The portion of steak was large...guessing 8 ounces...temp was cooked correctly and it had a decent char on top... but it just lacked flavor. Maybe some marination would help. Eggs, hash brown and toast were on point...and service was pleasant as well. Price was $21 each which is a bargain for steak and eggs...just wish the meat had more flavor. Good breakfast spot but just not great...however we would certainly eat there again.

My burger was cooked well and the fries were delicious. The burger was pretty basic and didn't blow me away, but it hit the spot. The patty melt was also great and my friend ate all of it. It was all great! The restaurant space was clean and had plenty of space to move around. It smelled good too, like garlic and butter. The bathrooms were single-person and gender-neutral which I appreciated. There is plenty of street parking so you shouldn't have a problem finding a place to park to get here. I just drove up and down half of the Oregon coast and tried several different supposedly "the best" clam chowder and verified what I already know; out of all of the best, this is the best best. It's real chowder, everything in it is delicious and you could have it as a meal with nothing else. I'll give it a 3.95/4 because I'm going to continue to try to find the best. The atmosphere is also very unique, with all of the firefighter memorabilia, and pub style. But I've never had bad service here and I've been coming back for the better part of 20 years.
