keep me coming back. There's not too much seating but definitely worth the wait if there's a line! I have gotten takeout before, but nothing beats eating there. Service is always super fast.

We originally tried to go to 1915 Hand Pulled Noodles in Chinatown, but the line was long, so we pivoted and got our hair blown out around the corner instead. No regrets though, because we ended up going to their Midtown location near our hotel, which is actually the original. We ordered the braised dry noodles with the prism-style noodles (wide, chewy, and so satisfying) and the spicy noodle soup with thin noodles. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. The broth was rich and well-seasoned, and the noodle textures really stood out in both dishes. I'd skip adding the egg next time since it didn't add anything special. They also offer yuzu sake, and we tried the Yuzumon, which paired really well with both the soup and the dry noodles. If you like heat, you can ask for extra spice from the back. Also, no peppercorns in the dishes, which I personally loved.

Please dine in the restaurant for the full experience. I really enjoy the signature Lanzhou noodle soup with wide or prism noodles. The portions are very generous for the soup and the noodles. Also, I love their cold noodle, as well. Well priced overall. There may be a might so try to avoid lunch and dinner rush. I've dined here multiple times and I will probably come back to dine in. I don't recommend getting this place to-go or on door dash since they skimp out on the soup. I was disappointed when the soup didn't even cover the noodles all the way. The soup didn't fill up 50% of the deli container. Pretty disappointed. Im glad I tried this place in the restaurant first before ordering to-go

Delicious hand pulled noodles with very rich and flavorful broth. The beef was very tender and they gave a good amount of vegetables. The service is quick and they get the food out to you pretty much right after you order. Lines can get long though. It's pretty tight inside and hard to move around.

There's a reason they always have a line! Came on a rainy morning. My friend and I were seated in less than 10 though. The waiter was really friendly and even gave recommendations. Food came out relatively fast. Nothing beats the texture of fresh hand-pulled noodles. The pan-friend dumplings had a really nice crisp that kept until the very last bite!

Walked in at around 7 PM on a Saturday and there was no wait, though the place was packed and there was a line outside when we left. My boyfriend and I shared the Signature Beef noodle soup, which was great, and the lamb Chinese hamburger, which was super spicy and flavorful. I mixed some of it into the soup and it was so yum. Not sure I'd rate this above other handpulled noodle places, but it's solid!

Hand pulled noodles had great texture and the braised beef was very tender, but I would have preferred more toppings. The amount of scallions and spice seems a bit inconsistent from bowl to bowl. I found my bowl to be too spicy for me, but you might be able to ask to adjust the spice level. It's a very small store and they don't take any reservations, so be prepared for a wait. They also don't offer tap water, so you need to buy something if you want a drink.

I came here to celebrate my nieces birthday and it was amazing. First she loves these noodles and we all love them as well. The staff is amazing they are friendly, attentive and accommodating. The food was amazing, the same as last time. This time I ordered the soup and it was perfect. We also ordered the chicken hot oil noodle and that was really flavorful and spicy. The dumplings were delicious and fresh and stuffed nicely. It is definitely a great experience. I recommend everyone to go here. Everyone enjoyed the food. The food is economical.

One of my favorite Chinese noodle establishments in the city that is reliable, affordable, and consistent. I still prefer the Chinatown location as that one is a wee bit bigger (both restaurants are still quite small/a tight fit) and offers complimentary tap water. I don't understand how a restaurant that has a 99.999% spicy menu doesn't offer complimentary tap water, but I guess it is a smart tactic to get someone to pay for a beverage, would recommend BYOB. We ordered: Special Dry Pork Noodles w/Marinated Egg Stewed Beef Tripe Noodles w/Marinated Egg Scallion Pancake The marinated egg is not like the Japanese jammy ramen egg so I'd opt out of this additional cost. The photo vs. what you actually get for the pancake look very different, the appetizer itself is quite thin and you can't really see any scallions. We've always wanted to try the Prism noodle type and oddly enough it's not the thickest but rather the form is twisted like a prism, so not that impressive. There are some nooks and crannies that are comparable between this 1915 location and the Chinatown 1915 location-this one seems more forgiving and less strict on noodle types, but doesn't offer complimentary water. It is crowded in the restaurant but they do a good job of being efficient in getting people in and out!

As a chinese american from LA who grew up in the 626, this place gets my stamp of approval! I got the dry beef noodle and wow it was amazing. it is so flavorful, so garlicky and spicy and just seasoned to perfection. The meat was tender and delicious and the noodles were absolutely amazing, chewy and bouncy. My only critique is that it is too oily, but the waiter said you can ask for less oil and spice, which is what i personally would do next time i go, HOWEVER it is supposed to be an oily dish so i cant really complain. next time I come to New York, I definitely will be back!

The food here was DELICIOUS. We especially liked that we are able to pick the type of noodle we wanted and got to see it being made. The pan fried buns were hands down our favorite food item! One thing to be made aware of is that there is not much seating. Since we were 2 and were at a table for 4 they sat a couple next to us, which we didn't mind as we were finishing up.

The beef soup is clear and light and the noodles have a delightful texture, with a slight chew and good bounce. There's a good portion of braised beef as well. Tender but a bit fatty for my taste, but given the portion it's not going to kill you. Lamb burger ended up as overkill and will be consumed as leftovers but a quick sampling let me know that it's gamey and fatty with strong notes of cumin. Not a bad thing, but something to note for people that might not generally enjoy lamb or cumin. Black pepper beef rice bowl was solid too. Spice wise, you can calibrate accordingly but I'd recommended at least their regular spice level. Decent amount of tenderized but still chewy beef. Both dishes came with a salad of celery, carrot, cucumber, peanuts and seaweed strips in a light sauce. Couldn't quite figure out the sauce but it was lightly tart and refreshing. Space is clean and modern. Neutral wood, well lit. Service is friendly enough. If you dine in, you order at the kiosk and they'll deliver to your table. We had leftovers that they graciously packed up. Solid choice. I hope they stick around as they do bring a different cuisine to the area.

