Warning: Do Not Hire BioGreen Landscape!!! We hired BioGreen Landscape a couple of years ago for landscaping work and to extend our driveway, paying over $5,000 for the project. Unfortunately, the extended portion of the driveway became uneven after just one winter--less than a year later. I reached out to Yveli, and she told us it would cost an additional $650 to fix it, claiming they weren't responsible for repairs. Wanting the job done right, we reluctantly agreed and paid the $650 in full in September 2024. Yveli insisted on full payment before scheduling, and we were given a date of October 8. On October 8, no one showed up. When I contacted her, she gave an excuse and rescheduled us for November 20. Again--no one came. Days later, she texted saying they couldn't work in the rain. We waited patiently through the winter for drier weather and were finally rescheduled for today, April 22. Once again, no one showed up. I've tried calling and texting multiple times, and there's been no response. At this point, we've paid them $650 for a repair they promised over 7 months ago and still haven't delivered. I'm now left wondering how to get my money back and want others to avoid going through the same experience. read more

BioGreen Landscape was an amazing company to work with. Their owner, Yveli, was incredibly helpful throughout the process and clearly cared about making sure we got the yard we wanted. She was able to find all of the specific plants and trees that we requested, gave us a very reasonable quote, and worked actively with us throughout the process. I think what stood out to me the most was how well Yveli and everyone else working with her communicated. She kept us involved in the process from start to finish. She and her company accomplished exactly what we wanted exactly when they said they would. They set us up with a beautiful, drought-tolerant front yard. Not to mention that they made it fully irrigated so that even I, without even a hint of green on my thumbs, can keep it alive and attractive for years to come. Needed a back yard clean up and my last landscaper raised their rates that was over my budget. Went thru yelp and BioGreen was the first to respond quickly. I did receive other quotes but they gave me the best rate for both my front and back yard that also included hauling away the debris. I now have a clean slate to plan for an upgrade! They prefer Venmo as form a payment, I didn't know that, but he was very understanding to accept another method. Would recommend to ask beforehand how you intend to pay. I'm very happy with a project they done for me. Planning was pain free, execution was fast, and the result was beautiful. We had a 2000 sq. ft. lawn we wanted to convert to rock covered landscape with drought tolerant plants, cacti and succulents. We also needed to change the sprinkler system to drip system. I've got estimates from 4 companies, but I felt I can trust Yveli with this project. They done it quite fast even though there was a heat wave! Our side yard looks so ugly with wild grass and it was not taken good care enough before. So we asked BioGreen Landscape to take a look and give us suggestion how to make it look better with reasonable budget. Juan did respond quickly online and helped to set an appointment, then at the day he arrived on time and helped to check and measure in details, and gave a lot of suggestions for both side yard and front yards. After that on the same day, he also gave an immediate quote for both even late at night. The quotes are both reasonable and full of details steps to show how the work will be done. Ultimately we decided to do the side yard at first for insurance reason. They even gladly accepted and provided a discounted price due to communication misunderstanding and it was really warm-hearted. They did provide a formal contract ahead and promised a starting date and totally length (~2 days). From the first day, the workers arrived on time and started the job immediately from deep cleaning, weed control, plastic wrapping and stapling, and then finally re-applied a beautiful white rock with proper size. Their work is so decent and careful for each step. And the rock density is perfect for both color and size. My wife and I are so happy for the results. Moreover, one fantastic thing I want to highlight for BioGreen Landscape is their attitude and sincerity - they will check with your opinion how the work looks like while the work is going on and ask your approval if there is any small changes such as the rock size because they cannot find exact the same size which is normal and may happen. To be frank, I do not care the size or the color of the rock as long as it can cover it and no weed. They did not have to, but they will ask your opinion and think about it on your side and make sure you are happy with it. This kind of attitude is so amazing! We really appreciate their professionalism, expertise, and personal attention from the beginning to the end of the job. We couldn't be happier with the work Juan and Yveli did for us. BioGreen did a fantastic job with our backyard. They removed a large Ash tree, pulled up the pavers to dig out the roots and replace the pavers nicely flat again, fixed a separate electrical issue associated with our pool pump (running a new conduit under pavers), and updated our sprinkler system. Yveli was excellent at keeping in touch the entire time, the workers were efficient and kept the area safe during work.
