I was so happy that I was in the area to be able to try this cute place. I absolutely loved all the cute bear decorations. It provides a perfect little photo op. They have two kiosks where you can order from. We ordered the brown sugar bingsu and the limited time valentine bingsu. The brown sugar bingsu comes with boba, boba jelly, red beans, pudding, brown sugar cubes, a cute little bread, and condensed milk on the side. It doesn't say what it has inside with it on the menu, but I'm guessing based on the flavors and textures of the toppings. It was very sweet and delicious. But personally, I would have preferred it to be a little less sweet and some crunchiness to be in it. The valentine bingsu came with strawberry ice cream, brownies, strawberries, chocolate sauce, a little heart type of white chocolate cookie, a cute little bear, and a side of condensed milk. This was my first time trying Bingsu and WOW it was a total flavor bomb! This place is adorable the second you walk in. You can either order at the front or they have a little kiosk there for you to order. I didn't know what to expect as it was my first time but the fruit was super sweet and fresh, the cheesecake pieces were a great addition, they gave a little side of condensed milk which I added to the top, and the ice was so fluffy and melts the second it hits your mouth. The only thing I'd say is it is super sweet (which may not be a problem to some). I personally like things on the less sweet side but it's still delicious if you are in the need of a sweet treat fix! read more

Came here on grand opening day and luckily there was no wait, but there also weren't any tables available. We took a chance and ordered food and bingsu anyway, hoping that one would open up by the time we got our order. There are two kiosks and they were easy to use, and I liked that most things on the menu had photos! Surprisingly it didn't take very long for our order to come out! Everything did come out separately though so it was the longest wait for the popcorn chicken wrap and popcorn chicken. The staff were all very nice though and also apologized for the wait - which was not too long at all. We did eventually get a table inside after eating our bingsu on a bench outside for 5 minutes. I would recommend making sure you come on a less busy time if you want to dine in, because they do charge extra if you want to take your bingsu to-go, which was a little unfair in our situation because there was no other option if we couldn't get a table. There are only 3 tables and some bar seating so I think they should remove the takeout upcharge entirely. I hope they'll bring some outdoor seating when the weather warms up! Aside from the size of the place, it was lively and fun inside and we enjoyed the k-pop playlist. Our mango bingsu was refreshing and I liked the actual mango ice cream in it. It tasted like some mango was fresh and some was frozen, wish it was all fresh & ripe! We also liked the cheesecake pieces in it. The popcorn chicken was a hit with the whole family - really enjoyed the house sauce on the wrap! I would like to see sauce options for the popcorn chicken itself. There were none available and didn't see any to self serve. My creme brulee boba milk tea was perfect with 75% sweetness and the grass jelly was soft. Overall great first experience here at Bingsu Tea! Just a few things to work out but that's expected. Bingsu Tea is a new boba shop in North Natomas that took over another similar boba shop (Mr. Sun Tea). Similar to other boba shops, customers can order at the kiosk or at the counter. Last time, the worker provided me a 10% off code that worked at the kiosk. I ordered the Strawberry Snow Flake, which was blended ice and strawberry flavor. It was caffeine free and pretty sweet. You can adjust the sweetness level which I definitely recommend if you don't want it really sweet. I liked the cute teddy bear decor, which made the shop look really cute. They only have a few tables inside so there wasn't a lot of seating. Overall, not a bad shop as the drink was good and the store was cute. read more

The bingsu is truly bingsu-ing. Seems like Sac is slowly realizing there is more to Asian desserts than just boba and bubble waffles with bingsu now being the new poster child. Walking into Bingsu Tea, you're greeted with...yep you guessed it, that one dedicated area for a quick photo op, but this time without the flower wall and swing. However, the aesthetics aren't the only thing that's cookie-cutter. Their bingsu was also pretty "run of the MILK" too. The portions are decent for the price but the texture of the bingsu and the quality of the toppings were just OK. Of course there's the condensed milk and artificial fruit syrup; however, they did include a bubble waffle shaped as a bear as well as two whole sticks of Pocky! In all seriousness, Bingsu Tea is a perfectly passable place for a nightly sweet treat. They have other snacks too on their menu and those might be worth trying, but as far as their bingsu goes, well I guess you could say I won't "bing-seeing" this place again anytime soon. We stopped by Bingsu Tea late on a Tuesday night, close to their closing time. It was pretty quiet when we arrived, but a few people trickled in and out later. There wasn't a sign outside, so my friends got a bit lost looking for the place. For reference, it's right next to MetroPCS and TeriyakiMaki. The decor here is so charming! From the tables to the walls and the adorable bear-themed details, everything feels thoughtfully designed. We placed our order through a kiosk, but the staff was kind enough to answer our questions. We even spoke with someone who seemed to be the owner, and they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Mango Bingsu (4.5/5): The shaved ice was light, fluffy, and not overly sweet, with a delicious mango flavor. It came topped with cheesecake pieces and a bubble waffle shaped like a bear. The bear was super cute, though a bit tricky to eat--it's almost too adorable to dig into! Strawberry Snowflake with Boba (4/5): I ordered this with less sweetness, and it was really good. If you didn't know, Bingsu Tea was previous Mr. Sun which was another boba/snack shop. The store layout was exactly the same with enhanced/new decor. There were kiosk for ordering so I didn't interact with the workers but it was super easily and quick. I got the coffee jelly milk tea and the brown sugar milk tea which to my expectation was just 2 normal drinks from any other generic boba shop. Not bad but also not special.
