We have dined in and ordered takeaway. Some of our favorite items are the Oreo Bingsu, Tira Miss U Bingsu and the Pop Corn Chicken spicy with special sauce. The portions are more than generous and the presentation is "cute" with that little bear as my mom says. Let me just say the Bingsu is packages and sealed inside a freezer type bag and arrives as good as if you got it in the store. The store is 13 miles away which says a lot about the quality. I dont usually post reviews, but we had ordered a couple bobas and 3 bingsu. My wife wanted to try the halo halo and oreo for my boys. We got the bobas fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the 3 bingsu took 45 minutes to come out. The music was too loud to hear the girls at the front yell the last four digits of your cell phone. They didn't confirm numbers so one of our bingsu got picked up by someone else . At 30 minutes waiting, we asked what's going on. They said its coming out. At 40 minutes wait, I told them I wanted a refund. They said our bingsu was next. We had to come up again at 45 minutes without them saying our phone number. At this point only 2 of our bingsuu was ready. There was another bingsu order that wasn't picked up by another customer for about 10 minutes. The girls said that was our order. Clearly it wasn't because it wasn't our phone number on the receipt. Maybe you should have your staff lower the volume or install a microphone speaker system so people can hear their number. Also, have them confirm orders before its picked up. Clearly it wasn't being done because the girls looked confused about the status of our order from 45 minutes ago. While the food was good, it wasn't worth the $68 we paid nor the wait. read more

Really good fried tofu, popcorn chicken and bingsu. However, the portion for the popcorn chicken (didn't get a photo) and fried tofu are inconsistent. This was my third time visiting and I definitely had more my first two visits. The first two time was a dine in and my third time was a to go, but this time around, the to go boxes was barely half way filled. Such disappointment. Definitely not worth the drive across town (from EG) if I'm just getting half the box. Smh. Also, there's only about 3 tables really, so there's no place to eat unless you wanna eat standing up and holding your food. And to top it off, for them to charge extra for a to go bingsu is ridiculous. The food is good, but two stars off for the terrible portion and bad settings and extra charges. read more
