We live in Everett, here in Snohomish County. I called Signature Restoration in a panic, and their 24/7 emergency service was immediate and professional. Andrew arrived quickly and took charge of the crisis. He walked us through the entire process, starting with the necessary mitigation (all the water extraction and technical structural drying). What truly sets this company apart is that Andrew and the team didn't just dry it out and leave; they handled the entire job! They performed the complete repair and restoration of the damaged areas, leaving the space looking immaculate--honestly, better than it looked before the flood. If you are in the King County or Snohomish area and need a company you can trust for prompt, full-service Water Damage Restoration, look no further. Highly, highly recommend Andrew and the experts at Signature Restoration LLC.

Andrew was able to come out the next day and put together the estimate quickly! This wasn't a simple job as the water damage was in multiple rooms and closets. Andrew and his crew worked diligently and made the place look amazing! He's a hard worker and even made sure the insurance gave us back the money they said they would. I'm very thankful for him and highly recommend his company! Thank you Andrew!

They showed up within 30 minutes of our call, augered out the line - no success at 75ft but felt something at 15 ft. Another member showed up later and attempted a scope but got stuck at 12-15 ft. and marked a spot in my driveway. Total cost: nearly $600 I dug up the pipe on my own and found that somebody had used a y-shaped connector, "sealing" one end of the Y with a paver (either recklessly or cluelessly) causing roots to invade the line. 2 days later (within SLA) another member came out and replaced the section of line and Y-connector with some PVC and rubber gaskets. Later, another member came, scoped the line and pressure blasted it clean. Total cost: $3300. About 4K for 3-4 hours' work, some materials (pipe and connectors), and the specialized equipment (scope, auger, saw). They were on time, communicated well/transparently, and got the job done thoroughly. I've had other plumbers show up on a motorcycle with a small toolbox and street clothes. Also, I've had independent contractors fail to show at all. The Roto-Rooter folks are timely professionals who get the job done in the worst (sewer) situations. Had I tried DIYing this, I'm not confident the outcome would have been worth the money saved.

Jesus and Brandon were respectful of the space -- for example, when they had to take down some heavy closet doors and lean them against a wall, they put a cloth between the doors and the wall so as not to scratch the wall. They suggested fixes that in my mind went above and beyond, such as putting a layer of primer on the sheathing to help it resist moisture, should my roof leak again in the future. Hopefully I'll never need them again in the future, but if I do, they'll be the ones I call first.

After that experience, I question both the company's substantive knowledge and their ethics. First, they used some pressuring tactics to try to get me to sign on for their services right away. They urged me to make a homeowners insurance claim right away, saying that the work would surely be more than my $5k deductible. I asked what if we just took some remediation efforts without a claim, and they said just having a dehumidifier and fan in here for several days would already run $3k so I might as well file the claim. They otherwise would not offer an actual estimate for anything. The next day when they reached out to follow up, I said I didn't think it was worth it to file a claim and be out $5k. They then miraculously said they could do remediation for $2-$3k without a claim. I also had them look at another area of the house where we had some mystery water but was now visibly dry. I thought it came from outside rain. The technician said we had a leak and needed a plumber. I got a plumber in later who removed dry wall to look for the leak. There wasn't one. The plumber seemed really trustworthy and replaced a part just in case and was not $$$. But seemed to badly reflect on Robinson.