The Ahi Tuna was the perfect and proper color it should be. The flavors were SPECTACULAR-WONDERFUL!!! NOTE: WAGAMAMA has added to their menu, since my last visit, so you now have a RAMEN SELECTION, and other yummy additions. I was too full from my spectacular Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl to try the Korean bbq Chicken Wings ($8.95) but, I will definitely be back to try them!! I'll post menu photos so you have an idea of the delicious food choices. (April 2026) My very first delicious bite of Ahi Tuna had a heavenly garlic flavor, it was wonderful, and the sweet green seaweed with rice only added to the wonderfulness. Vertical slices of cucumber, onion and scallion, also add deliciously to my wonderful Poke Bowl. Toasted sesame seeds, too. SIMPLY MARVELOUS!!! Remember to be sure to mix the poke bowl rice as you eat, so that you mix the rice with the yummy sauce that may accumulate at the bottom of the poke bowl. I usually eat a little while, THEN, mix the rice. This was so good, I had to eat, eat, eat, before I could stop to mix. LOL. That sweet green seaweed was so yummy!! A lovely mix of flavors...the garlic, the sweetness....I LOVED IT ALL SO MUCH!!!! When was the last time you enjoyed a dish so very much that you felt like standing up in the restaurant and telling everyone: THIS IS SOOO DELICIOUS!!!! Well, I felt like that, but I didn't stand up and tell everyone, but I did tell the manager, who happen to come to the table to ask how everything was. And I let him know how much I was enjoying the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. He explained why and how the tuna was so flavorful. We had a delightful brief foodie chat. What a joy!! The service is very nice here. I like the atmosphere too. And the music, which is cool; it does not interfere with thinking, or having a conversation. I really like it here . The women's rest room was very nice, and clean, with a Dyson Hand Dryer, so no paper towels on the floor. Yay! Helping our environment, too!! And I like the black and white wall paper, too. See my photos My last visit I enjoyed the Pad Thai, and the same non-alcoholic beverage, " Asian Mint Limeade", from the MINDFUL DRINKS area on the beverage menu. ($9.50) (April 2026). A nice treat! It does have a light carbonation (bubbles). This visit my delicious meal was from the BOWLS SECTION of the food menu, it was the AHI TUNA POKE BOWL ($17.95) (April 2026) With warm, and hot weather on the way, I know I will be enjoying this AHI TUNA POKE BOWL again...and again! If you love good food, good service, and a very cool environment, put this location of WAGAMAMA on your list ! (East side) LOCATED On THIRD AVE, at East 39th Street. There is OUTDOOR SEATING, too, with red umbrellas. See my photos. Enjoy yourself here. Totally delightful. There are several locations in Manhattan. I did not know that. So, the one I have dined at is ON THIRD AVENUE, at EAST 39th Street. Look for the Red Umbrellas outside, at the corner of East 39th Street and Third Avenue. Enjoy!!!

I remembered i liked my experience going to one in London in 2024 and decided to go. I love how attentive the wait staff are, a little too attentive. A waitress, she had long hair and a nose ring, approached me when I was just glancing her way during eating. I didn't need anything, but I appreciate the favor. That same waitress gave me my receipt too early like she wanted me to leave ASAP. This was right before I asked to look at the desserts after I finished my meal. A "Would you like some dessert?" would have be appreciated. Cedrick, my principal waiter, was phenomenal. He decided to take care of me after no one was at the hosting desk for 5 minutes after I arrived. I had the chicken potsticker ramen and it was delicious! The potsticker was seasoned very well: my favorite part. To drink, I had the Asian Arnold Palmer and it was a cute drink! Only downside is the sweetness was not even distributed through the drink, even after I mixed the drink. Even though I had an issue with the service, I saw how caring they were (he looked like a manager now) to a family that came after me with organizing their seats and getting a baby chair. I just wished they gave me the same respect instead of rushing me out the door.

We were guided toward the back, past white marble tables with beautiful mustard colored velvet chairs to the long countertop facing the open kitchen. We scanned QR codes to pull up the menu, and despite no omakase noodle offerings to be found, decided to stay because the menu options they did have sounded too good to pass up. Of course they had classic shio and miso ramens, but they also had a duck tsukumen, a red snapper ramen, a black truffle ramen, and the dish I set my sights on-- the uni mazemen. There were also lots of appetizers and a long list of high end onigiri featuring proteins like scallop lemon shio, A5 wagyu ponzu, and bluefin chutoro on offer. This place was the real deal. Our group shared the tebasaki wings-- so crispy and so flavorful, I could have inhaled a whole plate of these. The salmon, ikura, and apple appetizer that was served in a glass chalice was superb but even better was the bluefin tuna avocado sashimi with wasabi. That one was a winner across the board. And then my uni mazemen, which really stole the show. There was a very generous portion of uni that mixed with the savory sauce and al dente ramen noodles perfectly. This dish was rich, unctuous, and fresh and definitely delivered in value, though it was double the price of most other noodle bowls. Uni is a delicacy. Having just returned from a second trip to Japan I can say this place is really as good as any restaurant I visited in Japan, and it's right here in Murray Hill. These Murray Hill bros are lucky.
