Even though they had an incentive to find a "problem" to be able to do paid work for us, they had the integrity to give a true assessment for no restoration. Over Thanksgiving, with 12 people staying in our house (2.5 baths), our daughter noticed a water…read morestain in the downstairs ceiling under our 2nd bathroom. It didn't seem to be actively leaking, so we waited until Monday to get a plumber in to have a look. One leaking toilet seal (wax floor seal) later and our house was +70 dBs louder with our bathroom floor tile removed and drying equipment upstairs and downstairs. I'm glad we called Professional Restoration Services! They have been so helpful and professional (of course!) throughout the water mitigation process. They quickly assessed the issue that the plumber had seen (subfloor damage) and began work on demolition, mold removal, and drying out the area so it could be repaired. Drew (OSU fan, but I won't hold it against him) was great in his initial assessment and was helpful with explaining the process and even working with the insurance claims adjuster who happened to be here at the same time. Esam, Cameron and George performed the service and daily checkups and were always friendly, helpful and professional! And everyone was very thoughtful with their cleanliness (always wore booties in the house, laid down plastic, etc....)! They are a local company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has to deal with water mitigation and damage issues in their home! This review is for the water mitigation portion of our service only, I'll post another, separate review for the repair work after it is complete.

Don't be scammed like I did. I wish I could give less than 1 star, but not possible. I ordered…read more"designer" mulch from Capital Mulch. After spending over $600 on 20 yards of mulch, I received a truckload of the same mulch I can get for FREE from the local tree guy with dye in it. It is garbage. I tipped them $30 prior, just to find out later that I tipped the owner who pretended not to be the owner. I confronted him that the mulch was not the standard it should be and we walked to neighbor who had true designer mulch. The office told me I should have let the driver, who was also the owner know there was a problem. I did and could not have been more clear to the driver, who pretended I need to call the office. They tried to tell me it was designer because it is dyed, but the other dyed mulches are not called designer. It is a scam. They later threatened to hire a subcontractor to come pick it up. However, they were going to use my money to pick it up. They draw you in with slightly lower pricing and no delivery. I asked them to figure something out and was willing for them to come get it, but not on my dime. The worst part is how they treated me, and then made nasty accusations that I threatened them. Ridiculous! They told me I should use it around back, which is what I would do with free mulch. Do yourself a favor, pay just a bit more and go anywhere else. Steve

They could have come the next day but I couldn't get out of my work commitment. It was easy to schedule the appointment and I was given a two hour time frame of when to expect the crew. They even called 15 minutes or so before they arrived. Once they got here I showed them the water pressure regulator with the small drip and they knew just what to do. My builder did the plumbing line wrong which this company discovered by doing a test first so knew that they had to do this work differently. Service was professional and friendly and they even cleaned up some water that dripped. The price was much lower than I expected as well. Wake Forest Plumbing will be the first place I call when I need plumbing work in the future.

About a month ago I had a big issue with my water heater so I called them for 3 days in a row and I left messages that they never returned. I had to use someone else. This week I had another issue so I decided to give them another chance. I've been trying to contact them for 2 days with no success, they are still no calling me back. So my advice is: call them and if they don't answer just move on.
