Went there on Sunday December 18. No one was there, so was easy seating. Watch them do a lot of to go orders. To the fan of the of the Chilli Chicken I am right there with you was excellent. We order the Butter Chicken Curry, and the Chicken Tikka Masala Curry, Both were very good to our taste buds. Chicken was perfert cooked. If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would give that. Came in for dinner around 7:15 pm on 10/17/17. The worst customer service possible, the person at the register was Jawahar (at least that's what he said his name was) was barking orders to his kitchen staff at the top of his lungs continuously and yelling on the phone. We waited patiently 45 mins for a boneless chicken biriyani and still when nothing came at 8:02pm, I politely asked Jawahar how much longer will it take and his reply was "madam please smash the windows and leave" I was appalled at the reply! Never in my life have I heard anyone talk to a customer like this. The to-go customers and food delivery service orders were being attended to first and labeled urgent by Jawahar. A business owner myself, I know this attitude is completely unacceptable and uncalled for. I felt harassed and insulted. Never coming back here and expect my grievance to be addressed at the earliest. read more

We placed a DoorDash order and this is the worst Biryani I had in US. Chicken was dry and, stale. Biryani rice was all broken, overcooked and lack of masala. And Paneer Biryani was a disaster. @Biryani and Kababs, Just so you know, it's not generous if you give bowl full of Paneer with a cup of rice. It's just stupid. What do you want me to eat the Paneer with? And I don't want to see vegetables in my Paneer Biryani, In fact no one wants to see vegetables in their Paneer Biryani. I recently ordered goat biryani, lassi and biryani. Food taste and quality is really good. Goat was cooked really well and had good flavor. Rice was decent. Raita and one of the sides was really good. I particularly liked raita which had rich texture with flavor at the same time. Although I ordered togo, the place inside looked really bad and a bit turn off for me when I went in for pickup. Went there for very late lunch on a Saturday, was delighted. The lamb sheekh kabab was great. The chicken tikka masala was delicious. And butter naans were awesome. And the mango lassi - pure and serene! Will definitely have to go there again!! And what we liked most was the behavior/attitude, of the staff there. The lady taking the order upfront said "you don't have to pay now, finish your food, and then you pay". Then I wanted something added to the order, "no problem", wanted extra lemon/onion, came in a jiffy. Ideally I would give it a 4.5, but yeah, for the courtesy, response and service, i dont want to. Except for the ambience and setup, everything else is fine. I usually do not dine in and prefer a to-go. For the taste, i would offer an extra star if available. Tasty food at affordable rate, I love the briyani, tandoori legs and chicken 65. Terrible food i ordered the lamb Briyani took it home. Firstly my stomach wasn't feeling right after I ate the food within few hours I threw up. It was awful this only happens to me when something isn't cleanly washed. I didn't bother to call the restaurant because I was sick and honestly didn't want to deal with drama. An elderly man who had just finished his lunch was about to head out when the owner walked up to him and offered him another glass of water and advising him that it's best to drink more water especially with how hot it's been. The chicken was tasteless and seem old (probably left over from the day before). The rice was just mix of regular rice with masala sauce, no herbs. It was pretty bad.
