I should have know it would be a horrible process from the start I was texted and confirmed a…read moreinterview just to show up and everyone act like the dont know whats going on and I was an unwatned guess thankful I see a familiar face a woman I use to work with and she asked why i was there I told her an interview and she went to get to get someone for me and asked the lady was she doing my interview right in my face this woman said no I'm not doing nothing I should have left then but I didnt so I wait longer and finally someone comes i already did a application just to have to do it all over again there interview wasn't really an Interview she just mention all the horrible things current workers do like sleeping on the clock not ordering meds and keeping cart together told me all those thing woukd get u fired which is obvious to me I was then told I was offered the job they just had to check with their sister company I worked for and waiting on my background check just for me to call back a week later to check and see whats going on and to be told something different that they had been reaching out since the end of May but I just went to my interview last week on June 2nd and like a said that was horrible and unorganized with so much miscommunication that I should have turned around soon as I step foot in the building but if u know nursing u know how it can be sometime I talked to someone today just to be told they haven't started the background check yet because they have been reaching out to me but that's not true I have no calls or text from after June 2nd on top of that she was rude barley me get a word in so thank you Morgan kinda glad it happened all the red flag where there so I told her don't worry I'm fine I will find another place if this is how it is before I don't wanna work there anyways

I came in for my appointment and was taken back immediately but the phlebotomist wasn't very friendly. I wasn't informed about when she was going to stick me and wasn't given the sheet where I was told my vital signs and the number to contact should anything go wrong. When I donate I sometimes get light headed and I did this time. She was prompt at helping me feel better but once I was done I wasn't told about what I need to do afterwards, and like I said before the number to call if anything were to go wrong. I have donated a lot now so I know those things but every time I have donated in the past the phlebotomist has told me what to do after the fact. Everyone has bad days and my overall experience with impact life is good so this was nothing that would detour me from coming back here, but I think in the future I will go to the mobile drives over the donor center. if I do go back to the donor center I'll make sure to update my review!

The people at the front desk, the registration people, the nurses, doctors, technicians, etc, have all been great! It's also very clean - it's a nice building. The only problem I've ever had here was at the lab. I had an appointment and walked into a fairly full waiting room. Not all of those people had appointments, but they were still being called before me. There's no one to talk to about it. There's no front desk and they keep the door locked so you can't find a person to talk to. I waited until they opened the door to call someone else in and ran up and inquired as to when I might have my turn and they acted like I was rude. It was already 30 minutes past my appointment. I have found that a number of Mercy labs aren't great. But that's what my insurance covers, so I'll keep going! But I do love everything else about this facility! I request it for most things I have to have done, and will continue to do so!

Right away they identified the problem, and bot only built a program for me but explained the goal of each piece and taught me how to add it into my day/workouts outside of with them so I would experience lasting results. I was worried physical therapy would be for me because I worked out on my own and surely I could fix it myself. Man was I wrong I enjoyed going and getting a great workout every week with them. In order to keep me working hard and ensure I was strengthening my leg they modified my workout to include blood flow restriction on my legs so I could get the workout that would normally take me pretty heavy weights and a long time to get. I would highly suggest this place everyone but especially to people who already are active but need just a bit of extra help to get back to where they want to be.

My 30ish daughter was just released from the stroke unit after suffering several stokes. The…read moretherapists are excellent and she made great progress! The nursing and tech staff are an entirely different matter. Every patient is supposed to receive a check from a nurse or tech at least once each hour. A family member was with my daughter almost all of the rime she was a patient. 4-5 hours passed before anyone checked on her in the daytime. Night time checks were even farther apart. I wonder how many patients have suffered a stroke that was missed, possibly resulting in death, certainly a delay of treatment. Pushing a call button is probably impossible when having a stroke. The response to a call button will take 20 minutes to an hour. Last, but not really least, the food is terrible. We took in most omeals for our daughter. Therapist were excellent, kind a caring. The nursing/tech staff spent more time in the nurses station goofing off than caring for patients. It was nearly impossible to sleep through their chatter and laughter.
